This is to bring to your kind notice that my mother is facing issue with delivery of commander gas service.
People at the gas service are not all co operating and unwanted excuses are been given from there side.
Booking taken and delivery is still not been catered from past one month,after several reminders.

Sir/Madam,
It is to inform u that we are facing too much problem for gas which i have booked from commander gas service on 10/02/2010.There is no response from gas agency about delivery of my gas cylinder.I call there many times day to day. Whenever i call there for my gas the telecaller retain me the that today we will deliver it to your home and i wait daily for gas but there is no response any of my phone call. And then phone no for booking of gas never connect in one time i have to dial it for 10 to 20 minutes then they receive my call.I am totally unsatisfied from commander gas service.
There is no right to provide gas agency if they can't satisfy the customer. Please take is serious and cancel the agency for providing gas to consumers.

My name is indal singh I am an authorized gas connection holder of bhairav indane gas service
palla bazar farrukhabad. My consumer number is 17540. Since 4-3-2010 i have booked for gas . but till date ie. on[protected] days ) they have'nt delivered a single cylinder to us. when we phone several times regarding this, they will neither not take the phone nor tell us to come and take the cylinder if we want . And inthe previous booking, they delivered a single cylinder after 2 months.

So sir please take necessary actions against the above mentioned Agency.the phone no. of that agency is 224444 and

    dear sir,madam
    i have a gas connection(customer no-12356,trnsfer.no -[protected]) in ‘mordern indane gas agency’ 34-C BLOCK,kanpu-13,up.i recieved the cylinder and got ended in one month. in the last i found water of about 3kg.i also loged a complaint in the above mentioned agency but no action had bbe taken. i want you to take the appropriate step so that this type of thing will not happen in future

        Sir,
        I'm for V.A. Kunjipokkerkutty Con. No.25057, SREE VINAYAKA INDANE SERVICES, North Nada, Kodungallur.
        I booked my gas two months before and they'ven't fetched me cylinder so far.
        I telephoned today to enquire and they told me that, they'd fetched it last month and there were nobody @ home and they returned. We were @ home all the day.
        Now, they are saying that, since the cylinder was returned, we've to book it again today so that they'll give as after next month. THE CYLINDER WHEN RETURNED ONCE, THE BOOKING WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED, they said.Is it true sir?
        Is it jutice?
        When asked, they told to compain to higher authorities and hence this complaint.
        PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER AND GIVE US JUSTCE.

        I have an Indane connection from Ranjan Gas Agency in NOIDA. They have listed two landline telephone numbers for refill booking but either of the phones come busy or is left unattended. (telephone # 2551954, 2522071)

        PLZZZZZZZ REGISTER MY BOOK ONLINE...
        We have been trying to book our new gas connection since last 1-2 years with Indane "Rajajipuram Gas Service, Lucknow" or "Commander Gas service". Unfortunately, the people there are very busy and are not even ready to hear our issues. Every time, i go there i found them enjoying tea and snacks. On asking for the new application form for booking, they are repeatedly ignoring us. For continuous 2 years they have been asking us to return next month for the form but which next month, none knows.
        Can you get them on their track as they are getting salaries to work, not to enjoy and BLACK GAS CYLINDERS. Sometime i really think to switch to some other service provider like HP or BHARAT GAS.

        Moreover, i remember, irrespective of the news that there is no neccesity to buy a GAS CHULHA or a CYLINDER if you have it, they were demanding to buy these forcefully with the connection.
        We have booked gas on 20th Dec 2014, still we have not received as Dealer is no t responding us properly.
        Deler also not providing home delivery. very poor service and feels regret to availed Indane Gas.

        Request to take action accordingly.

        I try to booked my cylinder from my RMN no but booking no is not working .Then I go to dealer point with my RMN no for booking & talk with him but they are behaviour is very ruffle with me & after some time they are facaing same problem from my mobile no .So I requesting them for manual booking & change my RMN no but they are no responds & say regularly come tomorrow .Really I never expected from their for this.So I requesting to you plz change my RMN no & look this matter ASAP.

          I have been a customer of Indane for decades. My connection is with Vijay Gas Agency ,chennai[protected],[protected]I had Booked for a cylinder on 1 st of March.
          The cylinderis due on last saturday. Whenever call them they say silly reasons.Now they say that since delivery boy is not available they are not able to supplly. Is it my mistake.This happens everytime. Please do the needful
          I have been a customer of Indane for decades. My connection is with M/S Mahamaya Gas gency, Jagmal Chowk Bilaspur (C.G) (My comsumer no-505991) Residance at flat no-222 sai Bhoomi Appartment Guru Nanak Chowk Torwa Bilaspur (C.G) I had Booked for a cylinder on 15 th of july 2010 but gas agency is showing that you have booked your cylender on 24th of July 2010, while M/S Mahamaya Gas gency, Jagmal Chowk Bilaspur (C.G) has delevered the gas to the other consumers residing in Sai Bhoomi same block and they booked after 15th july 2010.

          M/S Mahamaya Gas gency, Jagmal Chowk Bilaspur (C.G) is normally delevered the refill cylender after 15 days of your booking, and after delevery of refilled cylender you can book after 21 days, that means after interval of minimum 36 days you can get another cylender from M/S Mahamaya Gas gency, Jagmal Chowk Bilaspur (C.G) .His owner's behave is very riugh, Please do the needful.

            Dear sir,
            I am very old consumer of indane domestic gas since 1984,my consumer no. 2681, deler M/S Vikram Enterprises , sector 1, B.S.City, Jharkhand, my domestic gas cylinder regulator found defective went to the dealer but after harasing me two days the have given me old regulator after charging Rs, 25/- without money rept.This regulator is also not in propper condition kindly instruct to the dealer to issue me new regulator as soon as possible to avoid any accedent.
            Kindly note that they are taking time 10 to 15 days to supply the gas cylinder after booking,also note that they are fixing the time for booking after 21 days of previous delevery being having two cylinder.

            SIR , i had complain just one month before against the vikram entpr for not supply,deliver the gas cylinder at home timely.As per on my complain the said agency now today do not want to book gas cylinder and misbehave with me . the proprt.told me i will not give you gas ,why u complain against my agency. Sir plg tell me what have to do.I am in problem that how i complained.

            Indane Gas — Loss of regulator

            I want to surrender my gas for safe custody. I have lost the regulator which was supplied about 15 years back, The distributor is refusing to take gas cylinders for safe custody in the absence ofregulator. He is also not giving me any solution. what should i do.

              Hi,

              On 18 March 2010 i buy Extra Premium Petrol from Indian Oil (Padam Petroleum Sector 63 Noida 201301) i found that they did not provide me full quantity of petrol. in Rs 500 they only provide me around 6 liters of petrol after a long discussion with the guys they only provide me Petrol of Rs 30.
              Petrol is not Filled correctly
              Hi,

              In Indian Oil Petrol Bunk, Guduvanchery, Chennai, They're trying to cheat by not filling the petrol for the amount we ask to pay... They often divert us on some thing and reduce the quantity of petrol (often not by bringing the meter back to zero-mostly they dont allow the consumer to check for zero by diverting them some how) and stand on the point that they had filled it correctly... So all the customers are now getting petrol in bottles and fill it in their vehicles just before them so as to avoid this scam...
              It would be good if good action is taken and if this scam is stopped

                Mukund enterprises,barkatpura,hyd 500027 has always been supplying cylinders of bad quality and weight less than 14.2kg. Even after several vocal complaints they have not changed their behaviour and the service they provide is of poor quality. They take Rs.310 for the bill which amounts to Rs.306.70.The cylinders are of poor quality and is a fear of concern for my mother.The delivery is never on date and customer support is also inefficient...

                Dear Sir,

                This is to inform you that, one cylinder has been booked on 26.02.10 and cylinder delivery on 15.03.10
                And used this cylinder from our House on 17.03.10 at 6.30pm, unfortunately gas cylinder has been lick at the time of feting gas cylinder with oven. in is moment my old age father and mother present in this situation, urgent basis dial our Indian Gas Distributor M/S Abhijit Enterprise-Add:-B.D.Road,Khardah-kolkata-700115(who is our Distributor).but non a person is response against this call ,after come back my Brother from office ,he will call again and again for this dangerous situation. But not response. In this condition cylinder shifted from Kitchen to our Roof. Next Day my old father going to Distributor for complain lodge against this case then all staff is very busy, non a person is importance this matter, after 4 to 5hr awaiting my father for this reason then complain taken and 18.03.10 after 2pm one service man is visit my house and he tell, on a person is posted for urgent complain purpose in this distributor M/S Abhijit Enterprise, as emergency customer personally will come at our distributor office and complain booked. Also Telephone call is not attended from this distributor for gas booking.

                Sir, please do the needful, because in this situating may be one family has been mashed

I need a LPG connection, so i contact nearest gas agency M/s Neelkanth Gas Services located at vashisth park opposite Janak Cinema, west sagarpur in september 2009. Since that date everytime when i contact their office they ask me to come after 15 days, one month and so on. Now i become frustate with their reply.

                  I have apply for a new connection for Indne gas cylinder in Pratap Nagar, Sanganer, Jaipur on dated 19.09.2007. They give me application no, which is 2175. So, i want to know when i will get connection.

I requested only for cylinder as i already have the stove of Sunflame company, when i went there on 24.10.2009 they cut a slip of Rs. 150 and told me that thatofficals would come for inspection of your stove with in a week but nobody has uptill now, as 12 days have already passed........

                  I have applied one connection in NR INDANE GAS Agency at kovur (m)Nellore (dt) Andhra pradesh, I am applied last august month and i am asked to the concern emoployee in the application given hours at this time four times during office ours but the persons not responding and given answer carelessly
                  he is given answer i have lot work please go to bharat gas they given immediatly, he says who's take your application please ask them,
                  and i am asking ok please give me one letter to not given gas connection to me and he says when ur given application i have no idea,

                    SIR,
                    I had booked my refill for LPG by SMS on 08th mar 2010 booking no. 4337. When i confirmed from the gas agency (GAURI ENTERPRISES, PALAM VILLAGE, NEW DELHI) personnally they confirmed me the booking and said today we will deliver for last 5 days. I don't understand the booking by sms when
                    it is not followed serially. Kindly do the needful. As the distributor is least bothered whether customers are attended free and fair manner. He is not interested in listening to the customer grivences.

                      Dear sir,
                      Greetings
                      i want to bring in your notice that the petrol pump in Faridabad Haryan(NARAYAN SERVICE STATION INDIAN OIL DEALERS 16/1 MATHURA ROAD FARIDABAD HARYANA 121002) is cheating the peolple as they are not supplying the prper fuel to our vehicle. Yesterday on 15/03/10 i got my car filled with the amount Rs500 but they supplies me only the petrol worth Rs200. when i complaint the owner Mr Rakeh Bhalla ([protected]) he did not care for the complaint. Rather he made me responsible for that but his boys at the petrol pump are making lot of mony at the cost of the costomers.

                        The petrol pump at Sector 23 Gurgaon is duping customers by mixing kerosene. Whenever i gets my car filled at this station, the engine doesn't perform well. I face trouble starting the engine and while driving, the engine runs with minor shocks in between.

                        Another more decisive proof is that when i get my 2 stroke scooter filled at this station and then when i start my scooter, one can sense from the smell it emits which is same like that while burning a kerosene stove.

                        Please do the needfull to rectify the petrol pump.

                        Adulteration is a very serious issue that will lead to closure of the pump operations;i.e No one will do that now a days. Kerosene smell is normal when you smell diesel. After all, they are adjacent products when you refine crude oil. That does not mean that kerosene is mixed with diesel. They vary in density. Your complaint is kerosene smell in petrol. You can ask the petrol pump manager to show you the density check on petrol available at the pump and the density of yours. As per you they should match.That is one thing. Other one is call company sales officer (number is displayed in petrol pump) and ask him to conduct a marker test on your vehicle tank fuel as well as pump petrol. You can clear your doubts immediately.

                          This incident happened on 16th march 2010, i went to fill petrol to my activa. I gave 500rs to two people standing near the filling area and asked them to fill for 100rs. They started filling, and suddenly from 25rs the reading showed 195rs. They said they had put for 200rs by mistake, very shocking to see they have not even filled half tank and the reading shows less than half tank. Being a female confused, and there were heavy rush i could not argue and also i didnt collect bill.

                          This type of fraud is more prevalent in all IOC petrol banks in chennai. One time I too met a incident like this. I got outraged and told him to stop filling and start a new fill. Then they became aware of me and worked promptly. Never consider rush, do your rights because you pay heavy tax to the government for this petrol.

                          Indian Oil — fraud on filling the petrol

                          I was cheated at Dwarka Sector-12 Petrol Pump new Delhi-110075. The two attendants diverted my attention from the meter reading and the third suddenly stopped the pump and broght it to zero saying that the filling was complete.

                          I could observe that the petrol reading in the bike just move at all. Why Is Indian Oil Company allowing such malpractices ?

                          i was also cheated at Indian oil petrol bunk at LB Road, Indra Nagar,
                          on 19 august 2012 for rs.200 in the same manner,
                          i dont know what the authorities are waiting for without acting on complaints
                          by so many people earlier also
                          I have been a victim at this bunk for 4 times (All the 4 times I visited there). This means they are cheating every customers. My recent incident on 20.11.12 is as below.

                          I went there for putting petrol for Rs.400/- as rewards for my credit card.

                          The person started some unnecessary communication about my card to divert my attention.

                          He first put petrol for Rs.100/- as he do not heared me properly.

                          I told him again that I need to put for Rs.400/-

                          He again put for Rs.300/-

                          I am using Discover 150 CC, which will be tank full for Rs.400/-. I never run my bike in reserve mode.

                          This time I noticed that the petrol has not reached the top of the tank. I suspected the fraud, but was not sure how to proceed with the guy on this issue. Left the place cursing myself for going there.

                          I have a charector of collecting bill everytime I fill petrol and write down the metre reading at reserve. My bike gives a mileage of 49KML always. But this time I got only 37KML. Now I am very much of sure about the cheating that I had witnessed. I had the same experience 3 times earlier.

                          Please take some action on these guys. Many of the people like me have no courage to fight with these kind of people (Roudies). Only law can do something.

                            Sir I am a customer of indene gas through ur distributer (Sri Dungargarh, Bikaner ). Here your distributer is not providing home delivery properly means within time so we are taking it directly from godown they are not providing that discount of RS 8/-

                            After booking the cylender they are taking near about 45 days to deliver the gas.

                            Their both telephone numbers[protected] and[protected] will be out of order in the working hours and if there is ring they will not pick it up.

                            If there is any gas leakge or any accident these numbers are always useless for us.

                            They are not ready to give any other phone numbers for us for such kind of incidents.

                            So kindly take the resonable action against to the and help us from the danger.

                              Indian Oil — No Gas Delivary

                              Sir,

                              I have booked LPG Cylinder on 07/09/2007 by phone at your distributor M/s Kay Aar Arts Enterprise, Filmistan, Delhi. And booked through telephone 0n 09/09/2007 and booked personally on 05/10/2007 and they assure me that I will get the cylinder by 06/10/2007. My consumer number is KA 14993.

                              Till today I am not getting the cylinder evenafter a lapse more than one month. Kindly persue that matter and solve my problem.

                              I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporation having consumer no 9143 with the name Sachindra Kumar at M/s Krishna Gas, Agra ().
                              1. I booked a refill on 28th of January 2009 and has not received till date.
                              2. When I went to them again, they told me to book again and after asking about the delivery, they told me that the cylinder will be dispatched within a week.
                              3. I went there many time also requesting a DBC but everytime they say to come and ask for it next week.

                              The Cylinders are ready available with their hawkers in black.

                              I think, they force the customer to by Cylinder refills in black.
                              They rarely pick telephone.
                              Once standing in front of their desk and calling both of their numbers from my mobile was not answered.

                              please arrange a customer satisfaction survey with all the customers of M/s Krishna Gas, Agra and the result will be astonishing as I see a lot of consumers scolding the persons there eventually.

                              There is no system of booking through phone in our gas agency (TECHNICO) chandmari colony.area. AS I heard or told by gas agency that booking has done after 15 days from the date of delivery. But if I am unable to book after 20 days or more then will I get in the same process as doing by gas agency (i.e. gas will be given on the basis of booking). the gas has given after 15 20 to 25 days after date of booking. As you know that a gas is running maximum 30 days to a family. In that case what we will do. One thing much illegal is going on in our gas agency.

I bring to your kind notice that whenever i wants to book the gas the Tel.Nos which are provided either they may be always engaged or never lift the phone when ringing, I am forced to visit the gas co. personally and while the supply of gas is delayed to the scheduled date of delivery always. And one more important thing is once gas is supplied the second cylinder bookings are not accepted till 21 days from the date of delivery. Now the situation has come that my date of booking gas refill and my present gas refill completion is one and the same date. What the use of having the second cylinder. Hence i request to to lift the ban of 21 days whenever the gas supply is short.

                              This service agency is like anti-social element.Everytime we dont get delivery on time.The representive are rude and pathetic.I have book cylinder by24/11/2010 till date i have not revcieved. And we ask them when we will get till they say tuesday, coz tomorrow is holiday sunday they dont work.

                              Dear Sir,

                              Address : Avadi Chennai 600 062.

                              I have booked for indane gas on 12.12.10 and got confirmation from agency representative that your gas will be delivered within 15 days. Until now the gas has not been delivered. I called after 15 days what is the status of my request, the answer was "you will get gas today or by tomorrow" but it was not done. I called again and told them what is the status? Reply was " I am registering your complaint and you will get gas soon."

                              Today ( i.e.20/01/11) I have visited the agency and met the in-charge and informed about the issues. i.e Since we have recently shifted from Madhavaram to Avadi 2 years ago but we did not receive the delivery at door step yet. Mostly we used to pick the cylinder from their office for that we used to travel 6 km from our home. They have not taken my complaint and they did not respond properly and they have started scolding in front of public the lady in-charge literally throwing our gas pass book and not helping. She also behaved rude and unprofessional. Moreover, they have not issued the consumer voucher for receipt of gas cylinder.

                              Actually they don't care what the problem customer is facing. The administration system is not helping the customers at all and not responsive.

                              My letter might not sound much importance to your company but I suggest that some corrective action plan to be taken asap. There are many people in my locality using Indane Gas who also face this problem and many do not have time to make a complaint as such.

                              Avoiding this complaint letter will be escalated upto CM CELL.

                              If this is the case that no action has been taken against them then what is the use of this consumer forum? Please look into the matter and give them strict instructions and try to solve the problems which I am facing.

                              I would require the door delivery ( cylinder) because its being delivered to other residence / neighbour

                              I agree with the complains as I have also faced similar kind of situation. Generally local marketing head/dealer from the Indane Gas agency have big nexus in balck marketing the gas. All domestic supplied gas they distribute at almost double the cost to non-registered customers. Also they do sell the cylinder to some families for their festive occasions, to some commercial shops etc. Then it's very liable the registered customer will not get the cylinder until he/she run behind and try to followup daily until the cylider reaches.
                              Myself is a customer of Indian Oil's Gas Cylinders for domestic usage. My house is located at Kottappuram, Alengad P.O., Ernakulam Dist. Kerala State. My consumer Number is 9930076. Earlier I was served with gas supplies by M/s. Blue Flame Gas Agencies of Eloor. Of late, the agency has handed over the service of ours to M/s. Shoan Indian Services, Kanijan Thuruttu, Konguarpalli, even without providing us with proper intimation to this effect. Now, the service through the new agency is found to be lacking and they fail to effect timely delivery of the cylinders. I fear some manipulation is taking place, for example, the cyclinder, which was expected to be delivered two weeks back is yet to delivered with a false excuse that nobody was present home when their representative visited us. I content that my absence as stated by them is totally untrue. Hence, I request you to kindly look into the matter and initiate necessary remedial steps and confirm.

Some time i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg to 5kg in each cylinder.

                              M/s H N GAS SERVICE (INDANE GAS) is the distributor of my connection.I had booked gas cylinder on date 21/10/2011. but the gas cylinder is not delivered till now.And we ask them when we will get till they say tuesday, coz tomorrow is holiday sunday they dont work.
                              What is it.we are empty with gas we have to beg other to give cylinder.this problem doesnt persists with me but many other.They cannot contact you bcoz you dont have a proper medium.please do something about it

                              Myself is a customer of Indian Oil's Gas Cylinders for domestic usage. My house is located at NARWANA (HARYANA) My consumer no. is 1516 of narwana gas service located at Dalip Chand market, Narwana distt. Jind Haryana 126116.My gas service provider is very corrupt. He only supply domestic cylinders to those who pay him extra from control rate. He deliver cylinders after 45 days with a lot of disturbance only.His contact no. is [protected]. He often miss behave during delivery on telephone as we ask him for delivery on time. Agency owner Mr. Lamba is very sick of money only. He only instruct his staff to deliver cylinders in black. He never give attention to the customers who are needy and right. My connection is by the name of SUDESH KUMAR and I am suffering a lot. Not only me all the public is feeling HARASSED by this agency holder.My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. And contact no. is [protected], [protected]. Pl. make any solution or help me how to take legal aid aginst this corrupt agency holder.

THAT MEANS THAT I GET THE DELIVERY OF CYLINDER AFTER 18 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF REFILING.
                              PLEASE TAKE SOME QUICK ACTION WHICH WILL HELP ME IN GETTING OUT OF THIS PROBLEM.

My transfer voucher date is 10.07.2009.In my TSV ,Consumer no. was wriitten. in kolkata,the distributor is refusing to give connection for want of consumer no. I went to collect the gas cylinder but distributor told me that he has not got my booking slip from agency (Shanti Indane) he repeated this for three days. His behavior was also too bad. He was so rough. After this whole procedure he had given me a number [protected]. When I called on this number response was so verse after trying half an hour I talked to him about my problem he told “ Yeha aishe kam nahi chalta hai. Aap chaho ke ghar baithe-baithe kam kara lo to ye nahi hota hai. Aap yaha aao aur aapka job hi kam hai ham mil-jul kar karlenge”. Sir, what is meant by this told by your representative and what is the meaning of IVRS? Please explain!
                                  Then after I got a number [protected] (Area sells manager) of Indane Gas he told me that I can’t help you. Do complain to Indian Oil Corporation, World Trade Centre, and New Delhi. Only they can help you
                                  Sir, please you tell me. Is this your policy i.e consumer first?
                                  Sir, you know my whole family is physically and mentally harsh after this. This is the condition of the cooking gas. From where we will get gas cylinder and how we will cook the food.
                                  You know a fact that they sell the gas cylinder in black to harsh costumers like us.

                                    Non supply of indane LPG
                                    It is deeply regretted that in spite of repeated request and personal approach by 72 year old person the agency is not booking the cylinder request and delivering the same. The reason for not booking is the they have not received the notification that though the notice to deliver cylinder though the house has pipeline connection. How this can be possible that the agecy will not receive a notification which was printed in the news paper. Moreover the residence is in two parts one in the name of Harishbhai and other is on my name i.e. Bhavin. Paying tax for the same. Providing that evidence also he is not agreeing to book the request. The pipeline connection will not be extended to the 1st floor as Vadodara Corporation rule. So it is required to have gas cylinder to be available for home purpose. They don’t even answer properly to our questions saying that they have not received notification . Such foul play is on going at Gurukrupa Gas Agency, Karelibaug Vadodara. Kindly please advise me in this regard as my father is frustrated visiting the agency on cycle though having old age. Also let me know how to change the agency in the Nizampura area of Vadodara.

                                    lpg-indane — non supply of Gas by distributor

                                    Sir, I had complained to the Indane, Area Manager, Chennai, that the LPG retailer is giving lot of problems and not suplying gas on the 10th december, and reminers thereon and third reminder asking him to give me an appointment so that I can meet him in person and explain. Since there was no response, I lodged a complaint through this portal about 10 days back enclosing the copy of my letter. NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN , OR EVEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE COMPLAINT.
                                    I wonder what the Concerned officers at the other end are doing.
                                    The only remedy is for me to APPROCH THE CONSUMER COURT THRO MY LAWYER. I am undergoing lot of problems due to non supply of LPG gas to my house.

                                    lpg-indane — Clarification - LPG supply

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I am getting very delayed gas supply from my supplier. I wish to know the following details regarding LPG refill supply.
                                    1. what should be the minimum number of days between the two successive deliveries of LPG.
                                    2. what is duration within which gas should be supplied to the customer, once the delivery bill prepared by the dealer. In my case they are taking 15 days.
                                    3. When I can book my request with the dealer for the supply of refill, from the date of the previous supply.

                                    Dear Sir / madam,

                                    We have booked cylinder and had been waiting for more than 15 days now. Whenever we call gas agency (kripa gas service, chromepet) they are not ready to pick the phone. When they answer, they answer with much dificulty and give the reply you will be getting gas in 2 days time. We have been hearing this same answer for past one week and since my parents are very old and they are not in position to go out and have food in some hotel and they cannot run out to hotel for coffee & tea everyday. We do not have kerosene also for our ration card. Few people who booked after us already received gas from same agency as well. It is unfortunate to have very poor customer service from this agency. Kindly request you to consider old age people in mind and supply without any partiality to everyone in fixed period of time.
                                    If i reveal my full identity, this agency will not always have grudge against our house. better not to give my full identity. So i am avoiding. sorry for that. I do not want my old age parents to suffer because of this complaint as i am mostly out of station due to my work nature.

                                      Sir,
                                      I am Consumer of LPG from Amar Shesh Nath Indane Gas Agency Nandganj-Ghazipur (UP). My Connection No is AS - 4325, SV No-4258325. Since Last 4 years I have compelled to pay 50-75 Rupees more than actual amount mentioned on booking slip. My house is just about 8 km away from Gas Godown and 05 km from Booking Agency. Delivery man every time forced us to pay more price. I also comlained to Manager on only on Cylinder for 8 km distance It is wrong to take 50-75 Rs extra. Even If I book the LPG and want to take cylinder from Gas Godown, I also forced to pay Rs 50 more. Booking Slip shows Rs 319/- only and consumer paid Rs 360/- on Slip. Black marketing is done by Branch Manager & staff. I also comlaint to District Supply Officer and Regional Manager Indane on Telephone but not get any suitable reply.
                                      I humbly request you to please look on this matter and take action against the involved person.

                                      lindane — Pathetic delivery management

                                      gas cylinder booked on 29/4/08 at Krishna Gas Service, Khandari Agra.
                                      from last 3 days continous visits being made but only promises made but no clue about the delivery TAT

                                      Pls let me know the forum to get the license cancelled for this vendor for the pathetic services.

                                      lindane — Price difference

                                      I have a gas connection (Consumer No.51859) of Indane at my residence at Kodambakkam, Chennai since January 2005. M/s. Bashyam Gas is my dealer. I have still only one cylinder with my connection even though I have had applied for a second cylinder in August 2006. Everyone know that The Govt. of Tamilnadu has announced a rebate of Rs.30.00 for the LPG consumers after the price hike, throughout Tamilnadu who have one cylinder only. Few days back, I got a bill of Rs. 339.00 along with a refill. When I called the retailer, they told me that they had instructions that it would be applicable to customers who hold a valid ration card. I want to know that whether such a direction is there or not. Moreover, I had applied for a ration card at the Civil Supplies department in T. Nagar in December 2006 itself and they had given me an acknowledgement for that. The verification has completed long back by the department officials. I had duly informed this at the Gas retailer then itself and gave a photocopy of it to them. Since the supply of Ration card is the duty of The Civil Supplies Department and the supply of LPG is of another Government Agency Indane, who is responsible for this?
