In Prajyoti enterprisese (site no.1 behind keshopur depot)
we always dail the phone no. no body can pick the phone.
even customer services cell no. is also dail but no body can pick the phone bell is ringing & ringing but no response . We are working people we cannot afford the time to go the agency and book the gas. When they provided the phone facility then why they can't pick the phone or book the gas no.

I have a complain for Sanjeev Gas Agency, I have tried thier gas booking number somany times but no one is picking up the phone. and its not firt time the same things is happen past few years. the booking number is[protected], 29224709 my consumber no>. 17109. please look int to the matter and let me know. my mobile number is [protected].

Indane Gas — Harrassment by gas distributors

I am trying to book a gas cylinder by using the agency's phone number[protected], 26893219,[protected]SONA ENTERPRISES A-72/2 Masood Pur Vasant Kunj New Delhi -17). but they are not picking up phone. this is happening since last fifteen days . I never get their phone, if occasionally i get they don't pickup the phone. I request to Indane to take this matter seriously and take strict action against such agency. (Oct 07, 2008)

Dear i am also trying to call them since 20 days and more then 20 times in a day but all three numbers are busy all the time and my father has visted them and booked a gas but i have not recived it even after 10 days. and their numbers are busy till date.

SONA ENTERPRISES — They not picking up phone.

This is happening since last Twenty days. I never get their phone, if occasionally I get they don't pick up the phone. I request to Indian to take this matter seriously and take strict action against such agency.

I am also facing same issue from last so many months. every months I have to visit the shop
for booking .

I hve been trying to make the booking of cylinder for the past 5 days but to no avail coz the distributors are not taking our calls at all and at times makes it engaged, when called on their emergency nos they are not entertainig our problem, plzz take some action against these people for causing huge inconvinience inspite of the the fact that i am ur regis. customer, may be they are busy in black marketting as there cant be any other reason for not entertaing our calls..

I have been trying to refill the cylinder for 2 months or more but without any results.

Since last one week I am trying to book Gass but all three telephone nos : 26897455, 26136251 & 26893219 are showing continuously busy and if some time ringing nobody is taking calls.

May I request to authorise officials to take the call on this and have the things shorted-out.

I have a complain for Mukund Enterprises Gas Agency, Barkat pura Hyderabad. they are given 2 phone Nos for gas booking. I have tried their gas booking number somany times and the phone always saying subscriber is busy. no one is picking up the phone some times and its not first time the same things is happen for past few months. the agent is also not respond properly.The booking number is[protected]. please look in to the matter and take considerable action in this regard.

I am a consumer of Indane Gas Dwarka having registration No. 14574 would like to draw your attention that I have tried the agency telephone number since couple week but regret to inform you that no one picked up the pone. If we contacting the delivery guy the supplied the half empty cylender every time but since we depends on you so we have to take half empty many a time in full cost. Apart from this I am trying to contact area manager 23412268 to inform the fact the situation of this office as same as agency.

Would like to urge you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to delivery of cylender.

Dealing with Sona Gas Agency is pathetic...
After making calls for 4 days ( atleat 500 dials) i could make a booking for LPG cyclinder.

When I didn't recv the delivery even after 10 days of booking, i tried calling them for knowing the status.
but regret as expected no one is picking up phones for last 8 days.

Indane must take the agency back from Sona and impose penalty on them for their casual approach.

this is the problem faced by me too. their services are so bad and detorating. Indane should change this agent immediately. very very poor services. they dont pick up the phone at all .

Even I (consumer No. 28159) do face the same problem every time. Last time, i myself went and booked the gas and for the last one week, I have been trying to book gas. But I could not, most of the time all the three numbers are busy and if at all it rings they don't pick up. It is really very difficult to book gas through Sona Enterprises.

Pls do the needful to help the customers.

i have been calling the agency 20 times a day for the last week to book my cyclinder and couldn't get in touch with them. This happens every month. Lastly u have to go personally and register the bookings
which is really time consuming...Can you have a look why the calls are answered.

The same thing experienced by many customer. The phone numbers seems always busy for nothing.
