I'm a LPG consumer (Customer no is 10901).with M/S Kurukshetra Gas agency, Kurukshetra( Haryana). Whenever I use to telephone to book a cylinder the person usually do not pick up the phone. Only repeated calls make it accessible. Then there is reply your turn is tomorrow. Phone again and come in person to book it. The person try to use the language so that the customer may not try again. Not only this they say if not satisfied then complain against us. The language is not rough but also rude one. I donot understand what to do.

Indane Cooking Gas — Delay, harassment & rude behaviour of Distributor

Dear Sir, I have been a customer of Indian Oil for 20 years and in Bangalore for the past 7 years. For the past one year, I'm having a tough time with the distributor (Shri Giridhar Agencies, # 53, Cariappa Bhavan, Residency Road, Bangalore).

The supply is never on time and one has to call many times before the refill is delivered. Inspite of having two cylinders, we still do not get the gas refills to take care of our requirement. The staff are very rude and they bang the phone even before we complete our request.

I understand that there is a large scale diversion of domestic cylinders to Restaurants & Eateries and the distributors are making a huge amount of money. Even in my Apartment complex, my neighbours told me that by paying Rs.200 more to the delivery boy, one can get a refill without booking.

No wonder that they are rude to us and try to bully us. I'm sure, your vigilence department will have knowledge of this. Kindly look into the matter and help us in getting LPG refills on time.

I a consumer of Indane Gas Since 1995, and i have opted for a second cylinder, whenever i approach the agencies, they are telling me, orders have not come, those who have got the connection later than me got the 2 cyclinder connection, where as i am a consumer with connection for a long time. I am not given the 2nd cylinder, my consumer number i forgot while mailing this. i would definitely put an another complaint on this. The gas agency is sunny gas agencies, perambur, chennai.

Procedure to sort out a grievance.

1. At the distributorship level
1. Meet the owner of the distributorship and submit a written complaint about your problem.
2. Take acknowledgement for the same.
3. Give a day or two for the solution.
2. At Area/Divisional office level:
1. If not satisfied with solution above, meet the customer service cell officer of the Oil Company
2. Or meet the Area Manager or the Divisional Manager on a designated time and day, the details of which are displayed at these offices.
3. At State level:
1. If not satisfied with solution above, meet the Senior officer in charge of LPG at the state office of the Oil Company.
2. Or meet the STATE LEVEL CO-ORDINATOR FOR PETROLEUM PRODUCTS on a designated time and day, the details of which are displayed at these offices.
4. At Regional level
1. If not satisfied with solution above, write to the PRO at the Regional office of the Oil Company.
2. Or write to the REGIONAL LEVEL CO-ORDINATOR FOR PETROLEUM PRODUCTS.
5. At Head office level:
1. Write to General manager (LPG) of the Oil Company to which your distributor belongs.
6. At Ministry level:
1. Write to the Secretary, MOP & NG, Government of India, New Delhi.

Indane LPG — gas cyliner probs every time getting toooo late.

My service No. 5484 of Mitul Gas Agency (indane) they allow booking for refill only after 21 days from the date of last del. and takes further 14-15 days for delivery of refilled cylinder and making receipt back dated once made entry on pass book. malpractice is going on. such practice continues then, yearly I will get refilled cylinders ONLY 9-10 Nos. I give below complete detailed telecom with higher authority of lpg customer care taken place as stated above.

sir, i am your consumer for more than 10 years, now we are shifting to another place, so i need information regardind transfer procedure of gas cylinder, but when i went to the koundinyasa gas agency warangal branch, to know the procedure he did not respond properly, and he talked very rudely . your this agency employees don't have manners to talk with customers. kindly, take the action against these persons other wise we have to take the action against your company through cosumer forum.

My connection no. is V-35707 & this connection is with Vijyan Gas Service, Meerut.I have bookd by sylender on 13/05/2008 & booking no.is 5091 when I complaint to Gas agency for not delivery of gas they asked me that this syleder already delivered to me.But it is wrong I have not received the delivery till 10/06/2008. When I show my book containing the both slip of delivery man & my slip, they told me to deliver the gas on 11/06/2008, In past I have also a bad experience in that case when I complaint to him for not delivery of gas they told me that we have refused for taken the delivery
Please consider the matter & do some thing for improvement in service

Domestic gas connection (Indane) — Leakage of Gas but no help

I am having one domestic gas connection number 8889 from Gopal Gas Agency, Yamuna Vihar, New Delhi. I am having complaint of leakage of gas for last seven days. I am reqularly complaining to agency on their telephone numbers 22184600 & 22185100. I also complaint to their supplier Ram Avtar on his mobile number [protected] many times but no one came to attend the complaint. I personally visited the agency but no results. In last I am writing to you. An accident may occur. Please do needful at an earliest.

We are required domestic connections for our Institute . The said Institute is being run by Trust at no profit no loss basis. The required connections will be required exclusive for the cooking of foods for the students. The mess is being run by our own staff. The mess is not being used for the commercial use. Kindly, advise for the same to run our mess smoothly.

Indane LPG Gas — Too Late Delivery,& Less in Wieght

Indane Gas Cylinder — Indane Gas - Telephone not accessible for BOOKING

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I reside at Kagadassapura . My Indane Gas Connection (36667) is with the local Indane Gas Distributor in Kagadassapura, Bangalore. It appears that the above distributor keeps the telephone out of cradle and is therefore often not accessible in all six telephone numbers.

I have been trying numbers almost every day for last 20 days, but not able to BOOK the cylinder.
I can not go personally too, I have small bay as well I am working women.

It appears that the above distributor is not able to manage so many customers and therefore please consider setting up an additional dirtributor for CV Raman and Kagadassapura area.

First time in my life hearing these, now Gas has become like a Passport?

If so pls. inform about the procedure.

We went to book our gas today at Prabhu Gas, Thillai Nagar(Trichy, Tamilnadu), they conveyed that my account is blocked. The reason they said, during official inspection noone was their at home!
We got upset, because in Oct' 08 they said the same reasons and for that, we submitted ration card
copy, deposit receipt copy and request letter for continue the service(Good they did'nt ask for property Deed!!). Now again raised the issue.
I wonder why small issues are taken up for task? We have work regularly outside, some days we wont
be available, its personal.
Is these procedure prevailing in entire India, or just created to torture the customer?
I wish soon the pipe line system like Mumbai should start for LPG, which would ease the customer to
receive service without hassle or else the private companies should be encouraged to participate in supply of LPG to change these type of attitudes

I requested to refill gas on 7th Jan 2009 by phone to MItual Gas agency of New C.G Road Ahmedabad. Once again on 25 Jan 2009 to book ( requested ) called the telephone numbers[protected] and 23290703 . At both time they informed us, you will be getting the gas with in 15 days.

There reason and the cause for delay, unknown to a common man.

The Government should introduce docket system for the calls which may help millions of peoples..

Indane Gas Complaints

First of all i don't know how serious my complaint will entertain at your end, as I Anil Kumar Mishra Residance of 262 Sect 12 Pockt 2 Dwarka New Delhi 110075 where we have the distributor Jai Jawan Gas Agency, and i am having customer code # 36170 since 2005


whenever i approach the agencies on tale booking, there land line and contact number not respond i.e number is[protected] /64115667/[protected]

Second for delivery of order they always says it will take one week which will not agreed in Metro like Delhi.

In last when i asked tell me who is the right person for intimate our problem they told i[censored] have any problem u can transfer you connection from distribution. when i asked your name than he disconnected the line rudely.



It seems that they have monopoly and treat consumer like this only

Indane Gas Cylinder — MISBEHAVIOUR BY AGENCY

Dear Ms.Heena,

This is to bring to your notice that today morning my father who is close to 65 had called up Munikrupa Gas Agency, Someshwar, Satellite to check for the book that was expected.

The lady at the counter name unknown ( she is the only lady sitting in this office) picked up the phone and as my father was giving the complete details this lady hung up the phone without intimating him.

Again my wife called up to inform this lady that they have to be courteous to the customer and specially to people of old age.

On this the lady without regret shot back rudely that there are 2 more phones going on and that is why she put down the phone.

As the arguement went further this lady went to the extent to say that you can go anywhere and complain.

What do I consider this, a lack of management with Indane that the agency people have no fear and start threatening in such a manner.

Finally we are the customers and we should be given due respect and hope we are not asking for more.All is required is a courteous response which I have not got.

I am marking this mail to the directors knowing that Indane Management will take this seriously and appropriate action will be taken on this and expect a verbal apology from this particular lady.

Ms.Mrinal/Mr.Gupta being directors I hope I will get due justice for this behaviour.

My customer number is 12738 and it is in the name of my father in law -P Keshavan Unni. We get our yougas cylinder from Shubhlaxmi Indane, 4, Himavan Appr. Opp. Industotherm, Nandan Park, Bhopal, Ahmedabad and this agency unvariably causes delay in supplying the cylinder ( Booked on 27/1/2009 and the cylinder delivered on 5/2/2009) this means that for the period of the delaly our next cylinder has to be used. However as per the Indane guidelines, the next booking cannot be made by us before 21 days of the date of the date of previous cylinder delivery. The result being we need to run the cylinder for over a month (21 days and the no. of days of delay ie. 10 to 12 days). For a family of 5 people this is not very practical. Requesting to look inot the matter and help us in solving the problem. We also need any other Indane gas near to Thaltej as we are not satisfied with the current agency.

This is to bring to ur kind notice that the BADANI GAS AGENCY Situated in SA-4/72-K-6, daulatpur pahariya, varanasi is not rendering their service properly to the customers.

My Consumer No: B.G.S.-6560. I had booked the gas and the delivery boy "CHANDRA SHEKHER" deliver to others but not to me for the sake of earning money. If i call him then the illiterate person he behaves so rudely and talking us like a beast and said that i'll give you later and keep on saying, so he will not give the cylinder. Standing there i called up the agency, the concern person over there take no required action for that person.

We are tired of all these things.
Pls i[censored] can take any action against this it will be very helpful not only for me but to the entire mass.
I[censored] r not able to take any action against this i shall complaint in the Consumer forum and even iam ready to go to any court for this.

When I got my connection the only one cylinder was given. Now, even after lapse of 7 years 2nd cylinder is not given.

I receive hardly 12kg gas, the cylinder weighing only 28 Kgs.

My complient is so many times contact there for getting second cylinder, but they are not sactioned .why it is happen. Any chance for getting second cylinder.

Indane Gas Service — Misbehaviour of the delivery man

Respected Sir,
I am Kewal Kishan Narula. I am a citizen of Delhi Residing in E-4 Block, Sector-16, Rohini.Our gas is delivered to us by 'Puneet Gas Services' and my connection number is PG26339.This is to inform you that we are not at all satisfied with your services. Our main concern is the misbehavior and the false language used by your delivery men.
According to you, we have the right to check the weight of the gas that is delivered to us. But when asked to do so, one of your delivery man named 'Mala Ram' denied to do so and on insisting, he used false language. And when we warned him of complaining against him, he was not at all moved rather started threatening us.This incident took place on 30th of April, 2009. Such obscene language is not tolerated in a civilised society.
So, I hereby, request you to judge the situation and take a strict action accordingly.

Indane Cooking Gas — booking for refill and misbehaviour

Dear Sir,

I wish to bring in your kind notice about the booking policy cooking

gas and misbehaviour of Meerut Gas Agency, Ghantaghar, Meerut city.

I am the consumer of the above said gas agency( consumer no

36062), today i went to agency for booking a refill, the owner told to me

that it will book after 21 days. In response of this statement when i

gave the reference of news which was published in your paper yesterday, he abused" yay sab chutia k pathay hai inko kuch nahin patah, inhay to

bus chapnay say matlab hai, gas tau ikkis din k bad he book hogi".

When i asked him that why are you saying like this ? he answered me

"deemag mat kharab karo, chalo yaha say".

When i told him that i shall complaint of you to the D.M, D.S.O and

Indane gas company, then he answered me, "chal chal tayray jaisay bahut

deykhay hai, tu bhi hamari poonch paad leo".

One more interesting thing which i would like to tell you that a number of

cylinders are available in black market at the rate of Rs 500/-per cylinder.

Please help me and meerut public in this case.

Sub : Gas Agency has forceing me to Transfer the connection to some other Agengy - Reg.

I have a gas connection at Vathsala Agencies, Virugambakkam, Chennai 92 since last one year. The Gas connection has in the name of my Mrs.I Rani, During the booking they were refused to book the gas and kept the phone receiver down. They said come and transfer the connection to Anbu Agency, Arumbakkam immediately. The said agency is very closer to our house. They usualy brought their gas cylinder through a truck and deliver the Gas. Last three months they are creating problem not to supply the gas in time. Their behaviour is not proper duging his booking and supply. Hence I request your good selves take necessary action in this reagrd. We are in urgent need of Gas Cylinder. I expect your immediate response highly appriciated.

On 1st June I received new cylinder, in the evening I smell
Gas leaking from cylinder, on 2nd June I lodge complain against leaking,

It is really pathetic condition of a consumer of Indane Gas. They are suffering without an additional cylinder just because they are consumers of Indane LPG. The paradoxical point is that the Company is issuing new connections when they could not meet the minimum requirement of their old consumers for an additional cylinder.

WHAT IS THE REMEDY. I AM SUFFERING WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS!!!

Indane Gas — urgent requirement of 2nd indane gas

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have recently got a gas connection from indane after lot of struggle to get our ration card, when we took the connection then only we applied for a 2nd cylinder so that till the time refill cylinder will be supplied we can cook food in the 2nd cylinder, However they said that only single cylinders are now given to consumers. Till now our turn has not come for the 2nd cylinder, we are facing lot of problems, since on sundays the booking office is closed and after booking also they take 4days to give refil cylinder.We desperately require second cylinder although the application has been done befor, still the same is not given.Please tell us how to acquire the 2nd cylinder.our consumer no is -GA50834.
almost every people of Bihar state is having the same problem
and despite of several complaints have been made by different,
differen people, no bodies is there to listen our complaints.
so I cordially request to the concern officer to look into the
matter & try to sort it out as early as possible.

Gas booking not done on time, delays has been made.
Time taken between 2 booking should be 21 days but they take 30days for Booking .And delivery time should be within 3 days after booking but it takes 15 days .

I am a consumer of SRI LALITHA AGENCIES INDANE DISTRIBUTORS, RAJAPALAYAM 626 117, Tamil Nadu. My Gas connection NO is: 411883. I book gas cylinder every time by telephone and their line is always busy. After longtime they pickup the call and do not speake properly.

Even they did not respond properly after a long try, I booked refilling gas cylinder in that agency last month. After 20 to 25 days complete, they did not send any gas cylinder to my home. When I contacted them through phone they did not respond to me again. Then I went to that agency personally and enquired about my booking status. They said that the cylinder allotted to me was given to someone. They apologized to me and said that your booking cylinder had been wrongly sent to others.

Problems with the agency:

1. While booking gas cylinder through phone they did not pickup the phone call and did not respond to the customer.

2. Cylinder is illegally sold to someone other than consumer.

3. They do not keep the stock (gas cylidner) always. But they sold the cylinder with higher price.

4. The cylinder filling place is 3km away in my city. They easily say to go and fill it your cylinder.

I strongly condemn this type of malpractice please take necessary action to them and send reply to me. If you want any further enquiry Please contact me.

But they are denying to give my transferable connection to me besides i have been harassed repeatedly .Not only that he said" he won't provide me the connection ".

Every day lots of complains and grivences are lodged from all parts of India, but now i think we have to lend our ear to the indane authority to listen to our voice.

the main complaints are
1. Gas Agencies are not supplying in time. they are supposed to supply within 21 days. but infact that is not happening, the practical scenario is it even take couple of months.
2. Do not maintain proper stock ledger.
3. Black Market is a common phenomenon. One Rs. 325/- cylinder is being sold at the rate of Rs. 700/-

This is the last letter I am probably writing to this site, because this site is also hopeless, space given here to waste the valuable time of the consumers.

Only written complain to the proprietor of the agency and copy to Consumer forum i am going place. u people also do so, show; i[censored] have any power!

I am a Indane Cooking gas Consumer registered with SUN GAS 26, LIC Colony, Coimbatore Tel No:[protected], 2342700, and 3255044, It is becoming very difficult or im[ossbile to book cyliders with these numbers, they have kept a recoded message saying "YOUR TELEPHONE DOES NOT HAVE THIS FECILITY" I contacted our local exchange they say that the telephone line there is no problem and this SUN gas has made this arrangement on their own. I dont know how they can make such an arrangement.
Please look into this matter and set right this situation so that consumers can book their requirement over phone and not to run to their depot for booking.

Two years back with lot of pain and difficulty and torture with Agency manager I could able to get it transferred from Kerala, where I was previously working.
Right from the begenning response from Agency is very poor and on several occasions they misbehaved with me and and wife.
Once I tried to complaint to regional office in Trichy, but no use because thier customer service cell person behaviour is more worst than agency people.
Now I realised that there is no value for common man in India, either you have to be "goonda", "Politician" or influencial person.

So we need to take leave for office when need to replace the same.

For last 2/3 months Indane cooking gas supply is very much disturbed and delayed in CHANDANNAGAR. There is no gas dealer in this town. I do not get new cylinder before 20-25 days after booking. Next booking is allowed 20 days after last delivery.

From last four months I used to call the vendor(KK Indane Iblur, Bangalore Karnataka) at least 4-6 times, I use to follow him continuously then I am able to get Cylider.
And if I am asking him why is this delay he use to give excuse of shrtage of stock, but at the same time same vendor is delivering Cylider to my neighbour without any inconvinience

Indane Gas — not writing order number and taking long time for delivery

Dear Sir,

In the Domestic Gas consumer card (Indane) we have column for gas order number / expected date of delivery. But nobody is writing the proper gas order number or expexted date of delivery in that column. Instead of that they are writing only the date of booking.

Also it is taking more than 10 - 15 days for the delivery every time and no response when we calls up.


Please do the needfull at the earliest and avoid this kind of corruptions.

Rose Gas Agency - Indane — Irresponsible behaviour of Indian and Rose Gas

Rose Gas agency seems to be the worst company that we have ever dealt with. Pathetic and rude people.

My parents have been having a indane gas connection with Jeyalakshmi Enterprises Nanganallur for last 25 years and recently they visited us to US and stayed with us for 6 months. When they returned back they were surprised to find that the agncy had been closed and connections had been transferred to Rose Gas. SInce they were out of country and have not booked a refill for 6 months their account seems to be inactive.
Rose gas had been telling stories like the account is disabled/dead. Every day they are coining new words to my fathers connection status and offer no solution. My father went to Indane office provided proof that he was out of country and he has visited Rose and Indane office atleast 25 times since he had returned back a month ago and he has not received any help.

Can people who have had the customer for more than 25 years loose their record just in 6 months. Have they given the connection to someone else and trying to fool us?

Never in my life I have heard my father feeling so irritated or frustrated. A senior citizen treated so bad can happen only in our country. Is there someone whom we can esacalte this to? Are our worries heard in this forum?

Indane Gas — Misbehaviour by delivery boy

I stay in Aundh area and my custoemer ID is 3718, i had booked a cylinder via the Guru Prasand Agency about a week back. When i called the delivery boy today asking him to get the cylinder he said that he would be delivering within an hr. That hr turned into 7 hr and even after calling and asking him to deliver he finally refused to come and when i told him that i will complain about his behaviour, he said go ahead and complain , do what ever you want and on top of that he had the guts to say that now i will not even deliver for next days.
This behaviour is not aceptable from a worker of Indane.If this continues then the only way would be to leave thi company and move on to a better one.

Indane Gas — Less gas received

Sir, my consumer no. is 36251 in the name of Mohan Ram. I always receive the less gas from the supplier Hari Singh Gas Service. Everytime I make complaint they tell me that next time you will receive the full gas cylinder. But again I receive almost 2-3 kg less gas in the cylinder. Mr. Kuldeep is the delivery man who always bring less gas. He brings one kanta (weight measure) which shows the 30 kgs. But when we measure it outside somewhere it shows only 27 kgs or maximum 28 kgs. Kindly do something for these kind of cheaters. Thanks & Regards

I am a consumer of Indane gas of consumer no. 17110.Despite booking early our cylinder is not supplied to us. This delay due to poor service of D.S. Gas agency has caused great inconvience.
Thus i request you to look into this matter
nothing has been done against sridhar gas agency, alundur, chennai, so far. they are still not responding to customer like me properly.gas is not being delivered.

On 10th June 2011, the fresh cylinder containing LPG was fitted to my stove,
and when used found leaking and smell of gas was in the room, then I immediately
informed M/S. Chakra Agency. Tenkasi. They told me that they will send their staff
to attend the leakage of gas. Today also I went to their office and requested to send
their staff to attend to the leakage, but nobody turned up till now to attend the leakage in the gas cylinder.

Anbu Gas Agency/lpg gas — Speaking rude to customers

I had my previous service at Sree Ma Krupa. Now i have shifted to a different area where they cannot provide their service. I went to enroll my name to the dealer assigned to this area ie. Anbu gas agency. I had taken my gas book ration card and other requisites even during my first visit and unnecessarily, we were asked to come again with my insurance copy as address proof. Today I went there with all the papers specified by them. The lady sitting there, is not treating human beings as human beings and chasing us. I dont understand if this is a free service provided to customers or they are doing any charity.
I'm a LPG consumer (Customer no is 0768574).with m/s guhan Gas agency, venjaramoodu trivandrum( kerala). we are getting home delivery till last booking but this month on wards we are not getting. i called to this office and ask about this. that time they told me home delivery is not available also they misbehave me. we have a good road in front of my home. so kindly take action against this at the earliest .

    I am a public Sector Employee. I wanted a new domestic gas connection from Rama Gas Agency, sector-21 C, Faridabad, Haryana. I completed all the documentry obligation and found an eligible candidate for getting the connection. But, the agency is forcing me to take gas-stove from them for Rs. 1395/-. As such, it is related to safety and therefore, I am not interested to take the stove from them because of its poor quality and also very high rates. I also own a gas stove and there is no reason to buy it.
    Agency had already made my documents but not handingover the accesories. Please help me as soonest possible as it is basic requirement for living.

      I am a customer of M/s Sangrur Gas Service, Sangrur, Punjab. I have received only one cylinder at delivery time. 3 months ago when I requested to give the one more cylinder. My Gas connection no. S -18747 and i Have booked for IInd cylinder on dt. 15.01.2008. they answered to wait becasuse the at that time the gas was short and since last 3 months they have only one answer, shortage of gas.

        my service No. 1686 having service from DISTRIBUTOR - VARSHA GAS SERVICE, NEAR; bhoipura, hatkeshwar, ahmedabad - 380 026. They do not book for refill before 21 days from the date of last del. of refilled cyl.

        it is unaware that who is giving report to media i.e. 1 1/2 months ago, there was one advt. in daily news paper - guj. samachar / divya baskar that there is no demand for lpg refill, any customer can book any day but del. will take place after 21 days from the date of last del. BUT IN MY CASE 21 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF BOOKING I.E. ON 14.03.2008 + 14 DAYS FOR DEL.
        OF REFILLED CYL. TAKEN PLACE I.E. DELIVERED ON 29.03.2008 SATURDAY. PREVOUS DEL. GIVEN TO ME ON 22.02.2008.

        on 14.03.2008 in divya baskar there was a advt. that customer can book only after 21 days from the dt. of last del. It is really surprising to note that who is giving such report to news paper whether it is from IOC / Distributors / media reporter themselves anyhow, affected people are innocent customers who are exploited highly.

        it is also surprising that some of Ahmedabad area is covered by cng pipe line connections of Adani group by which lot of refill cyl. cancellation might have taken place, if so, whatsoever new connections of lpg cyl. is taken, there should not be a chance for shortage.

        ioc concerned authority says that there is production shortage in lpg refilling. ONLY GOD KNOWS REALITY.

        I HOPE THIS WILL GO FOR CONCERNED AUTHORITY'S ATTENTION OF IOC -LPG DOMESTIC SEC. AND CONCERNED PETROLEUM MINISTRY - HON'BLE MINISTER RAMNAIK for doing needful for lacs of customers to get rid off from existing agony day to day routine life because Parliament Election is very nearer and I am certainly confident that this much of hardship did not take place during Atalji's period.

          My Consumer No. is 11829 and my Gas Agency is Nair Gas Agency located in Vikaspuri, New Delhi. I have booked my Gas on 08.04.09 and booking serial no. is 19 through MTNL No. 1260. Till date I have not got my cylinder. When calling to direct Number, the Gas Agency is not attending.
          I am consumer of Pearey Lal & Sons Pvt Ltd. gas agency, Godown : 7, Pandev Nagar, N.Delhi-110008 and Refill Booking address: 13 PNB Building Karol Bagh.New Delhi-5. I had serveral time to try for booking in their phone after 2-3 days I came to know refill booking has to computerised. I had booked on 1260 No. on 3.2.10 but after 4-5 days I contact with refill booking office, they said you have not booked your consumer No. properly then I came to know how can I punch my consumer No. R-2995. Then I had booked on 1260 with right consumer No. on 10.2.10 till today I have not get cycliner. Sir we are the working people. we contact only phone for this purpose. Without intimation, how can this gas agency starts computerised booking. They are only waiting for hike price of cycliner instead of consumer need. We continues phoned in agency when they attend our phone, only they said we cannot booked cylinder, only computerised booking is valid. why they not published or intimate the conumer proper way of booking espectiallly when alphabet is include in Consumer No. Kindly solve my problem immediaely

            (1) I had to shift home from Naranpura - Sarthi Gas Agency to Satellite - Sahil Gas Agency. (2) Before some years my wife found complaint with then working regulator. (3) At that time the cylinder boy got it exchanged with good working condition regulator at Rs.150/-, and till date there was no problem. (4) Now while shifting to another agency (dealer) they insist to check the regulator in use, and its serial number does not tally with their records. (5) At any cost they do not permit to change my home location !!. (6) Even the Indane Regional Office in the City confirmed they querry raised by agency. If any answer available to this problem, I am prepared to pay Rs.501/-.

            My gas bottle dealer is Gauri Gas Agency, Paldi., Ahmedabad. I talk to Manager ot Gauri Gas Agency, Paldi, Ahmedabad for 2nd Bottle (Dual Bottle Connection) oftenly. But I don't get Second Bottle till date.

            My customer number is 12738 and it is in the name of my father in law -P Keshavan Unni. We get our yougas cylinder from Shubhlaxmi Indane, 4, Himavan Appr. Opp. Industotherm, Nandan Park, Bhopal, Ahmedabad and this agency unvariably causes delay in supplying the cylinder ( Booked on 27/1/2009 and the cylinder delivered on 5/2/2009) this means that for the period of the delaly our next cylinder has to be used. However as per the Indane guidelines, the next booking cannot be made by us before 21 days of the date of the date of previous cylinder delivery. The result being we need to run the cylinder for over a month (21 days and the no. of days of delay ie. 10 to 12 days). For a family of 5 people this is not very practical. Requesting to look inot the matter and help us in solving the problem. We also need any other Indane gas near to Thaltej as we are not satisfied with the current agency.

            Indane Gas — for changing leakage cylinder bottle

            I am Taher Virpurwala and presently my new cylinder bottle has arrived on 5/10/2011 and it has a problem of leakage.
            We have put a complaint to change the bottle in the office on the same day. They had send the technician to visit our place and check the bottle and he has told us the bottle will be changed by tomorrow but still no one has arrived to change it and we are facing a huge problem as we are staying in flats and neighbours are complaing about this leakage problem and by this problem we are very afraid to on the stoves as they may even catch fire. We tried alot many times to call on this number[protected]/[protected] on 7/10/2011 from morning 9.00am but nobody is picking up the call or it remains engaged. We have the same problem of busy phones or phone in disorder while booking the refill of gas cylinder.

            My consumer no. is 25639, had complained regarding the leakage of gas to rajmin agency, giridharnagar. received an immediate response, but person who had come to attend the complaint asked Rs 800 as repair charge as the leakage was from the stove knobs. Since the amount seem to be very high, we approached the Glen company and as per them there was no problem in the stove.             I had booked 1 Indane Cylinder with Udaya Gas Agency, 1136, PO Krishnanagar, Saijpur, Ahmedabad Phone No.22821344/22811124/22818525 through IVR 1260 dated 17/03/2012 wait listed 1. But now till date I have not received delivery.

            There is corrupt practice that the Agency has isssuing the same to delivery man in time. But they balack market
            the cylinder and last movement I am getting the delivery.

            Now I have contacted Udaya Gas Agency, they are telling that Electronic booking made by me on 17/03/2012 wait listed 1 is not received. Please note that my 2nd Cylinder is also empty within a day or two.

            Please use your good office and arrange to get delivery of Cylinder today without fail.

            Booked one gas cylinder on line on automated system 04.10.2012 but till today not received the delivery of the captioned cyliner. I have done many calls & complaint & my last complaint number is : 692997. Complaint cell [protected] says that you are not doing regular booking. Complaint cell simply cut the call & no response even from there.

            Want to know is the whole system is curruped or there is a single chennal who is honest in System. I have done online booking & still no delivery has been done.

            My distributer is Rajmin Gas Service.

            Is Entire system just for harssing customer & making them fool not for listening & resolving their problem.

              There is frequent complaints on your Gas Agency in Kalol - Guajrat, Monalisa Gas Agency. We try to book the refill on phone but noone picks the phone nor respond properly.

              Sometimes by chance if connected then they give lame excuses ofdelay and fake assurance fo delivery. after booking it takes almost 18-20 days to get the refill.

                I am the one of the consumer of Indane gas living in Mecheri village, Mettur (TK), Salem (Dt). We are having two cylinder connection from your agency. But now a days they are not deliver the filled gas cylinder in proper time. We are getting the cylinder after 20 days of booking only. Similarly now a days stepney is useless. They are not reasdy to fill the stepney. Because of this delay we are suffering a lot. We are having twlo child and myself and my husband are working... So kindly do the needful for us.

                    Dear sir,
                    I have booked a new connection with M/S Sri Thirumala Indane gas agency, Hosur.My registration slip no.18015 Dated 19.12.07
                    after three months ie 31.03.08 i got a intimation letter from the dealer to get a new connection.When i approached them again they are asked me to come after 15 days.
                    can i know the minimum process period for a new connection?
                    And the response from the dealer is very poor.

                    As i am struggling since three months without gas connection.Kindly take the immediate action to process my complaint at the earliest

                      My gas connection number is A10153. It is in the name of my uncle Mr.M.P.Gopalakrishnan. We lived in Ambathur for the past 20 years and got gas cylinders from TUCS Ambathur. Now we are shifting to Mylapore. We lost the document that accounts for the ownership of the gas connection. We met the personnel in Ambathur office but they are unable to trace the bills in the records.
                      I request you to please kindly help us in this issue. Is there any other method of proof? Please let us know.

                      Shifting of gas connection
                      Dear Sir,
                      My gas connection number is Q12777, Ambika gas company, centre market, sector -9, bokaro. We lived in Bokaro for the past 30 years and got gas cylinders. Now we are shifting to Siwan. We met the personnel in office of bokaro and they transferred the connection to siwan. In siwan the gas agency named Parvati gas services for further formalities for connection but they refused to give the conncetion.
                      They are telling to me to give 6000 rupees and get a new connection and forget about this transfer letter issued from Bokaro

                      I have recently shifted from Kharghar, Navimumbai to Neemrana, Rajsthan. My gas connection is in the name of my father Mr.K.H.Sarvade.Consumer no: 28924. with Shri sairam Gas ( Bharat gas) Agency, Kharghar. Before shifting I took termination voucher from the agency ( TV-058 ) so as to get my connection transfer to Behror, Dist: Alwar rajasthan as there is no Gas Agency in Neemrana right now. I approached Indane gas agency in Behror with all the documents. They said they have to get verification report from Shri sairam Gas, navimumbai, and hence took Rs.60 for sending the verification request. and told me that within 10 days they will recieve the report and provide the gas cyllinder.

                      In last one month I visited 4 times to the the Indane gas agency in Behror, each time they are telling me that the verification report has nmot yet come from NaviMumbai's gas agency. and I tried to call "N" number of times to Shr sairam gas agency to confirm whether they have recieved any letter for verification from Behror or not? but the phone rings but nobody picks the phone. I am in deep trouble not getting any kind of response neither from Navimumbai nor Indane from Behror.

                      Request the concerned to help in this regard.

                        I had booked a refill in the month of Feb, thru IOC online booking # 1260. This was never delivered. I again booked for a refill on 26-Mar and I have waited for one week. This has also been not delivered. I wonder if the refills booked by genuine customers are being sold in black for a premium. The fact that refills are available freely, provided one is ready to shell out 50 to 60% of the price as premium gives room for my above suspicion.

                        In Uttam Nagar Area, Prem Nagar, OM Vihar etc. the dealers who distribute the Gas Cylinder never pick up the phone. For booking of LPG cyliner one has to go to dealer personally. From morning itself gernally there is long queue of more than 100 people for booking gas cyliner.

                        Dealers give cylinders to catrerers, sweet shops in black, That is why they are harassing public.

                        You are requested to take stringent action against these dealers of this area.

                          I am a customer of IOC Lpg cylinders since 1993. I got this connection in Delhi and on may 2007 I transferred this to the distribution area of Super Gas agencies Kochi, KERALA. Really I appreciate the customer service of this agency. But, unfortunately I couldn’t continue under this agency more

                          On 14th Feb 2008. I shifted my residence to the distribution area of Anand Gas Agency, Kochi and booked a cylinder on same day. After 10 days I started to call the agency for delivery of the cylinder. 0n 26th feb they said “there is a shortage of labour in their agency to supply the cylinder and if I need I can collect from the godown. I collected and booked another cylinder on same day.[protected].

                          I started to call them again after 15days. They repeated the same reply. After several calls to the agency on 26th March they said IOC is not supplying cylinders regular to them and they are not bothered if I will complain to IOC.

                          Since, I am waiting for a cylinder after 35 days . As a sincere customer to IOC for last several years I request the IOC authorities to kindly take this matter seriously and make an arrangement to get delivery of the cylinder in time without more harassment from the distributor.

                            I'm using LPG gas of M/s Indian Oil Corp. Ltd sold under brand name of INDANE. I'm using services of M/s Rohini Gas Agency, Sector 7, Rohini, NEW DELHI for the last 10 years. My LPG consumer number is 24711.
                            The major problem faced by me is that a lot of time is wasted in getting the telephone call connected to the dealer. The numbers remain engaged for long time. And if by luck, you get it connected, the bell would go on ringing but no one would pick up the phone.
                            Don't know what to do in such a situation. Pl advise.

                              I already have a single LPG cylinder at home. But after it is finished if we book the gas, it is taking more than 10 days to deliver. To avoid all these problems I have asked for the extra cylinder but the delivery boy has told me to give Rs.2, 300/- for extra cylinder. Is it costs that much or they are just selling it in black.                               Anybody tell me how to get extra cylinder from the gas dealer. I have already one cylinder but I want one more, the dealer is saying for new connection they gives two cylinder but for old customer they do not give because of company policy.                                 Dear Sir,
                                I applied for Indane gas connection with one Vijay gas agency, Besant Nagar, Chennai-90 in June-July 2007. I received a post card from the above agency during Oct-Nov 2007 informing me about the allotment & their mechanic`s arrival for checking. But till today[protected], NO mechanic has turned up in spite of reminding the said agency in person and by phone several times. If I had bought a stove with the cylinder, probably, they could have issued it immediately. This is nothing but twisting of arms so that we will be ored to buy the unwanted stove.
                                Hence it is requested that the said connection may be given immediately without any further delay.

                                  Today I phoned to your agent Sri Revathy at 2/624 1st Main Road, Munusamy Nagar Medavallam Chennai 60l 302 for booking for refile .
                                  They insisted me to go to their office to show them my ration card and I told them I am a senior citizen and I will arrange to show thro some help in a day or two. But the staff did not relent to me. How bad is your agents services . You have agents who does not have the basic manners to treat elders. Please instruct them accordingly. The day is not very far - I was also a very senior goverment of india official - that you will have to face the competition with other private LPG manufacturers when once the subsidy is removed and that too is not very far.                                     Dear sir,
                                    I am a consumer of LPG in suravi gas.Durgapur west bengal.my customer nunber is LT6632.
                                    1)The distributer never picks up the telephone for booking.
                                    2)They dont have any IVRsystem.
                                    3)They do not accept booing of gas before 21 days of delivery of one cylinder. 4)4)Their behaviour towards customer is disgrasefull.
                                    5)Their delivery boys do not show us the weight of the cylinder at the time of delivery.
                                    In this situation IOC is requested to take action against this distributor .

                                    6)after booking the lpg cylinder is delivered only afer 15-17 days.So a family needs to wait for more than 1 month for a cylinder
                                    7)They say that this is done for non supply of cylinders whereas cyinders are available in black market for Rs 150 extra

                                      I am a resident of secunderabad, AP. I have e booked a gas cylinder (renewal) 10 days ago. with Anupama Gas Agency. Since there is no reponse I have been trying to contact them since last 3 days over phone but the number is continuously busy or it rings and no one picks up. This has been the state most of the months whenever I try to book a cylinder. Being a working women it is really difficult to leave all other works & trying to call them.

                                      it is true that Anupama Gas agency doesnot pick up phone while we dial up to book gas...Please take necessary action to rectify.

                                      I am facing similar problems, it seems load is very high and needs to be distributed. It takes sometimes 2 hours to book the gas, as both the nos are busy most of the time.
                                      This is the problem being faced for many years, The phone is continuously engaged and never rings. 10 days back we booked online and our number was 3, but until now we didnot get and now when we enquired they are saying tht there is no booking. How come such things can happen.

                                      Please take corrective action and have an e- booking so that we don't have to undergo this each time we need to Refill.
                                      I agree. Their numbers are continuously busy. Once when I was at the agency, I observed that the executives put the receiver down to avoid answering calls. The complaint to the manager fell in deaf ears. We have lots of other work to do - so I hope Anupama agency understands this. The people there are very rude.
                                      Yeah.. I do agree.. There is no response to the call.. either it is busy always or no one attends the call.. really junk service... worst service... its never been easy to book cylinder.. every time it takes hell lots of time... :(
                                      My consumer No.A23711 and I tried my best to get Annupama Gas on phone
                                      since morning today (7-3-11) but could not succeed as they always keep it
                                      busy. Will IOC do something to mitigate our problem with this agency who
                                      are not customer friendly.

                                        I am an ex-service man and a customer of sri muthappan gas (indane) mambram, in kannur dist.Kerala. This agency has 2 phone nos.[protected] and[protected]which are hardly attended on repeated calls.you can verify this by calling several
                                        times continuously without giving your identity.On booking,
                                        customers dont get refilled cylinders even after 3 or 4 weeks.
                                        it is heard that cylinders are sold to non-customers for higher
                                        price.please take the matter seriously and try to solve the problem at the earliest .

                                        I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 3-4 days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding. Than I went to agency to book the connection than the agency staff is forcing me to transferred my connection to another agency. I want to know that why my connection is is sifting to another agency with out my concern?

                                        Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.
