[Resolved] Indane Gas (Rama Gas Agency, Sector, 21 - C, Faridabad, Haryana) — Malpractcing for domestic gas connection

I am a public Sector Employee. I wanted a new domestic gas connection from Rama Gas Agency, sector-21 C, Faridabad, Haryana. I completed all the documentry obligation and found an eligible candidate for getting the connection. But, the agency is forcing me to take gas-stove from them for Rs. 1395/-. As such, it is related to safety and therefore, I am not interested to take the stove from them because of its poor quality and also very high rates. I also own a gas stove and there is no reason to buy it. Agency had already made my documents but not handingover the accesories. indane gas ( faridabad ) — change of address

Dear sir,
Recently we have changed my resident so I want to change my address in indane gas service office but they are demanding the rent agreement & i am unable for rent agreement .
Kindly suggest me. How can i changed my address.

I am a resident of 1265 Green Field Colony Sector. I have given request new gas connection on 5th may.but as on date I have not receive the connection and in office people not responding in manner, they never attend a call and not giving any right information, always said for wait only.
I am still waiting for my letter, They are saying we have dispatch your letter by post on 24th may.1week gone but there is no response.
Please help me to get new connection.

THIS RAMA INDANE GAS SERVICES IS GOOD FOR THE SUPPLY BUT EVERY TIME THEY HANG THEIR PHONE RECEIVER, SO THAT CUSTOMER WILL UNABLE TO REACH THEM FOR A BOOKING OR ANY INQUIRY. PLEASE UPDATE AND CHANGE THE MENTALITY FOR BETTER SERVICES.
