Sir,
i atul saxena (customer no- A14915) is registered at Kasna Gas Agency, GreaterNoida, Distt -Gautam Budh Nagar.

I have booked my gas on 11.07.2008 & since than i have made so many follow ups but till now delivery of gas cylinder is not happened.
You may kindly do the needful to resolve the problem.

LPG — Delievery

i am living in wz-56 meenakashi garden new delhi and getting supply of my lpg cylinder from shakti gases hari nager now for re construction of my house i have migrated to ashok nagar for 6-7 months and after re built my house i will back here so for this perioud this agency has refused to serve me untill i am not back i asked them also to collect from there agency but they refused.
tell me is it nacessary to change address for this short perioud if yes then tell procedure if no then tell me how i can continue to get supply from there.

IOCL LPG Cylinder — Abnormal delay of delivery.

My connection No.5726 is with Anbu Gas Indane Agency having their office at No.3, Dr.Radhakrishnan Nagar, Ist Floor, Poonamalle Highroad, Arumbakkam, Chennai-600106. This connection was transferred from Shivsangar Agency, Porur, Chennai-600116 without our knowledge in 2001.Since they are giving the preferrence on area basis not on the seniority basis, I am facing abnormal delay in getting the cylinder in each and every time for the past seven years. They accumulated the orders for a particular area to the level of one load then they supply that area which is against your guidelines.For that they are dodging every day whenever we contact.This time I booked on 26.09.2008.Yesterday, they assured the supply on today.Today they are replying tomorrow.Also their office is far away from our area which is difficult to contact.Kindly arrange to retransfer to Shivsankar Agency-Porur, Chennai-600116.

Indian oil corporation — regarding-refuse to give air check-up for car

Sir, I filled fuel at your dealer Karthikeyan Agencies, Palakkad main road, Mavuthampathy, Navakkarai, Coimbatore-641105. on 4-12-08 around 10 A.M. The pump operator refused to provide AIR CHECK-UP. and moved from that place without answering properly. In your company ad. I have noticed the information regarding the complaint of non availability of AIR CHECK-UP on 6-12-08 Dinakaran tamil news paper. If it is true please take necessary steps.

Indian oil corporation — Delay of Delivery in LPG cylinder

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of LPG cylinder of Indian oil corporation with the dealer Guhan Gas Agency in Kaniyapiram, Trivandrum district.

There has been a lot of malfunctions going on this particular agency for quite some time. I had booked for refilling by Oct 8th and I am yet to receive my refill cylinder. It's been almost a month and there is no proper response from the people who work there. This not only happens for me but for every consumer at this agency.

At first, No one is picking up the call that we make. Even if they attend they are very rude to the consumers. we are not asking them anything for free we pay and get and also ask only for our rights that we are intended to.

I have not seen any other agancy like this. There has been no respect for the consumers. We are being treated as slaves.

I believe, this particular agency is under scanner , at this point it would be better if IOC intermediates in this and provide regular service at these area wihtout this agency.

It is because of this particular agency, the IOC brnad name is getting damaged.
i smt, khuku dutta, cnosumer no is t02621, under north end gas supply north barasat.34 days pass i do not get my cylinder, your disbutor and line man was corrupted do not service your customer properly.

    I am Sajal Mitra, Consumer No:-G0438. I have a Indane gas connection through the agency Uttarayan Gas Service, Gyangra, Kalitala, Baguiati, Kolkata - 700059, Code No:[protected], Phone:[protected].
    I had applied for the double cylinder on[protected] with Sr. No ER:-384583. Now that agency inform me that they would not able to register the double cylinder because the unavailability of that service until please wait.
    Now I am facing the problem because my parents are so old and seek (Age 71 and 61) and facing the problem. In this situation please inform me that what to do to get the registration of double cylinder.

    Getting additional second cylinder is your right. These dealers avoid giving second cylinder so that they can sell maximum cylinders to those who pay more. Meet the consumer sevice/complaint cell and alunch a complaint in writing. pl do not forget to take acknowldgement on the carbon copy of the complaint.

      Kalpana Gas Agency, Kukattpally, Hyderabad, one of the INDANE gas dealer is trying to malign reputation of IOC.
      We shifted locally from Habsiguda to malaysian Township and transfered our gas connection (consumer no. 75609) from JayKay service to Kalpana Gas Agency on 7th July 2008. At the time of completing the formalities on 7th july we were told that the gas will be supplied within a weeks time. so we didnot go for refilling from old agency before shifting. Its 24th july today & so far there's no supply .
      we have a new born baby at our home and some relatives too.AND we are out of gas for last 5 days now.
      OUR CONCERN : (1) We booked the gas on 7th but they show in there records that its booked on 11th. (2) No booking/ waiting number was given.(3) If there's a supply problem why we are kept in the dark. atleast we could have made an alternate arrangement. (4) whenever we try to contact them they say by evening the supply will be made.(5) they gave us a number of one Mr. Ramesh to contact for supply of gas ([protected]), this no. is out of service.(6) They have stopped picking our phone.(7) they say gas will be delivered in evening but by 5pm they shut down their office. (8) Twice we have visited them taking leave from my office but its the same old assurance.
      BECAUSE of them not telling us the truth, keeping us in the dark, not responding properly, carelessness we re suffering a lot.
      PLEASE SUGGEST Why we should not go to consumer forum? Why we should not end our relation with IOC and shift to someother company?
      IOC must take necessary action against the highly irresponsible attitude of their dealer.
      I have all the hotel & food bills for breakfast to dinner to support this. My wife went thru the ceaserian operation for delivery on 10th and is now living on hotel food.

      Hi sir

      I have airtel postpaid mobile, my mobile no : [protected], last two weeks back without intimation they disconnected imcoming and outgoing due to delay payment, the balance amount is 18000/Rs, unbill amount is 700/RS. i payed bill amount last one week back ( on[protected] at the moosapet airtel centre, that time people told no need to pay that unbill amount 700. this amount having due date is[protected]. so that i am not payed that unbill amount. but i have cleared all the bills on[protected], when i am clearing the bill, the moosapet hyderabad airtel centre people told you will get incoming and outgoind with in 4 hours on[protected]. i called so many time customer care people from[protected] as of now i didn't get my incomming and outgoing. as of now i called to customer care people 20 time they requested logs all executives told like you will get your conntection within one hour, due technical issue we are unable to provide the connection, they are telling daily like today definately you will get the connection and also they are telling your side no problem my side only have the problem.

      what i want to do this situation. i payed my bill regulary, some time it's delayed but they adding fine for that delay payment.

      please take action on airtel telecom, hyderabad,
      if my concern looks fine pleae take the action

      I completely agree to this customers complaints. I too faced lot of issues with this particulat agency in hyderabad. The people there treat you very badly, make you run around for every small thing. Customer service is pathetic the officials are very rude.
      I have only single cylinder at home, they refused to give second connection. Every time I go they say come after 2 months, I had went there 3-4 times for the same purpose.
      With family including baby it is very difficult during times when the gas gets exhausted. They take minimum 2 weeks for delivery. Sometimes they let you go and collect from godown that too after repeated requests and begging.
      I have seen them following dual standards, with some customers the lady promises to give the gas next day with some she says 10 days.
      They were not ready to give the Indane sales officers (customer care) number when I asked. They have left the space empty on the notice board describing about the indane cutomer care contacts.
      I have seen lot of people even without receipts collecting gas cylinder from the godown. That shows these people are selling the cylinders in black market and commercial purposes.

      The concerned authorities should take strict action against kalpana Gas agency, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Please conduct a vigilance inquiry into the dealings of this particular agency.

      Please note we have booked GAS for supply on dated 26.08.2010 booking number 13470. Our Gas connection customer number is 81994.

      Now as on today its been 21 days & gas cylinder is still not supplied. This is very poor delivery & supply service & we are suffering for this reason.

      Even I booked my Gas on 23-Aug-2010 and my Cust No 79081. They didn't respond properly.When ever I callto them they are saying that today the person will deliver but after 27 days also they didn't deliver my Gas cylinder. I don't know how can I lodge a complaint on them...

        Sir i m sub of Indane gas From lehragaga <Sangrur Punjab
        i was regular customer of Shri balaji gas Service from 5 years But dut to some reasons this agency blocked and our area is shifted to rishi gas service we used their service for one year
        but now they says your registration is fake and we can not give u gas
        i m senior citizen of 72 years age
        its very difficult without gas
        kindly solve the matter
        We are having gas connection of Consumer No: 33634 in the name of Mr. Mudiam Laxman Rao Ex:MLA since from long back but now we are facing problem while transferring papers to the change of address where he was expired long back now neither we ca get him nor his death certificate, please suggest us what to do inthis circumstance where we are facing a lot of problem and let us know to whom we should contact regarding this to resolve the problem

          my gas number is dl- 14397 and our area comes under dagar gas service in rohini sector -3, pocket E -20, shop no- 21, code no -9107177. this agency people does not pick up the phone first of all and if they pick up then they give false booking number and assure you that the gas will take 5-6 days to come and you will not get the gas on time and when you will contact them again then they will say that it has not been booked earlier, then they will argue with you and ask you to book it again, this thing has been repeated a number of times now and we never get the gas on time, kindly look into this matter

          Sub: Compliant against Mohan & Mohan Gas Agency, Sarai Khwaja, Faridabad-121003(Haryana) the authorized dealer of Indane Gas.

          Sir/ Madam,

          I have Gas Connection no. MA 2607 at Mohan & Mohan Gas Agency, Sarai Khwaja Market, Faridabad-121003(Harayana). They have two telephone lines i[protected] ii[protected],

          I have great difficulty in booking or making inquiry on phone. They never pickup the phone. I always find engage tone on both the lines. Due to this reason one day I, personally visited the booking place (Shop) Mohan & Mohan Gas Agency and found that receiver of the both phone were kept a side. I asked to the person seating on counter, he could not give the satisfactory answer. I always take off from office to book the gas.

          But I found my query‘s answer “why these phone numbers are continuously engaged”. If you also wish to experience, you can try by ringing the phone Numbers.

          They also keep the gap of 25 days between two bookings which is insufficient to us. If it could be 15 to 20 days would be more convenient to the maximum consumers.

          As you aware that most of the influenced persons can get gas as and when they required / needed and other side other consumers are the real sufferer.

          Inview of above, I would like to bring your attention on my both the issues, if they shorted out will be great relief to the consumers of our area near by Sarai Khwaja Market, Sector35, Faridabad

          Gas booking not done on time, delays has been made.
          Time taken between 2 booking should be 21 days but they take 30days for Booking .And delivery time should be within 3 days after booking but it takes 15 days .
          My last gas booking date was 9th june 2009 and delivery was on 19th June 2009. Till date now its 14th July 2009 my gas booking has not being done . and When will my delivery date come.

            I was having tranfer voucher of gas connection from Kutch Lignite Power Station, Gujarat ( Code 112663). I deposited that Tr to Balaji Gas Company, Bilaspur (Code 124432) and they forced me purchase the pipe otherwise they were not ready to accept my transfer voucher and i was alredy having a pipe from my previous connection. They told me its scheme of the company that you have to purchace a pipe whether its new fresh connection or case of transfer.
            is it scheme of company???????
            Balaji gas company, Bilaspur has appointed all female staff. Some of them misbehaves with customer and creates problems and delay in process unnecessarily.

            Indane Gas- New Gas connection — Force to purchase extra accessories

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I am also facing the same problem of ''Distributor Forcing to purchase extra accessories(Gas Stove)". They are accepting the fact "Company is FORCING the Distributors to get there Loss balanced by selling a Gas-stove compalsorily from them". There no sence or logic in sharing there loss & suffering business-cheating practice done by INDANE GAS and/or any of its Distributor.

            IS THERE ANY SOLUTION TO IT??????????

            I am also facing the same problem, distributor forcing me to buy stove and other accessories worth 3000 INR wiht a new connection, or gas connection is denied, agency name: Priyan agency, Pondicherry (Indane distributor),
            Is there a way to get the refund back by returning the stove, since they forced me to pay the amount last week.

              Why delayed is happend last eight to nine months before.

              After booking the lpg cylinder is delivered only after 36 days.
              So a family needs to wait for more than 1 month for a cylinder
              They say that this is done for non supply of cylinders whereas cyinders are available in black market for Rs *** extra.
              Pl note that point : OTHER DISTRIBUTOR, AFTER BOOKING OF LPG CYL. IS DELIVERED ONLY AFTER 1O DAYS.

              Please help us and change my distributor.
              In this situation IOC is requested to take action against this distributor .

                This is to inform you that here at khurja, distt bulandshahar[up], the workers at the petrol pump of indian oil not give the exact quantity of petrol however they take full charges for that quantity and the quality of petrol seem to be not so good. it is adulterated.
                please take some action in this regard.

                BSNL landline service is too slow
                My phones ded form last 20 days

                But they claim full monthly rental charge every month i face this problem.

                I have complained many time to BSNL complaint no. 198

                But no response found from BSNL site.

                Bad services thru BSNL.
                about the quantity and quality of petrol and not working petrol machines

                This is to inform you that here at khurja, distt bulandshahar[up], the workers at the petrol pump of indian oil not give the exact quantity of petrol however they take full charges for that quantity and the quality of petrol seem to be not so good. it is adulterated.and there is petrol machine also not in working condition and not change or repaired by indian oil.there is very bad condition of petrol pump at khurja, distt bulandshahar[up].
                please take some action in this regard.

                  I HAD BOOKED THE GAS CYLINDER AT SINDHU ENTERPISES ADD:- PKT-A, 23-A, DILSHAD GARDEN, DELHI-95.IT WAS SURPRISES TO ME THAT THE CYLINDER I HAD RECEIVED WAS ALREADY EXPIRED ON JUNE-07.ACCORDING TO RULES PLEASE READ BELOW :-
                  On one of three side stems of the cylinder, the expiry date is coded alpha Numerically as follows A or B or C or D and some two digit number
                  following
                  this e.g. D06.

                  The alphabets stand for quarters -
                  A for March (First Qtr)
                  B for June (Second Qtr)
                  C for Sept (Third Qtr)
                  D for December (Fourth Qtr)

                  The digits stand for the year till it is valid.
                  Hence D06 would mean December qtr of 2006.

                  BUT WHEN I TOLD THIS TO GAS AGENCY THEY REPLIED THAT THERE IS NO SUCH EXPIRY OF CYLINDER.

                  COULD U PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THIS SITUATION.

                  Dada Gas Agency — Door closed means booked gas get cancelled

                  I booked for cylinder on 20/12/2007 and they told that it will received in 4 to 5 days. But it received on 28/12/2007 at that time our residence door closed. I enquiry on 29/12/2007 and asked about the status on my booked cylinder, they told it get cancelled. Again you have to book and wait for one week. The manager in that company is talking like illerature and there is no decency talking to the customer.

                  I have gas cylinder connection customer no : 18455 in name of Pushpavati J. Vyas since last 35years. Pushpavati was my aunty and they expired in 5-3-1980. Our gas agency ( The Ahmedabad Co-op Dept. Stores Ltd.) ask for pushpavati Resan card in this connection I have show my all documents Resan cards, (probat which I have received from Citi Civil Court even though they have refuse to send cylinder.                   I have been using the Indian GAS from last 1.5 years and from that time to till today i have asked our Agency to book for 2nd Cylendar and every time they use to say that the booking book we have not yet received it will take time. i am facing lots of problem using single cylendar. Due to that some time they will take 7 to 9 days for delivery till then what will i do.

                  Please suggest me where shall i give a complaint for Indian GAS Agency which is providing a cylendar to me

                  Please check everyone in JP NAGAR AREA WITH INDANE GAS . Because all the calenders which comes with Door Delevary are Expired with Date and year. Please return them back if you find any faulty codes with calenders.

                  Procedure to check

                  Here is how we can check the expiry date of LPG cylinders:

                  On one of the three side stems of the cylinder, the expiry date is coded alpha numerically as follows A or B or C or D with some two digit number. For e.g. D06.

                  The alphabets stand for quarters -
                  A for March (First Qtr),
                  B for June (Second Qtr),
                  C for Sept (Third Qtr), &
                  D for December (FourthQtr).
                  The digits stand for the year till it is valid.
                  Hence D06 would mean December quarter of 2006.
                  the gas connection is in my fathers name as both my parents live with me. I have been getting supply for the last 30yrs. My father expired 10yrs ago and due to having certain formalities like showing of ration card ect, I have to change the connecton on my name. I was asked to provide my fathers death certificate, leagl heir certificate and my ID to prove my address. In spite of providing this, just because my brother and sister and mother names are in the legal heir certificate I have to get NOC from them. The NOC from my mother alone is not sufficent. I even told them my sister/brother reside abroad and have no intention of coming back. Why are we people being harrassed so much just for a gas connection? Im sure there are so many people living in joint families who have this type of connections.

                    i am serving in CISF and presently posted at CISF National Response Force BN Mundali, presently i am residing with my family at CDA Sector -7, Cuttack on rent. I do need a new gas connection as i have no connetion up to yet in this regard i went to the Indane gas Cuttack Division and asked for new the person sited there said new gas connection totally closed & when reopened he does not know. we are suffering a lot i like to know when new connection will restarted

                      I m a consumer of Indane gas. My consumer no is 45377 & the agency Name is Sheela agency, J. P. Nager, Bangalore. I had booked a cylinder on 26/06/08 and they deliver it on 03/07/08 and they said they can take booking after 16 days and when i called again after 16 days they are saying they will take booking only after more 10 days and they will deliver the gas after 10 days. the same thing happen june 2008 month. When i called them on 03/06/2008 they said they will take booking after 6 days. After 6 days when i booked and asked booking number, they didn't said anything, even i requested many times. When i called them again 26/06/08, they said there is no booking done for this consumer number and they took again and then they delivered the gas on 03/07/2008. It seems they are harrassing me. Is there any kind of rule supplying gas more than 45 days to 60 days. If it is like that then how can i manage the cooking. I am holding two gas cyllinder but both became empty.

                      Sir,
                      I, the inhabitant of Village Mullanpur Garibdass, submit as under:-
                      1. That my village Mullanpur Garibdass, which is situated at a distance of hardly 3 kilometers from Chandigarh, inhabits the population of around 12000 people. Of late, every family is solely dependent on Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for its cooking needs. I wish to highlight to your goodself the very genuine grievance and hardship being faced by me and people of the village, that there is no LPG agency or Godown of the Indian Oil Corporation in the near vicinity of Mullanpur Garibdass.

                      2. That the only Gas Agency through which LPG cylinders are supplied in our town, viz. Deep Indane Service, Majri, District Mohali, is situated at a distance of about 12-14 kilometers. There is no door-to-door service for supplying cylinders in my town. The persons running the said agency dictate their own terms for supplying LPG cylinders to the poor inhabitants of the town and sometime charge more price than the fixed by the corporation. There are no fixed working hours of the said agency. The persons running the agency do whatever they like and they unnecessarily harass and humiliate the poor inhabitants of our town. The employees deputed for supplying the cylinders don’t have any etiquette/ manner how to communicate with the customers and they always used such a rough language to the customers. Moreover, the telephone/mobile numbers installed at the agency for gas booking are always out of order. As such, in this computer-age also, one has to waste his/her entire day, sometimes more than one day or two, to get an LPG cylinder refilled from the aforesaid agency, which is very humiliating and embarrassing too. Therefore, I submit number of complaints against the said agency before your goodself which are as under:-

                      1. No –door-to-door service is provided to the consumer.
                      2. They openly sold LPG cylinders in black in the market.
                      3. Communication of the employees deputed for delivery of LPG cylinders alongwith dealing of the proprietor Mr.Sukhwinder Singh with the customers is not good.
                      4. Gas in cylinders always underweight and the seal of the LPG cylinders always found broken as the employees deputed in the godown may pilferage the gas.
                      5. The phone/mobile numbers installed at the agency for booking are always out of order.
                      6. There is no time fixed by the agency for the delivery of LPG cylinders in the area that also in working days. Due to that reason, employees working in the Govt. offices face severe problems.
                      7. I don’t have any male member (except my father who is suffering from brain hemorrhage) at home to carry the LPG cylinder from the place where the tractor-trolley of the agency comes in working hours, for distributing the LPG cylinders which is far from my home. I also put my grievance before the Area Manager, Mr.Shakula verbally on his mobile [protected] so many times, though he assured me to sort out my problems but he did not take any action against the proprietor Mr.Sukhwinder Singh. I feel that they both seem to be hand and glove that is why my genuine problem is not solved.

                      Your are, therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the erring agency and sort out the aforementioned problems faced by me and make necessary arrangement for opening a Godown or LPG agency in the Mullanpur Garibdass, at the earliest so that the residents of our town may not be subjected to any further harassment and inconvenience.

                      LPG — broken seals and pilferage from LPG cylinders

                      I'm Dr. R.V. Singh on transfer from Ahmedabad to Lucknow. I am shocked to observe that Indane is meting out step motherly treatment to its customers at Lucknow (may be in entire UP). While at Ahmedabad we used to get cylinders sealed with an aluminium cap, which could not be (in normal course) tampered with, but in Lucknow all cylinders are delivered with a plastic tape wraping. All refils that I have received here last only 28 days on an average, while at Ahmedabad they would last 47 days.
                      The delivery boys, upon taking the delivery from the godown, siphon about 2/3 kgs of LPG to 5 kg cylinders (sold by the shops along side the UP towns).
                      None raises a voice, for obvious reasons (need I explain them?)
                      However, Indane, on its part can definitely address the problem by making it mandatory to provide aluminium seals and a plastic tape seal over it and ensure that the cylinders are delivered at the consumers' doorstep in that condition.
                      Its a matter of grave concern to observe that a PSU of the stature of Indian Oil has cannived with the mafia to put the ultimate consumer at loss by allowing the dealers/ delivery boys an opportunity to tamper with the LPG refils.
                      Earlier also I have written in this very site, but in vain. Would anybody listen, please!!!...
                      I had booked my refill with DK agencies in JP Nagar, Bangalore. Consumer#23280 on 12th Jan 2009. The ticket# given is 3855.

                      They had promised to deliver in 4-5 days. It is over 10 days now and every follow-up call results in empty promise of delivery the same day.

                      I suspect they are delivering out of turn keeping innocent consumers waiting.

                      Indian Oil — Non Delivery of LPG Cylinder

                      I am a consumer with IOL's dealer in Sahibabad M/s Yadu Indane Gas Seva (Consumer Number 12112) .
                      I find the services of my IOL dealer very careless and irritating, getting refill is always a problem. Needless to mention, the problem o[censored]nderweight cylinders.

                      I had requested a refill on 13.01.2009 and it has not been delivered yet. We were told that it will take 8-10 days. After that, on enquiry we were told that it will be delivered in a day or two. Then they started saying that the house was locked. Which is impossible and can be proved.

                      Now since last 3 days - they are saying that the cylinder will be delivered tomorrow for sure.

                      Yesterday (05.02.2009) at around 2.30 they said that it will reach at 3.30 pm but it didn't.
                      After 5.30 pm no body picked up the phone.

Is there any kind of rule supplying gas more than 45 days to 60 days. If it is like that then how can i manage the cooking. I am holding two gas cyllinder but both became empty.this situtaion advise me that i look for other gas agency like bharat petrolem like, plz take action agains it otherwise will be voilet faith cusumer like me treally .

                          1. it has been long standing practise of m/s subhchandni gas service, patna which charges Rs20/- for booking refills by phone and Rs.10/- by booking through messangers.
                          2. that the agency had refuses to book the gas refiils on 9th july simply because i had not purchased coupons.
                          3.that the practise adopted by this particular service is arbitrary and illegal only to extract money for customer.
                          4.it is therefore requested to take proper action against m/s subhchandni gas{domestic} service, patna so as to stop such malpractice causing inconvience to your old customer

                            Dear Sir/ Madam,
                            I am a Central Government employee, working as Deputy Director in Survey of India. I have recently been transferred from Bhubaneshwar to New Delhi as Joint Director of DSSDI Project, which is a top-priority time bound project of Delhi Government and Survey of India.
                            Consequent to my transfer I am residing at Mehrauli, New Delhi. I approached with my Transfer Voucherissued by Kleen Gas Agency, 26 SCR, Kharvel Nagar, Unit III, Bhubaneshwar, to nearby LPG Distributors but my experiences with them have forced me to lodge a complaint for redressal of my problem.
                            To begin with, I approached Sona Enterprises, Masoodpur, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi on 5-7-2008 with my Transfer Voucher and NOC Affidavit as my Residence Proof. After inspecting my documents, I was advised by the proprietor to bring a Certificate of Residence duly issued by my Department (Survey of India) and assured me that the Gas Connection will be issued immediately on submission of the Certificate. I contacted M/s Sona Enterprises over phone immediately on collection of the desired cetificate from my Department. But surprisingly, as soon as I informed them that I am ready with the Certificate and am shortly starting towards the Gas Agency for completion of formalities, they turned a volte-face and told me that there is instruction from Indian Oil not to issue any Gas Connection on Transfer.
                            Again, I approached M/s Sai Sharma Gas Agency, Secor P, Pocket 1 Vasankunj, on[protected] Phone nos.[protected], 26134492, [protected]. The Agency inspected all my documents and found them in order, but expressed their inability to issue me Gas Connection immeditely, as they were short of stationeries and advised me to come on Monday[protected], but only after confirming over phone.I contacted them over phone in the morning of[protected]. They informed me that they have still not got the stationery and asked me to contact in the afternoon. When I contacted them in the afternoon, they suddenly changed their tone and expressed their inability to provide me Gas Connection against my Transfer Voucher in near future saying that they have been instructed by Indian Oil not to give any connection on Transfer now.
                            Such attitude of the LPG distributors is putting me in immense mental agony. Even though I have come here on Urgent Task of Government, such dilly-dallying tactics of the distributors is also preventing me from fully concentrating on my job in hand.
                            I request you to kindly look into the matter and instruct M/s Sai Sharma, Vasankunj, who are the LPG Distributors in the locality I reside, to immediately provide me Gas Connection against my Transfer Voucher. I shall be greatly obliged if you kindly inform me regarding the redressal of my grievance at my e-mail ID [protected]@yahoo.com.

                            i have a LPG connnection(single cylinder) from pushpak gas distributor, kalawad road, rajkot, gujarat.Whenever i call him for a gas cylider he did not attend the call at most of times. wnen ever he attends the call he says that delivery will be in 10 days.i have only one cylinder and it is very diffcult for me to make arraingements for these 10 days. further whenever i say for second cylinder he replies that the company is not issuing 2nd cylinder. This problem is persisting forthe last 4 years. The behaviour of that dealer is very uncourtious.

                              I want to take a new gas connection at Hyderabad. But, since 5 months I went to one of the Indane Gas Agencies near to my recidencial area and they are telling that we dont have any new gas connection right now. Every week I enquire about the new connection but they telling like this way.
                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              This is Rajesh Kumar; residence is in 28 sector of Faridabad (Haryana). I need new gas connection. To get new gas connection I went to Rainbow Gas Agency of Indane Gas in 28 sector, Faridabad on August 2007. That time they said correctly stock is not for new connections; new connection may be open after two-three months.

                              After three when I went again to Rainbow Gas agency, 28 sector-Faridabad, the answer was same as on august 2007. Since august 2007 Rainbow Gas of Indane Gas answer is same till date.

                              Please help me to get a new gas connect.

                                The agency had delivered a cylinder on 12th of July 2008 as I had booked a few days before. But the stock they had delivered had a problem as i observed on the next day[Sunday].

                                On the next working day i.e. on monday 14th July 2008 I raised a complaint on this issue with the agency.

                                The reply from them is they will be sending mechanic for rectification.

                                Today it is 16th of July 2008 and their answer is the same [they will be sending immediately]. I am calling on daily basis atlest once in a day since[protected].

                                If this is the case what do you mean by service; If possible don't give wrong commitments.

                                THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST GAS AGENCY IN BANGALORE. THEY ARE NEVER BOTHERED ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. i HAVE A SINGLE CONNECTION AND i HARDLY BOOK ONCE IN TWO MONTHS OR SO. THESE PEOPLE HAVE PROVEN WORST AT THE WORST SITUATIONS BY NOT DELIVERING ON TIME.

                                We have booked the gas on 21 Jan 2009. Inspite of repeated calls and reminders they do not provide the customer satisfaction. They just bang the phone without any clarification. It shows in the bill the delivery date is 02 Feb 2009 but we have received on 10 Feb 2009. It my humble request to take necessary action towards this agency. we are facing this problem a more than a year. I have no idea, what is the use in having double cylinder, When we receive for single cylinder procedure. When we have double cylinder there should be a proper formalities. It is highly pathetic of this agency.

                                  This is to inform u that M/S Sonali Gas Agency Kateya, PO- Kateya, Dist Gopalganj (Bihar) has made a regular practice to provide the Refill Cylinders after complition of 60 days only from its last issue. Whereas we know that as per IOC regulations after 21 days of last receipt refill cylinder can be obtained.and he is supplying LPG to domestic consumer 5 kg less than its standard weight too.We request your good self to take immediate action against them.

I wanted a new domestic gas connection from Rama Gas Agency, sector-21 C, Faridabad, Haryana. I completed all the documentry obligation, but the agency is not saying that new connections are closed now a days, i have also talked to Indian Oil field officer of the area but he is also saying the same thing.
                                    Please help me as soonest possible as it is basic requirement for living.

                                      We have booked Indane gas cylinder in delhi. The cylider was delievered to us (voucher no.220204). After 1 hr we noticed that cylinder is leaking. The very moment we complaint to Indanr helpline to replace the defected cylinder before any mishappening. We try to opem their website www.ioclbiz.com, but it also not opening.

                                      We call them 4-5 times and visited them, they always said we are coming in next 1 hr. But that 1 hr never came.

                                      We got irritated we the service of Indane gas.
