In Jaipur post office to achieve govt. of india target saving account open each post office is opening Rs.10/- p.m account for target account open, which is wastage of pass book, per month posting, stationery wastage and without allas card ( govt. of india) opening which is wrong.

but u see the poor bpl people dont hav mony to open a/c in icicibank. this is d only option. allow it. bcos india is democratic were it is made and by and for d people were popl is d primacy and dey r BPL.
