I am residing in Daman.On 17.11.08 I send an important document to Kerala by EMS speed post from Daman. I was assured that speed post will reach there by three days. Courier track no is EG[protected]IN. On 20.11.08 I enquired Daman post office and asked same staff who had booked my courier. He could not tell me when courier will reach Kerala. I asked him whether he can tell me the present status of courier where it has reached. He said he can’t. Because of my urgency I again asked him to help me. But he could not understand my urgency and never bothered to hear me. Need to say that there was any rush in post office at that period. He even told me that he cannot send a person along with courier to track where it has reached. Later I browsed website of India post and put the track number to find the status. It has reached only up to Bangalore.
I never had the intention of writing a letter or complaint. But now things provoked me as till 22.11.08 my courier has not yet reached its destination. In website it shows bagged from Bangalore .I lost money, time and energy by wasting in using EMS speed post .Me and my parents in Kerala both suffered mental tension because of this delay.
I meant to say the attitude of the post office staff was rude. I have given him all the respect as a Central government servant. These staffs have to be trained to handle customers. Their attitude and poor behavior towards customer urgency and whatever you do I am not bother should be changed as they are working for us. Same way I cannot work in my company and will fired off if i behave like this to my company customer. At least he could have understood my emergency and helped me.
In future at the most I avoid using service of post office.

delay in delivery of parcel
India post parcel AW[protected]IN was booked on 18th Feb 2015. It is over three weeks now and the item is not delivered. Also they is progress marked in tracking system
