Dear Sir / Madam,The Pension documents of my father Sri Onkar Kumar das sent From CPAO, BIKAJI CAMA PLACE NEW DELHI TO THE STATE BANK OF INDIA, VIVEKANANDA ROAD, KOLKATA ON DATED 4TH JULY,2011. The said bank has reported non receipt of documents till date. A retired person is suffering due to your poor service ( 2 months delay ).There should be provision to see your delievery status of registered post.
