India Post (Speed Post) — Non receipt of the documents

I have an Artical with Ref No: ED[protected]IN, to be delivered to my address in Dehradun. The article have been dispatched from New Delhi on 17/06/2010, and its been 7 working days and yet no sign of delivery. I tracked the status on net but what I could see is that the article remained here on IGI airport for 3 days, then delivered to Dehradun deptt.
When I tried submitting my complain to their website, to my surprise the website is showing page not found (404) error, which shows the heights of carelessness of the postal department that they don't want people to complain about them.

I wish I had read this forum about the India Postal dept's reliability! I recently got my parcel contents stolen. I booked a parcel from Kanpur to Hyderabad and the contents were stolen and replaced by some junk. Most certainly the act of someone insider. Loss worth of about 10, 000/-. I'm never going to send anything important by Speed Post.

I may loose my INR 30000/- if I do not get these documents on time. Where can I claim this charge from the postal department?

I have sent my urgent document through speed post from Lakheri - Bundi (Raj) -323603 post office to Nagpur on 31.05.2010. Already it is near to one month, but it is not received to Nagpur, neither come back to Lakheri.

The above mentioned post ought to have reached the destination within 48hrs from the time of posting. From the tracking resource, I notice the post has not reached its destination by now.

On enquiry it is informed that the speedposst article is not yet reached the office even after 6 days.
KINDLY TAKE ADEQUATE STEPS TO SERVE THE ARTICLE TO THE ADRESSEE WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY .

India Post — NOn receipt of important document sent via speed post

please note that an envelop despatched by South East Central Railway,Bilaspur, to Punrasar Engineers & Traders/Kolkata, sent via speed post under docket no.EE[protected]IN on[protected], but it is regretted that the above post is not yet received at kolkata.On checking the status throught the website it is found that that the article has been bagged in bag noEE[protected]IN.
On inquiring from both the post offices i.e at bilaspur & kolkata both are putting the blame on other.one at bilaspur is saying that their responsibility is only to dispatch and that they are cannot confrim its status after that and the one at kolkata is saying that their responsiblity starts only after they receive the materilas and ultimately it is me who is at such a bigg loss because the envelope contained very important documents.simply cannot understand the carelessness of this people and the ease with which they deny their responsibilities.
