NON-PAYMENT ON MATURITY OF NSC

I HAD PURCHASED 2 NOS. NSCs (NATIONAL SAVINGS CERTIFICATE) BEARING SL.NO. 33EE 494080 & 33EE 494081 DATED 19.09.2001 OF Rs. 10000/- EACH, WHICH ARE MATURED ON 19.09.2007. BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOTHING HEARD FROM INDIAN POSTAL DEPARTMENT.

contents of parcel-missing

This has reference to parcel no. B-13 sent by my parents from Varanasi on 17.09.2007. The said parcel was delivered at my Mumbai residence on 28.09.07 and was received by my wife.


On opening the parcel, to our utter disbelief, we discovered that more than 50% of the contents of the parcel were missing. Originally the parcel contained (i) two sets of ladies dress material (salwar, suit, dupatta), (ii) two sets of children...
