Income tax department had sent my refund cheque by speed post article Number EA[protected]IN on 15th April 2011. which has been sent back to the sender as undelivered on 27th April 11 this is according to reply of the SPC AHMEDABAD . The artcle was booked for Bhavnagar. How Ahmedabad people can send back as undelivered?
Kindly do the needful at your end . The tracking was showing that the article was directed to MUMBAI where as the sender is at BANGLORE. KINDLY DO THE NEDFUL TO GET THE SAME redelivered to me the earliest possible or please help me to get the particulars where and to whom the article has been sent so that with help of the same I can represetnt to the Income tax refund deparment.

but it has not been delivered to me

When i checked the on line status this is showing reteurn to mumbai - and reason for not delivery is also not Mentined.

Dear Sir,
My brother applied for the post of pharmacist in Electricity Service Commission U.P. Power Corp. Ltd. and the exam was scheduled on 1st Nov 2007. The admit card was sent on 17th Oct 2007 from Lucknow GPO by Speed Post service to P.O. Bindki Dist. Fatehpur and it took 15 days to reach the destination and reached on 1st Nov 2007 which was the date of the examination. Hence due to such irresponsible service of Indian Postal Service my brother couldn't sit on an exam which could have been a big career opportunity for him.
Therefore I would like to have your kind guidance and support for claiming for compensation and damage caused.
Consequences : The candidate could not sit on the examination which could have been a means of earning for him and his family. Such bad service has deprived him of a great opportunity for which he was preparing for a long time and such an incidence has made him depressed thus it is an absolute economical and mental damage for him.

to me utter surprise on asking the person that why was the certificate folded when it was written in bold on the envelope"please do not fold", he said its a big envelope, and started arguing with me.
i asked where is the complaint book, he said "aap complain karenga, hum dekh lega aap kya karega", even i noted down my complaint in the signature form, he just crossed it with the pen.
i would like to say when you are taking money and responisbility to deliver goods in the correct positon you should fulfil your commitment, or otherwise close down your business, or just don't commit, was really disappointed with your employee behaviour,
i am giving my speed post detail, plz see to it if anything can be done regarding this, as certificate is a prescious thing more than the money, please take care of our goods as we belive you and keep faith in you, and i also like to take action against such emplyee as it brings down your image, as in todays world customers relationship is most important for any organisation.

Indian Post Office - Senior Citizen Saving A / C — Transfer of the a/c SB 180036

A Senior citizen account SB 180036 in name of sh K N Mishra was given to transfer from Barauni Refinery post office (Begusarai dist, Bihar ) to Goghardiha (Madhubani- Bihar) on 28.02.2008. The amount is 7.5lakhs. Till date no action has been taken place. Complaint in Indian post office site was lauchned on 6.05.08 having complain no [protected], and again on 28.05.08 having complain no [protected]. Personally visited Madhubani branch and telephoned the begusarai branch also but no outcome . complain is also showing pending. The a/c hasn't reached and father being old age wants his money.

dear sir/madam,
I live in Malviya Nagar (Jaipur), from last 2-3 months i have face a very unexpected situation. when ever postman delivered any registered post to me (like bank cheque book or any other important document) he demands money called "Chai-Pani" five to ten rupees each time. How ever i don't want to give him bribe but i have no other option else to give him money so that my post reach to me safely.
Please guide me where i have to complaint, i have already told to local Post master in this regard but he is not willing to take any action. I have no problem to give them five -ten rupees but i think by doing this i encourage them and contributing in destroying our nation's dignity.

The credit card companies agressively market credit cards and easy loans leading to huge debts among people.


Further they offer platinum and gold credit cards to students and call up and say that there is a pre-sanctioned loan available -- this could lead to terrible things.

Monitoring of credit card institutions must be stepped up if India wishes to avoid citizens going into bankruptcy and suicides.

Yet on 27/11/2008 this letter has not been received at destination. It seems to be doubtful to believe about the appropriate services provided by Post Office.
