Speed Post — Not able to Track

I am not able to track my document which details mentioned below:

a. SP EI[protected]IN
b. counter no:1.OP-Code:123

speedpost.com site is not able to track my speed post number.

Speedpost — not able to track,not delivered

SPEED POST ref EM[protected]IN booked to SINGAPORE ON 08/4/2011.IN

FPO MUMBAI-1. WHERE ABOUTS NOT KNOWN. ASper tracking report it has not gone out of FPO mumbai.

Dear Bunny Butar,

When i track your speed post article it is found that the article has reached at Amritsar on 27/03/2013. the delivery details will be available on the following days. Keep tracking in www.indiapost.gov.in . In my personal experience I can say that no other privet courier services can provide a detailed tracking report as India post.

As the document is very very important & the sender is Punjab technical university, they are telling they have dispatched it on 24th February'2015. Please help.

I post a letter for Bangalore from saharanpur (U.P) on dated 16 Feb 2017 with tracking no : EU[protected]IN but still my letter is not received at receiving address and i am tracking, it is showing ghaziabaad at 16 feb 2017 only. what i do ?

My tracking number: EW[protected]IN, a speed post article booked at R.N.Mukherjee road, S.O., kolkata on 1st august, 2017 from Kolkata to New Delhi has been received at NSH KOLKATA AIRPORT on 1st aug 2017 itself at 19:49hrs as per tracking record on www.indiapost.gov.in. But from then onwards till today 3rd aug, i am not getting any current tracking status on the website as they are not updating anything..my documents need to be reached at New Delhi by 7th august, 2017.

So please look into this matter and let me know how can i get the current details about the tracking of my article as it is a very urgent case.
