The USPS people told me that the parcel will be received in 10 business days. Clearly its more than 60 business days now. Why

is the parcel into Indian Customs twice? Also, where can I call or e-mail for the custom officers? Kindly reply to me on this

issue.

I have a similar issue.

The first time, I ordered a pair of jeans and I never received it. Its been more than 3 months.
The second time, I made sure it was sent by US Priority Mail, so I had a tracking number. Just like the other member, my item went into customs twice and its stuck there. There has been no communication from the customs department.

I do not know whom to talk to or contact. If anybody else is in a similar situation, please help. My feeling is things just get stolen, and there is no accountability.

Unfortunately, I have a similar issue.
I live in Hungary, I painted a picture to my friend and sent it more than 2 months ago. He still not get it. Same feeling.. someone liked and stolen it. How is it possible?? Its crime!
