music today — damaged cds

I have received 4 CDs of music today as part of the Booksbuddy offer for which I paid 699.00 by VPP. CDs were earth 95007, wind 95008, water 95010, space 95011. All the CDs are damaged. There are gaps in the recording. This is extremely disappointing from a trusted name like India Today. Apparently we are being sent damaged product for which I have paid 699.00 rupees. I would like that these be replaced immediately or the money be refunded to me. This is cheating consumers. I am sure corrective action will be taken on the matter soon.

out of 4 music cd's received from your end one cd named the elements water, composed by shivkumar sharma is not working. pl send a new working cd along with the free gifts (addidas bag and holiday coupon) without any delay

This is to inform you that i am an eminent customer of Indiatodaybook club. I have been purchasing products from past 4 years.But i am really sorry to say that this time my product was not delivered properly and i have already paid the money.

India Today Book Club — books and free gift not received

my order no: is itbc 09162540. i had paid rs. 2000+ 199 towards complete history of the world book set and free gifts. i made the payment on 17/11/09 and it was realsed on 24/11/09. i made complaint over phone a number of times. my complaint no:s are 3999130 dt8/3/10 and 412673 dt 18/3/10. i have not receved the books and free gifts till date. kindly arrange delivery or refund the amount paid by me .
