Sir, I have received the Saaz set of 16 CDs as per my order. I have tried to follow the instructions sent by you in order to claim my free gifts, however it is not possible to log on to the site . This is to request you to look in the problem and sort it out. The details pertaining to my order are as follows.

Also now some thing is come for Rs 734/- I have not collected from the post.

I would be grateful if you could follow up and see who has ordered and when it has been ordered or how?

I fully agree. This seems to be fraudulent scheme or organisation or both. They know we cannot open the website to claim the free gifts.We have been taken for a ride. This is what INDIA TODAY is!

I have received my parcel bearing order no.OGA[protected], invoice no.ORA[protected] from indiatodaybookclub a few days back. But i have been unable to open their site for the free gift & holiday voucher.

I paid Rs 574 for an offer which included India today subscription for 1 year + 3 cds + Adidas bag + holiday voucher... of which i received only cds...

so, any one can tell me, what i do?...

I am also send a DD of Rs. 749/- against Shoe pair of addidas last month. but not received any response from indiatoday. if that type of service provide by indiatoday than i donot think this might be going for a longtime.

I received the parcel for 20 CD vide invoice no. ORA[protected]date 07.11.2008 but unable to log on to the site for free gifts as first the sitre was not accecble till 6.12.2008 secondly when i could logged on after a talk with your costumer care there was no bax appeared on site wher i could put the unique code as step 2. My complaint dated 06.12.2008 is un-attenced and un-answered. it is not a good practice when you have dispatched the CD pack the gift vouchers should also be dilivered with the pack along with the other free gifts. Dilivery of free gifts and vouchers should be ensured when you boo the orders. I have come across the number of complaints more than 90% relates to non availability of site and non receipt of gifts.

i fully agreed that the India today befooled the public at large by dilivering the useless and non mrketable CDs. Thid must be brought to the notice of the consumer forum for taking stirn action against such scheme floated by such a reputd magajeen house. They continuouslly followed the costumer til he booked an order and than disappear from the scene, even they don't bother whether the costumer gets his ordered dilivered. After collecting the money through the curior they do not bother about the gifts they ensured at the time of booking the orders.

I have received the Order No. 0GA[protected] dtd 14 Jan-09 mentioning my WEB ID as well as Membership No. But sorry to say that yet I am not able to WEB login to claim my Free Gifts. Inspite of calling Indiatoday telephonically, yet to receive any response on the same.

Dear Sir, I have received 20 CD on 13.3.09 vide Invoice No.ORA[protected] but am unable to log on to your site for claim of free gifts.It is really surprising that till such time you did not get the confirmation regarding the product to be sent you have pursued the matter deligently.As soon as the product was delivered and money received you are incommunicable.Such negligence is unexpected from an organisation like yours.You should ensure that the claim for free gifts reach the customer on time Hope you will resolve the matter at your earliest.

But i have been unable to open their site for the free gift n holiday voucher inspite of repeatedly trying for the past few hours. I had faced the same problem earlier also and could not send the holiday vouchers back on time to avail the free offers due to shortage of time..
