Please refer to our discussions today in your office and also at Kharavela Nagar Police Station. I am herewith lodging my complaint with you for tracing my missing BlackBerry8100 mobile amounting to Rs 13, 490.00 ( Rupees Thirteen thousand fourhundred ninty only ). despatched through your Courier, from AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd.having its registered office at Plot No 319 Village, P.O: Bharthai, Dwaraka-II, New Delhi-110077 and corporate office at Plot No -62 sector -18 Gurgaon, Haryana -122001. AVA Merchandising had informed me that they have despatched the packet containing the said consignment vide Invoice No. AMC/8628 through Fist Flight Courier, through Docket No. O01801945 dated 27.05.2009.
The Fist Flight Courier, Bhubaneswar, delivered the packet today ( 30.05.2009) at about 3.30 P.M.
Soon afer the Courier Boy left to our shock and surprise we found that the packet was tampered and when we opened the packet we found that the BlackBerry8100 was missing, though the charger and other assessories were intact inside the packet.
As you know without any delay we contacted the Fist Flight Courier and have informed Sri Narayan Behera of the courier about missing of the valued item who told us that the packet was sent by Pintu Mohanty .

Missing of the above mentioned item has made me suspecious about the activities of the Courier agency.
I have also infomed the matter relating to missing of the mobile to AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. over phone and through e-mail and have also lodged a FIR with Kharavela Nagar Police Station, Bhubaneswar.
As promised by you in presence of Mr P.K. Rath, Inspector-in-Charge, Kharavela Nagar Police Station, please ensure to hand over me a brand new BlackBerrty8100 mobile within 10 days.
