[Resolved]  Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. — Foreclosure Charges

Sir,

My Name is Mrs. Kamal Shrivastava. I am resident of Indore. I want to complaint about India Bulls Housing Finance LTD. Me and my Husband (Mr. S.N. Shrivastava) had taken a home loan from India Bulls in March’2010 of Rs.28,80,000 (twenty eight lakh eighty thousand) under fixed & floating scheme.Our loan account no. is HHLIND00059869.At the time of disbursement their credit manager & marketing personnels informed us 2.21% foreclosure charges as well as India Bulls Head Office has also mentioned the same percent(2.21%) in the “sanction letter.”

I visited India Bulls office to foreclose my housing loan in first week of Mar’12 they issued a foreclosure letter of 2.21% dated 10/03/2012.But after 4-5 days they called me & asked foreclosure charges @ 5.52% & issued one more letter on 29/03/2012 @ 5.52% which is totally against their own commitment & reason given by them is that we (me & my husband) have signed & accepted pre payment charges @ 5.52%for that they have shown us a filled format which was blank at the time of signing which means that they have filled the figures/informations as their wish afterwards .

We hope that we will get justice through your kind support.

P.S. : On 19/03/2012 , I enquired from the call centre of India Bulls Mr. Nitin has also confirmed the pre payment charges @ 2.21% (Enquiry Ref No. 5167155).
