I have received msg on my registered number [protected] that my Dhani Pay card dispatched to my address on 17/04/2021 but till date the card not received so please do the needful to deliver the card moreover I transfered 1050/_ from my Dhani wallet to my bank (PNB) on 25/04/2021 and instantly showing on the Dhani app that the bank tranfer is sucessfull but till now I did not receive money in bank so please take immidiate action to solve the matter as early as possible please.

                Hi I have not received money which is transferred from Dhani wallet to bank account on 19th april around 12:30 PM.
                FAQs says it generally takes 4-5 hours to transfer but its more than 24 hours.
                Clearly, no one respond to your call and mails.
                What if someone needs it urgently??
