I am priya chowrasia.My loan no.-IDOFDEL14472235 is showing overdue of ₹856.I contacted dhani support team 100s times and emailed them but they don't responsed.Dhani kindly remove this overdue from my cibil report.

My all loan was paid but my civil is showing, its panic my civil score so please recovery this issue. plz solve my problem

I have ordered 4 products from dhani store but got tablets and masala and rest products which are cancelled from your side and no refund is processed from your side so pl see in this case and provide refund as soon as possile

By influencing in the name of giving loans making insurance policies.I have spent Rs.15000.After keeping insurance they are not responding properly.They are not proceeding to next step.While calling also no response.For making insurance they are planning loans drama we will give you loan with low interest rates.

Hi, I have submitted this complaint against some of the recovery agent's from Indiabulls Dhani. Since few times Mr. Alok from Indiabulls dhani always calls me continuously and asking to repay the loan installments. I've already explained that I'm jobless and i have no money to pay the loan EMI but they are still not trying to understand. I'm very much disturbed and unable to focus on my work. Kindly take immediate action against him.

यह पैसे मेने धनी क्रेडिट कार्ड से दिया था और यह पैसे नही आने से मेरा cibil स्कोर खराब हो रहा है कंपनी से बार बार emi पे करने के लिए कॉल आ रहे और मेरे पैसे नही दे रहे जिससे मेरा सिबिल खराब हो रहा मुझे इसका हर्जाना चाहिए कंपनी ने मुझे परेशान कर दिया बार बार कॉल करने के बाद भी बात नही होती

Please correct my account status to closed as I have paid all emi's and there is no overdue. Please contact me on [protected].

I have already settled my loans a considerable time ago, yet Dhani is deducting INR 100 every month and the loan is still showing as active on my CIBIL report. This is unacceptable as it is severely affecting my CIBIL score. Despite reaching out to customer support at Dhani, I have not received prompt assistance.

I have attached a screenshot as evidence that the principal amount is zero, and I am requesting that Dhani (IndiaBulls) cancel all my subscriptions and remove any loan information from my CIBIL report. Furthermore, the app should display that there are no outstanding loans. It is highly concerning that they continue to deduct funds without prior notice.

I kindly request that you take action on this matter.

After raising a complaint in consumer forum, as usually customer executive called me and asked to pay the pending amount and once it is done. they are not sharing any noc or not updating in CIBIL report.
indian consumer team kindly take a legal action against this indianbulls, they are not resolving the issue and for name sake they are commenting in complaint box
