I am holding mtnl tel no 25655929 and I reported to mtnl that I am not using any games facility but yet charged Rs 150 every month they promised to rectify the same but till date the charges are not put off that is from june 2008 till date
I kindly request Mr Vargeese Mathew The consirn person to look into this matter and refund the ammount at the earliest

BSNL called me about a month back, telling about broad band, asking me to log on step by step over phone, and befopre downloading game told me the free offer is only for one month. I told them, that i am not interested, and did not download the game.
now they are saying that i should have cancelled it. AS I WAS NOT INTERESTED I DO NOT HAVE MY LOG IN ID, THEY ARE GOOD MARKETING PEOPLE, AND DO A FRAUD ON CUSTOMERS, TELLING THEM THAT THEY ARE CHAECKING BROAD BAND ETC. PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE IMMEDIATELY IF MY TEL NO 24620206 IS STILL CONNECTED

I am ramani.J from chennai.[protected]. BSNL along with India games are taking their customers for a ride. May be some TOP BSNL officials should have been bribed,
and hence they close their eyes.

call from BSNL, asking to check broad band, and ask ous to log on to india games. finally after giving code etc, they dsay you can download free games, for 1 month and charges thereafter. I said i am not interested, and did not down load games. and asked them to cancell it.
now a call from bsnl india games (see the cunning call, previously from BSNL) asking to pay.

with the director, general managers look inot this and rectify.
please unsubscribe if ia am hooke to that. i want dont want these games.
if i do not hear from BSNL, in a couple of days, i have to make a complaint to the ministry, PM, President with copy to the PRESS.

ya simillar incident happened with me but thought i have unsubscribed from the india games but the india games GOD player is not getting uninstaled and causing my computer to crash unnecessarily. my players mare not working properly and internet has gone slow . plz be aware of this fraud india games.com. this company "CHEATER & FRAUD" literally.

I WAS CLEARLY TOLD THAT I WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR DOWNLOAD/UPLOAD CHARGES WHILE PLAYING THERE GAMES BUT WHEN I RECEIVED MY MONTHLY BILL I WAS CHARGED BY BSNL FOR THAT DOWNLOADS.HENCE I CONTACTED INDIAGAMES SEVERAL TIMES BUT OF NO USE...
