[Resolved] Indian Bank — ATM card lost & Applied for pending 3 weeks & above | |
Dear Sir, I am a account holder of Indian Bank for about two and half years now. Recently i lost my ATM card and blocked the same. I had also applied for a fresh ATM card about 3 weeks ago. I have been regularly visiting the Nandanam Branch of Indian Bank requesting to issue me fresh card. But it looks that they dont have any kind of proper set-up to make arrangements and handle these type of situation. I have been given absolutely irresponsible answers such as "We dont know Sir; We have forwarded your application", "We have outsourced it and hence we cannot help" etc. I would humbly request you to help me with this. Just because it is a nationalised bank these kind of reckless and irresponsible behaviour cannot be tolerated by consumers.They have now asked me to revisit the branch on the 18th of January 2010. Dear Sir,
Yesterday night, my ATM Card has gotten misplaced at Titwala Temple. It may have gone to somebody in Pune. I have two Savings Accounts in Indian Bank, Khar (W) Branch, Mumbai. My Saving Account Nos. are :[protected] and[protected]. Please block my Card immediately and do the needful. Please guide me as to what I am supposed to do next.
