[Resolved]  Indian Bank, Mannargudi — Grievance Redressal

DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I AM A CUSTOMER OF YOUR ORGANISATION FOR PAST 15 YEARS. AND ALSO AM A VICE-PRESIDENT IN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, MANNARGUDI. TILL NOW AM MAINTAINING MY CUSTOMER STATUS WITHOUT ANY REMARKS, (FOR REFERENCE: AC NUMBER[protected] SRI RAJAM AGENCIES). BUT LAST THURSDAY (DECEMBER 24) THE WAY YOUR STAFF(ASST.MANAGER: Mr.MURALEETHARAN) TREATED ME IS RUINED OUR SMOOTH RELATIONSHIP. ON THAT DAY I JUST WENT TO GET CLARIFICATION ABOUT DEPOSIT(MOD SWEEP). BUT HE NOT AT ALL LISTEN TO MY WORDS AND SCOLDED ME AND ABOUT THIS TOWN WITH SOME UNUSUAL WORDS BEFORE OTHER COSTUMERS AND YOUR STAFFS. AS A GENUINE PERSON IN THE SOCIETY I CANT TOLERATE IT. SO I WANT YOU TO ENQUIRE ABOUT IT AND TAKE ACTION AS PER YOUR BANKING RULES. ITS NOT ONLY FOR ME AND ALSO FOR MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS AND TRADERS. AS A VICE PRESIDENT OF CHAMBER OF COMMERCE I HAD RECEIVED MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOUR BRANCH STAFFS. BUT YESTERDAY I HAD EXPERIENCED IT. SO PLEASE GO THROUGH WITH THIS COMPLAINT.

Yes. I completely agree with the complaint made by Mr.Rathnasabapathi.

I had experience when i was trying to get Educational Loan to pursue my PG. I had all valid/necessary documents they have asked to me. But they were dragging for a quite long time. Finally, with full of frustration, i had withdrawn. No words to say further. Eventhough, my dad was having account on this Bank for the period of 25 years and myself having savings/salary account in this bank for 3 years.
This is the way they treat their customers.
