Indian Bank-sbi — Does not get money but amount reduced in ATM

Respected Sir,
I am Gopinath my Native is Salem i have Indian bank account in Veerapandi-Branch,Salem.
I am does not get money(RS 10,000) but amount is reduced. SBI ATM jayanagar 5th Block,Bangalore,(I think SBI-ATM is Problem please verify it)

For the past one month, ATM withdrawals in many SBI ATM is very problematic. Please appraoch your Indian Bank Branch and get the ATM claim form. Fill up the details and attach the ATM receipt of SBI ATM as proof. Within 2 weeks, you will the reimbursement.
