    SIR/MADAM,


    My daughter is on bed rest and i am staying at u.p. border. It is not easy

    To come at delhi cantt. There fore clear my a/c. these are wrong entries

    As I have no credit / debit cards. Moreover my a/c joint a/c with my daughters

    The following dates have someone else’s.

    And this is the big amount. And no one has used these and even we did not use

    Atm card also.

      I have a savings a/c numbered 3076 at IOB, Chandmari branch, Guwahati, Assam. On 13th September 2009 I made an attempt to withdraw Rs 15000.00 (Fifteen Thousand) from an ICICI ATM Counter at Aizawl, Mizoram. I received a failure report. However this amount has been debited to my account. Since the 13th September is a Sunday, on next day i.e. 14th September I complained the matter to IOB authority.
      This matter creates a huge problem on my personal life. So, I request you kindly to deposit the amount on my account at an early date.

      Sir I have a savings a/c no.4266 at IOB, Vivekanandha Institute Cmpx Branch, Tiruchengode tamilnadu.On 14 sep I found Rs.2000 lose in my a/c so I complained about this matter to customer care on 20.I recieved Rs 1000 back on 21 but still Rs1000 is pending.From mini statement I come to know that money was tranferred to another a/c no. by transaction no 0000787 on 14 sep.So I request you kindly to deposit that remaining Rs1000 back on my account as soon as possible

      I have a savings a/c numbered 7224 at IOB, vivekanandapuram branch, coimbatore, tamilnadu and i attempted to withdraw an amount of rs 200 at ghandhipuram crosscut road atm center, coimbatore, tamilnadu.at the time of my action to withdraw i entered the amount and waited to collect but at the screen i found that the action is declined and after that i used to get my balance enquiry and found that the balance is less by 200 rs in my account after that i go for other branch atm and not able to get with it to get amount and i was very much depressed on this day. So I request you kindly to deposit that 200 rs back on my account as soon as possible

      I am having an account 14266 in indian overseas bank.last morning i went to icici atm to see my balance.It shows Rs6692.50 . So i entered amount of Rs.3500 to withdrawl.but i cant get any money from the machine.So i left that place and i went to another atm of sbi bank there when i entered Rs3500 to withdrawl the machine shows me plz enter a lesser amount.When i show the reciept, my balance was 3192.50...Tell me what to do now???i am a pentionair person and living alone.How can i manage myself.So plz tell me what exactly will heppen to me..

        Sir I have a savings a/c numbered 7641 at IOB, Mancheswar, Orissa. On 12th I made several attempts to withdraw Rs 2000 from a SBI ATM Counter. I received a failure report. However this amount has been debited to my account.
        I visited my bank. The officer grossly detailed the procedure. He asked me to refer the information booklet. I have lost that booklet. I want to know a mail id/contact number where I can lodge my complaint.

        Sir I have a savings a/c numbered 25173 at IOB, Roypuram Branch code 673. On 14th I made one attempts to withdraw Rs 200/- (Rupees two hundred only ) from a HDFC Royapuram - ATM Counter (near petrol bunk). I received a failure report for unable to process, but i didn't received the slip(print out) However this amount has been debited to my account. at 7.17 pm (note: recd message through phone message. I did not received money.

        Could you help with with the details?

On 01st Oct I made one attempts to withdraw Rs 1500/- And Another 2 Transaction 1000/- from Dena bank, 1500/- Transaction from Corporation Bank Same time same report so how did they possible Br - ATM Counter. I received a failure report for unable to process, but i didn't received the slip (print out) However this amount has been debited to my account. at Around 6 pm (note: recd message through phone message. I did not received money.

        same problem to i have face it. atm counter some time processing but not cash received. some branches fault machines to headache for public. pls the problem solve for bank managers.

            On 22/08/2009 I had a transaction of Rs.3000/- with UBI ATM at Baishnabghata Patuli, where neither I got the amount nor I got the statement. In second attempt the transaction was successful and I got the amount as wel as statement. In statement I found, the amount was deducted for both transaction and at the same time I received the SMS also about both transaction. Later I complained the matter to IOB authority and was assured that the amount will automatically be credited in my account but it was not.
            Hence I gave a written complain to Branch Manager, IOB, Garia, on 25th Aug and simultaneously the branch manager lodged a on line complain and the No.is T[protected] dtd 25.08.2009. But till today Rs. 3000/- is not credited back in my account.

            Dear Sir,

            I am a customer of Indian Overseas Bank, branch at Ekkatuthangal, Chennai, having a saving bank account.

            A shocking thing happened on Saturday, the 12th of September 2009, around
            1.53 P.m. When I went to an ATM of State Bank Of India located at Office of SUPDT of Police, Pudukkottai (ATM ID – S1AN[protected] for withdrawal of money.
            As the process is, I tried to withdraw Rs.6, 000/- (Six Thousand) from the ATM. Before the process could be completed, a dialogue box appeared on the screen showing “Sorry Unable to Process” and the said amount did not come out of the machine.
            When I checked the balance from ICICI ATM at Pudukkottai and was shocked to know that the said amount of Rs.6, 000/- was already debited from my saving
            account without getting any successful transaction done at the State Bank Of India ATM.

            Will you please be kind enough in helping me in getting the amount credited back to my saving account?
            Please do the needful and oblige.

            The Indian Overseas Bank Network & their customer help line is being worst number one among all the banks. Helpline Nos[protected]

            I had encountered problems thrice & finally now i had decided to withdraw the account only after receiving my wronly debitted amount.
            last week i was withdrawn Rs.4000/ from ATM but due to my careless the money was get into the machine itself.At the same time in statement it shows that the amount was debited from my account.Then we went to that branch manager he asked me to fill the form i did that thing also. But still the amount is credited in my account.Is there any other way available?
            my name is priyanka singh-today on 6th march i went to overseas bank atm because in my jsb campus the atm was not working.so i went to karunathampatti atm wid my united bank of india debit card.first i inquired about the balance it was 6090 so i went for a transaction of 4500 but the processing took a long time and finally on the screen i got a information like unavailable would u like to go for another transaction.i thought let me try once so again i initiated the process and entered 4500 rupees bt it showed unsufficient balance as 1590 rupees without transacting the 4500 rupees.i got shocked how is it possible without getting the money the balance got deducted.please help me out.
            again priyanka singh i went on 6th march 2011 nearly at 3.45pm .this happened between 3.45 to 4.30.please try to credit my amount to my account.

              i have a account of State Bank of India Sambhar Lake Branch Purani Dhan Mandi which is No. [protected] last 1 year (Aprox). During this one year Period I have submitted the application of Atm Card issued of 9-10 times but my atm card not issue. I have go the various time of my branch but no satisfy reply there he says to me submit the another form of atm card issued, I am very diffuculties in my brach so Pls solve the My problem and pls issue the Atm Card as soon as Possible otherwise I will go to consumer Court.

Branch staff are not giving reasons & response properly. I already sent email to branch manager, but he also didnot take any action till now. Please consider my complaint.

                    OTP not recieved on cell or email

                    I couldn't received any One time Pin (OTP) while I use net banking or any transaction. so the transaction fails and I feel helples. no body is listing to me. branch said call cc care. and cc care said call to branch.

                        My self Ashok Singh and my saving account no is [protected] (State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur). On 26 Jul 2009 I want to withdraw Rs. 4, 000/- from Indian Overses Bank’s ATM Delhi Cantt but I didn’t get Cash in two times. ATM Machine responds that Machine is temporary out of service. On 27th July 09 when I got my pass book with all entries than I find that I lost my Rs. 8, 000/- during those transactions. This amount (Rs. 8, 000/-) never received by me.

                          I used my IOB credit card (Card No[protected] on 11.07.2009 for transaction of Rs.2000.00 at ATM ICICI Bank(Location Rajpur Road, Dilaram Bazar, Dehradun, Uttrakhand).

                          I have given two time commands but ATM has not given transaction money, machine was faulty.

                            Issues in IOB Internet Banking!

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is regarding to the software bugs in the iob website., , The Session is often getting expired ( when i dont use it for about 2 to 3 mints it yields an internal server error.) The internet banking system is too bad.. When ever i try to buy products on internet, through IOB account, the iob web site yields error It's a major issue. Please build a quality website!..

                              I went to withdraw Rs. 16000/- to pay for taking delivery of two wheeler (Honda Activa New Model Booking Period 40 Days) at Pratul Honda Show Room.
                              While my account was debited by the ATM without giving the cash to me. I brought this to the attention of Indian Overseas Bank but they asked me to contact ICICI Bank. On contacting the ICICI Bank they said that since the ATM was of Indian Overseas Bank they should solve the problem.
                              I am being unnecessary harassed by both these Banks who are shuttling the problem to one to the other.
                              When I took to this up strongly with ICICI Bank they said they require 12 days sort out the problem.
                              This is too long and I will be losing heavy Interest as I have to pay the shortage through my credit card.
                              Both the banks are not concerned about this and are not taking any urgent steps to rectify the problem immediately.
                              As I heard such complaints from my friends also, I am sure such problems occur with other common public who use the ATM of different Banks and I request that some action be taken immediately to correct such mistakes.

                              from starting 2009, ATM of Bank of Baroda in Hardwar at ranipur moad, chandracharya chowk not work properly...
                              only 1 day in a week works rarely. please, concern about this problem otherwise remove ATM machines from all branches.

                              I wish to inform you that I am having my SB Account in your esteem bank and One Debit Card is provided to me by your IOBBank Nehru place to me for withdrawl of money in case of any emergency. I am sorry to say there is one ATM Centre located in froont gate of SHANTI MUKUND HOSPITAL, KARKARDOOMA Trans Yamuna in my locality. Ouf of 30 days I always found this ATM Centre out of order. Moreover there is no security person to whom I ask about the working of this ATM Centre. moreover I never found this ATM Centre in lock position. I always found it open. If bychance some day any transaction is made there is no receipt issued by this centre. As your goodself very well know from October there isi restriction o[censored]sing any other bank ATM Centre. Due to this every time we cannot use another ATM Centre. Concerned authrities are requested to look into this matter. I am sending this complaint for not my individual use this will help all the commuters who is having Account in IOB.

                              I am also an resident of Ayanavaram. Me too agree his words.
                              Everytime, It shows the same error, One of the worst bank in Ayanavaram.
                              Better they can close the ATM.

Even a RTO office is far better...in that bank you can see some old guys as staff having high B.P, whatever v asked they are replyng n high temper9( Hope they still think its 1980s). The reson behind the long ’Q’ in frnt of cash counter is because of the IOB ATM working next to the bank. hardly 2 or 3 hrs it ll work in a day fr thepast 2yrs(am stayng next to this). once i saw a guy stamping on it bec of his anger. 99% of the users ll curse this branch & none of the staff is ready to reply properly for this compaint which v made several times ...u can hav a direct visit whn u get time to knw mor facts...thank u

                              The IOB ATM near Radha-Madhav Theatres, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh is not functioning properly. We do not get any receipt for any transaction for 364 days of the the 365 days in the year. Further on 22.05.2012 the shutter of the ATM was down at 10.00 p.m. Most of the times though the ATM is open the machine does not function. Please see that these irregularities are set right immediately.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I'm staying in Pattabiram, Chennai working for private concern and my dad is working in State Government [ Police Head Constable ]. I went to Indian Overseas Bank in Pattabiram [ Hindu College ] for getting details about Education loan, but the officers denied saying that my living area [ Ward ] doesn't come under thier coverage and they didn't give me any details about the loan.

                                  Moreover the officers didn't treat me properly. I hope education loan can be opted any where irrespective of living location provided if we have enough documents and good credit history.

                                  Kindly let me know what should i do get the required loan.

                                  they have the poor customer care facilities ... for education loan approval i have asked in iob thiruvanmiyur branch. but they are saying that the loan form is not available in the branch.. but they also say that it takes a month of time for processing. but in another banks the processing time is only 7 days or 10 days. so i tried to download the form from the net .. but the website is no working properly. the error is saying the page cannot be found. i have tried several times but the same error occurred several times... so i got exhausted by trying online. at last i have decided to take loan from other bank... iob bank authorities have their responsibility to solve this type of problems.

                                    My name is Naveen Chauhan. My ac is in IOB Bank and my ac num is 3121 Vill- sadarpur sec-45 noida . I applied atm card he have come in the Bank. but your employee madan lal baisla not giving my atm card .and he says if we have not full staff so come to after bank time closed. madan lal baisla is not good behaviour of ac holder. he says if you can comlaint anywhere. so pls action tis comitment.
