[Resolved]  Indian Overseas Bank — password and login id reset

Hi ,i had a bitter experience with IOB were i get my Sal credited i had my net banking activated the time i got the account so i had not used it for a long time so cause of that i tried to login with the details i had and so i had forgotten the password so as per the banks requirement then i did receive a mail telling i should use my net banking login id to open to get the password ,but wen i tried it i could not get it i personally went to the bank for an answer i was taken a back wen i got an answer from one of the staff telling that it was my fault and that they are not responsible for that ,i was wondering as to what on earth was the wrong thing that i did was so very painful for them to tell me such a thing finally asked them if this thing can be rectified ,they advised me that a login id can't be set as it is already set we can't reset that so asked them if can re apply for that also i had no positive answer.

My A/C No is [protected] in IOB Balasore Odisha.
I was asked to change pass word .I change the same. With new pass word, the net banking was not opened.After some time the system of Net Banking blocked/locked. Please tell/write me how to open.A prompt action in this regard is requested.

I have lost my Login ID and Password which was saved in my mobile phone and I could not retrieve it, when I am approaching the IOB bank, the accountant (Nachikurichi Branch, Trichy) who was in-charge replied me that we could not do anything and I was instructed to give a complaint to the bank manager to rectify if possible. This kind of reply was affected me, the think is no one lost their IDs purposely and what purpose the people are sitting in the bank even giving a prompt reply to the customers. The bank organization may consider that well educated youngsters may be recruited and make the organisation fast in the current scenario, some of the old staff could not manage the current digital world and they can be utilized for some other table job.
I have lost my phone which I have been stored all the data related to all bank details, now I could not access my Net banking facilities till now, prior I have given a written complaint to the bank manager 10 days before and 2 times remembered him personally but all in vein, kindly look into the matter and give a solution to access the same please. (My account maintained with Nachikurichi Branch, Trichy)
