Respected Sir.,
I am Theinmullai S. Benjamin and my A/c No: [protected] of Thanjavur Nanjikottai (2753). I have been receiving Railway Family Pension, in this account. And my distress and suffering started, when I made a Fund transfer of Rs.24300 from pension amount using Mobile banking app in IMPS mode, to my alternate account to my Sons SB account .And in few seconds status message shown on my screen was Timeout Payment transfer unsuccessful. And my money Rs.24300, was deducted along with IMPS charges Rs.5.96 so promptly on 02/04/2024. at 07:45 am. After 2 hours of waiting I found no sign of my money transferred to my son nor my Money got refunded back to my account.
Being a stroke patient my Son has been running back and forth to the Bank . I have lodged a complaint with my Bank branck who could only give an answer like it would take 48hrs to 5 days.
And no positive response from Toll free Customer service Iob. I'm in such distress and helpless state.
I appeal to you kindly help me Sir, to resolve my agonizing issue and I'm in need of my money Rs.24300 of my pension amount to Refund safely to my SB account as soon as possible in due time for my impending personal use, and medical expenses.
I once again request you Sir to help me resolve this as a priority issue which my Money said to be stuck in IMPS transfer
makes me feel panicked., with the waiting time looking for being resolved.
