[Resolved] Indian Overseas Bank Koyambedu Branch — epfo not crediting regularly to me as pensioner and acct holder | |||
i am a epfo pensioner in iob koyambedu branch with sb account no 975 though my company remit epfo amount before last working day of every month (tvs brakes india limited padi chennai 50) the same is not properly credited to my acct every month i am a retired person and pension amt is just 1780 per month which is big one for me there is no proper procedure or system in the branch to credit this to bunch of pensioners accounts i have to fight for every month and u can see the crediting dates in my acct no regularity even the previous manager promissed she will take necessary action in this regard when i wanted to talk to teynampet branch person who normally send list and the same to be manually entered this month list only one person name was appearing looks funny my name was not there in this computer age this system of manual credit seems to be absurd if staff goes to sabarimalai no credit will be done till he returns how great it is the teynampet branch staff was not willing to talk to me as an acct holder and affected party total irresponsibility on the part of the staff and bitter experience for me each bank employee if he will be getting his pension in future and some one do this to them then they will feel the pain i request for a permanent solution to this issue immediately till today 9 2 2012 my pension is not credited i gave life certificate too in time the pension must be credited in the second working day of the month r narasimhan [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
