I never seen such as like IOB bank..., wonderful worst service they are given to public.., Lot of times i went IOB branch different areas..,
They are also very lazy and irresponsible answers from IOB staff.., one time i went to IOB bank in rule area.., and i asked Business loan for me, i having account in same branch and my 6 months transaction is good.. and i din't get loan from any other banks.., But the bank manager answer is very worst.. he said simply we don't have option for loan to your statement wise and need to more documents and details..,i said him: ok what are the documents need and procedures.. he din't tell anything and i went out from manager room.., and sitting chair in outside of the manager room, suddenly one person came and entered the manager room.., i don't know why that person getting loan for business.., i seeing them and conversation going very smooth and smiling each other.. final shaken each other.. he got loan.. i asked one branch executive.. how can he get loan.., executive said its very simply.., the manager need some commission for the total loan value.., he gave him and he is belong his caste(ie.. manager and party is same caste)..,
I asked people then why the Govt running Bank for all.., i m from Other Caste cater....,
and today : 19/08/13 all ATM and branches is not working.., because they are doing work in server... that is service maintenance..i having account in private banks they are really very good service for ppls.. but Govt banks like a IOB Service is very worst and irresponsible person working in IOB.., they are mess.. they should be clean up in IOB organisation.. even single transaction not transfer today date.., i don't have amount in my hand this day.. suddenly came IOB ATM and swipe the card.. but the result is out of service.., i asked to IOB Management... Why your are doing this Maintenance off in today(19/08/13)... yesterday originally holiday for bank.. why your not trying this process yesterday..
Kindly i request you all, disconnect your business account and individual account with IOB...

I used to see ATM issues with IOB regularily for atleast once or twice in everyweek since the past almost two years of my experience with this Bank. The first time while I call IOB CC, one security wala took the call and was unable to understand english and while I start talking in Hindi, he said, no body is there in CC. It happened while I call Chennai-IOB-CC number around 6:30 PM in one wednesday that was official day for IOB. Everytime, they say server issue. What do they mean by that. Are they not maintaining a proper network and data center? Don't they contribute to an average human needs for money in emergencies? A Bank is social trusted place where an individuals precious money and it's account documents are maintained. It must be given extreme level of importance of availability of servers where our account datas stored and retrieved. If such a important place is not available continuously for transaction in regular basis then what is the need for us to maintain an account with the bank save our money there. Rather, we could have even opted for saving our money at home itself. IOB is surely NOT contributing to the international fundamental core values of a money bank. Such worst words like server down, network down, etc. are commonly used every time the customer approaches IOB ATMs while they are out of service in very consequential period of days in all the weeks and months. I am NOT simply throwing the words. But, all are coming out of my every struggling of getting my own account money from IOB ATMs in many times during my account maintenance with this bank. IOB is a very worst nationalized bank in this modern days on which technology is much more developed, but, this banks never contribute to both technology and the value of the customers' money and their money needs. So, surely IOB can't be regarded as BANK but bargain street side money market.

I am sure of all the employees of this bank never use their own accounts with this bank for regular ATM usage but mainly for fixed deposits. If they are in the position of an average poor person who use this bank's ATM service for getting money in emergency situation, they wouldn't have been ignoring the server/network maintenance regular problems occurring mainly in net banking/ATM banking of this bank's customers' valuable money for such a long period of time without any single contribution to it.
