TO, THE OFICCER, HEAD OFICE OF IOB BANK, CHENNAI. sub: regarding the inactivated co-banking system. dear sir, i am R.ABDUL SATHAR. i am maintaing my account in V.KALATHUR iob bank for 32years. i am demanding the manager of v.kalathur branch for the activation of co-banking system for the past 1year but still it was not activated. the staffs of that branch were not responding properly to me. so i have made an complaint to you. my NRI account no:70344. my email id:[protected]@rocketmail.com so please see to my complaint and activate my co-banking system as soon as possible. thanking you, Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Sir,
I am maintaining account in pattom Branch IOB [Trivandrum] from last one year. Before 6 months when i went to the bank for getting my pass book updated. the staff responded that the system and the printer is out of order and will get it done for u next time. This was the same experience i had when i went the second time also. Recently i went to the bank reagrding my Account statement. But the misbehaviour of the staffs made me write this complaint to u. They were questioning and fooling as if i have done something wrong. I am a customer who is having good transactions with the concerned Branch. Dear IOB, Please consider the case and correct the concerned branch staffs .
