[Resolved]  Indian Passport Office — Passport not received

Dear Sir
i have submitted my from in surat on 5 may 2008 with my file no. B006775/08 AND police verification was done on 25/june /2008. when i asked wt happned then they send it for reverification . which is done as soon as i recived the copy letter which is marked to SP office VALSAD. and my self i went and reverification was also done on 05th Dec2008 and was despached from L.I.B office on 11th Dec 2008 with the doc no 2498/08 . my LIB FILE NO. 3419 .to passport offfice surat but on internet it ia showing for last 5 month is that application has been transfer to policy section .

i cant understand why it is so delay .
Please and kindly do the need full as soon as possible i will be obiliged

India House — extention of passport

I'm requesting a passport on behalf of Mr. Pramod Bajpai who has got a job in our comapny and has to report by 15th January 2009.He has personally visited so many times in the office and everytime was told that it is still in process and that they are waiting for the police report.It is almost now over a year and there are no signs and reply.We, American Company India House have send two e-mails to the passport officers and even we did not got any reply from the passport office.We are wondering if there are changes of any information that needs to be fulfilled by the applicant Mr. Promod Kumar Bajapi Ref # LKO -A 16370408, kindly inform us . Not replying us will cause a job lose of a good indian worker .

I had applied for my Passport at the chandramoulinagar post office of Guntur city in the File name of - HYD-W[protected] on 08/09/2008. When I check the status on the net it shows POLICE REPORT IS CLEAR AND PASSPORT IS EXPECTED TO DESPATCHED BY 28/11/2008.So far i ddint receive my passport and I would like to ask the concerned authority how long I have to wait to get my Passport. I have missed number of dates to appear for TOEFL AND GMAT ENTRANCES due to this delay. So please look after this problem and provide the passport immediately.

i have applied to renewval of my passport with keynumber q000593 dated 26/11/2008. the relevent police verification had also been completed & despacted to you for your kind attention & consideration. till date i have not yet recevied my fresh passport.i also request you kindley to take necessery action to send my passport as early as possible.

The blood sucking Indian passport officer will never relent his chance to suck your blood. If you see a comment 'It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time.", it means "contact us, negotiate money and then we despatch the passport". It happened in my kid's case where in the big guy on Hyd passport office demanded 5 k from my wife and collected it from a railway ticket counter in KPHB (Hyd) and then despatched the passport. I was abroad and the knew our urgency.

Now, I hear more cases from my friends in Hyd...Am sure these blood sucking will die a painful dealth. High time the ministry wake up and take to task all such in the passport office.

i do't receive my passport

in my area i came to know the police are taking an unsuspecting consumers for ride by demainding
bribe..
they dont ask you directly but what they do is get your document procesing stuck...
This is horrific... In my area atleast more than 6 to 7 persons have paid bribe to these cops...
more than 4000 rs...now if they do this more i am going to be pissed and i am trying one more time
if i get it properly ...then good for every one if not then it is complete destruction.

will make a website specially for this.
Actually the goverment should give higher wages to these police so they dont demand bribes..now if i get a bad experience what i might do is leave the country and never come for ever.
Let us hope for thebest.

sir i applied passport for my baby hema varunika file no.T00243 on 8.12.2008 at pondicherry but till now there is no information regarding her file number in status enquiry.
i really dont know wh is the problem of the passport officers in doing their work atleast they should the mention the application status so that we can proceed further
