Respected Sir/Madam I being a citizen o[censored]khra gram panchayet PIN No:713363 here lunch a complain that the postal personal are not working in favor of the customers of the post office.They are taking lots of time to clear up the passbook.Often they are demanding money to clear up the passbook.As a result we the customer of the same post office are facing a lot of trouble. I have send a parcel on 07/08/2010 from Mohali post office (PIN 160059) to Agra under receipt no 1490 Dt. 07/08/2010 at 11.25AM with affix Rs 36/= & full address. today dt. 17/08/2010 till date its a undelivered and post office reply is we don't know and we are helpless to trace the said parcel. letter is a very important. so plz solve my problem as soon as earlier for the marriage of my daughter.its a SAH CHITHI.
