Esteem Sir/ Mam, I Lokesh Kumar Sharma VPO Bhoogor Alwar (Rajasthan) having two PLI accounts, the details of it's are as follows:-
One - account No. RJ 105260-CS for the amount of 1665 monthly date of opening 17th July 2009
Two - account No. RJ-NM 103792-CS for the amount of 1665 monthly date of opening 25th May 2009
Their policy Bond has not been received.
Request send at an earliest at my aforesaid address for my record and further needful action.
