Dear Hon’ble Mr Chief Justice Justice:

Sub: Indian judiciary and their associates particularly in this case Kolkata High Court is sending me in circles, as it appears to the world and to me, that justice is only for the people who can afford to spend billions in spite of heinous crimes.
Your Honor:

I am a NRI of more than 70 years old. Having aspired to set up an industry in West Bengal in 1982 I was jailed, tortured, and what not.
Since Indian system does not maintain a IT based data bank everything needs to be proven with paper, which you’re more than aware of can be fabricated for few rupees and or influence.

Please help me in the following circular affair:

1. When no local glorified titled public servant took any remedial measures and not even had the courtesy of replying my letters, I filed a writ MAT NO. 3140 in 2003 and without going through the contents of the Writ filed under 226 of the Constirution of India, the writ was disposed of by Justice PInaki Chandra Ghose without showing any valid reason/s.Appeal W.P. 8826(W) of 2003 was disposed of by Justice Ashim Kumar Banerjee and Justice Tapas Kumar Giri and the matter was referred to local public servant, District Magistrate and handed over to me on 20/8/2007.

2. Why the matter was referred to District Magistrate when in the first place as substantiated in my writ that no local glorified titled public servant, DM, SDO, Transportation Department, Environmental Protection, etc., did give a damn about my complaints which was also published in the daily English News paper from Kolkata. DM, Nadia informally intimated that he can do nothing about it.
3. To my experience and to the experience of thousands of the world Indian public service hardly provide any service to the public, excepting the Indian VIPs and their stooges.
4. So, nothing had happened. Criminal activities/illegality, as substantiated in my above writ along with video photography as it appears to the world and to me is imbibed in local society and continues unabated.
5. You are quite aware of the judiciary system of the civilized world and their effectiveness.
6. Your Honor, I’ve not seen or heard that in civilized countries where there are no VIPs and what not as in India, Supreme Court of a country hears bail petitions as is done here. Nor does Supreme Court of High Court of a country entertain every petition from the proven/unproven criminals.
7. But, as witnessed by me in civilized world as in 7 above, higher/highest court of the country establishes the right of the common man.
8. The existence of right is thus the foundation of a petition under Article 226 State or Orissa v Ram Chandra Dev, AIR 1964 SC 685, and rights of the reident of Kalyani have been violated with impunity.
9. The next course opened to me for getting justice by the Inldian System is to file a contempt case and then proceed to Supreme Court. I am afraid, to my opinion based on the civilised democratic system enough is enough, and I don't have unaccounted assets like most locals to get it to the Supreme court of India.

Locals of India have sucked millions from me. Your Honor I had worked for a living and don’t have any ill got money as rampant in India. I survive only on pension from Canada.

May I request you to please intervene and provide justice. Please provide information that is logical to anybody, not just "judicial independence".

Following is provided to you for your ready reference.

1. The judgment of above writ MAT 3140 of 2003 was rejected by Justice Pinaki Ghosh was rejected and appeal F.M.A. no. 1040 of 2007 was pushed to the District Magistrate by Justice Ashim Kumar Banerjee and Justice Tapas Kumar Giri J on 27/07/07.

2. Right to live in peace

2(a) Both judgments did not take into consideration of the safety and peaceful living of NRI Aurovindo Choudhury as was evident on the writ petition item 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. and did not order any protection to the applicant or compensation for the sufferings and harassment to the petitioner. No Protection was provided to the petitioner.
3. Environmental pollution and malpractices to create Environmental hazards by the Kalyani Municipality.

3(a) Item 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 are clear intentional violation of the above acts and many other criminal acts.

4 Arbitrary changing of Master Plan in line with local practice, presumably for money.

4(a) Item 17, 18 are clear examples. In this context the petitioner’s observation is that Supreme Court of India has ordered that no master plan can be changed..

Petitioner’s comments:

(a) Don’t the Judges of the High Court go through the petitions put before them for judgment?
(b) Why the same was thrown back to the District Magistrate, Nadia when District Magistrate Nadia took no remedial action as is evident in item 15 of the writ petition. In the petitioner’s view even the highest judiciary of the state are in the game of throwing ball back making endless suffering to the people.

Unquote, a quote, "power under article 226 is designed to effectuate the law to enforce the rule of law and to ensure that several authorities and organs of the state act in accordance with law. Union of India v Kirloskar Pneumatic Co. Ltd., (1196) 4SCC 453: AIR 1996 SC 3285.

Another quote "No one should be allowed to suffer for act of court State of M.P. v M.V. Vyasaya & Co., (1997) 1 SCC 156: AIR 1997 SC 993. Another quote "Writ application is a public law remedy".

I pray to God that justice prevails in India particularly to me.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am unable to track two registered post sent on 28th March, 2009 from Pune to Mumbai.
The registered post reciept numbers are: RL A 5880 and RL A 5881 repectively.
I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/)
Also there is no need to mention the lethargic attitude of the Post office...

I applied for my passport with regional passport office, Madurai and the same was despatched under speed post no.ET[protected]IN on 17.03.09 to Chinnalapat. It was received by the Chinnalapatti post offfice on 18.03.09. But, since my address (34 A.T.S Nagar Chinnalapatti) comes under the jurisdiction of Gandhigram post, I was told that the said SPA was sent back to Dindigul RMS on 19.03.09. But, it seems that the Dindigul RMS did not receive it and has duely intimated the Chinnalapatti PO. But, when I enquired the Chinnalapatti Post office on 25.03.09, I was told that they had not received any cover addressed to me.( They have misguided me that the SPA was not received). Later on only I came to know about this and mad a complaint with the Complaint cell, Dindigul Post office. They in turn have simply given me a letter saying the said SPA is missing and they are trying to trace it out. Now, I am not sure when I will get it. In this circumstances, I would like to know whether I can apply for the issue of duplicate passport and if so can I make the postal department pay it?

The letter has not been delivered till date and in the bargain I have been charged overdue
charges of Rs 5600/= and late payment fee of Rs 1, 000/= for your negligence.

Kindly look into the matter failing which I will be forced to go to the consumer forum for damages at your cost and expenses.

I was sent a parcel with USPS from New York. Its tracking is LJ[protected]US. It has been 42 days since the date of shipping and nothing, USPS cannot be tracked after entry in india. what should I do?

Postal department has introduced in its website tracking of speed post letters sent. I had sent number of speed post letters to various destinations but could not track the same. I contacted the office of origin who informed me that the letters sent in india first two letters of receipt should be ignored and it should be from en — to — in. On doing that few could be located but again some could not be located. Contacting the local office...

Reg : Registered post ( RLA 8311 ) sent on 22.04.09 is not delivered even till today .

Registered post sent to VV.Hanuman Po: Assam riffles Shillong Pin # 793011, with the number RLA 8311 on 22.04.09 is still not delivered .

I booked a speedpost to singapore EW[protected]IN which should reach in a maximum of 7 days and should be raceable on the web. But niether is it traceable on the website and niether has it reached the recipients after 16 days. Above all the Post office officials have been rude and liars in accepting our written complaint. I mailed the customer service team but no reply in 7 days. On calling them up they are asking us to run to every other post office and get information. What is this? even after paying we are getting such a treatment.

Hi Sir/Ma'm,

I am a living in VPO Banah, Tehsil Balachur, Distt. Nawansher (PB) Pin Code : 144522. I am facing a issue with postal services, as I am receiving mails with a great delay of time due to which I have faced some great loss for my future prospect as well as. I am having this as a regular issue. I tried to have words with the Postal dept. but all went to veins.
He is not at all interested to understant the urgency of letter sent from Govt. dept. I applied for a govt. Job & was looking for the acknowledgement & Datesheet/Interview Call. I didn't received either on time I receieved the interview one before interview date.because of that i was not able to proceed able accouding to my plans and was not able to give 100% in the interview.
I had words with the post man and as per the confirmation he is working some where else. and always send his kids for delevering the letter for this purticulars.
Kindly check and do the needful as you are the last hope remaining for me.

Dear Sir,
I am residing in New MIG DDA Flats, NO-62- BLOCK C&D SHALIMAR BAGH Delhi-110088. Our area Postman is not delivering our articles/letters & telephone Bill in time .A letter of my School of Open lLearning University of Delhi-110007., has been despetched on 1-march2009 by ORDINARY EVERY MONTH, BUT POST NOT DELIVERD AND DESTROY THE DAKE but I have not received till date i.e 16/04/2009 . A weekly magzine "Business world" not received properly . MTNL Telephone bill not received in time. In this regard, Our Socity RWA has already been lodged a complaint to G.P.O & Head P.O Krishna Nagar, but no action has been taken in view of above. I have already installed a letter Box at Ground floor last year.

Kindly instruct our area POSTMAN to deliver articles in time .

my self neeraj pal i leaved in vill: pahalu ka pura post: phulwaria varanasi cantt . I have a complaint againts the post master of phulwaria which name Ghanshyam .
so many times when my any call letter are not recieved like recruitment of sbi, iob, allbd bank and other call letter which related to financial sector and other then i ask to postmen for reason o[censored]n -delivered then post master are told that all the letter of pahalu ka pura are not my responsibility to delivered so i back all the letter to main office in the sense o[censored]ndelivered.
so i kindly requested to you that its an matter of our future, carrier of my &my brother, sister and all the our villagers we requested to that please provide appropriate service soonly and please reply me for my satisfaction.

on 9th april i got information from THYGARAJA NAGARA POST OFFICE BANGALORE I got parcel from california. usa, so i went today mean 10th april but they make me wait for 2 hour to give my parcel and finally the head post master inform me that they lost my parcel and they talking like irresponsable and they not helping anything in that. so i lodging complaint i hope that i never use govt service in future

Sub: MIS Pass Book Regarding

Sir,
With respect to the above subject it is to inform you that I have applied for transfer of my account No. 119727 of MIS from Bidhannagar Post Office, Kolkata to NH-IV Post office Faridabad upon my transfer to Faridabad, with relevant passbook n 13.03.07.( Acknowledgement slip –Annexure-1) There after I always tried to find out the status of the account transfer and enquired with The Post Master, NH-IV, Post Office, Faridabad. On my enquiry it was informed that the account was not transferred at NH-IV, Faridabad.

There after my effort for tracing the book is explained as under:

1. On December 2007, I personally went to Bidhannagar Post Office, Kolkata and enquired. It was conveyed that they have forwarded the Pass Book for transfer to Post Master Beliaghata Kolkata on 02.07.07. Then it was enquired at Beliaghata Post office. But they could not trace the Book.
2. However after 1 year of continuous effort I was compelled to convey my enquiry in writing to the Post Master NH-IV, Faridabad on 31-03-08. ( Xerox copy attached as Annexure-2)
3. Thereafter The Post Master NH-IV Faridabad took it seriously and wrote a letter regarding the same to the Post master Bidhannagar Post Office, Kolkata via letter No. 263-NH-IV P.O Dt. 19.04.08.
4. On reply to The Post Master NH-IV Faridabad, the Post Master Bidhannagar Post Office, Kolkata conveyed that any coorespondence in this regard may be made with the Post Master Beliaghata Kolkata directly with a copy to Post master Beliaghata Post Office dated 26/06/08. ( Annexure-3). However nothing has been responded from Post master Beliaghata Kolkata.
5. On 9th March 2009 I again visited Post Master NH-IV Faridabad, for further enquiry ( Though at present I am not in Faridabad and at present transferred in Gurgaon, the working place). He asked me to visit Head Post office Faridabad, if it is lying there.
6. In the middle of March’2009, one of my friend at Kolkata visited Beliaghata, but no body could reply in affirmative.
7. Today 9th April 2009 I enquired at almost every relevant Table of Faridabad Head Post Office but could not trace the where abouts of the Pass book.
8. It seems that The concerned persons at Beliaghata is not taking it seriously and simply I have to move like a shuttle cork for last 2 years.

The Scheme has already matured and apart from that I and my mother who is a widow whose money is kept in this MIS have not received any Monthly amount for which it is meant for last three years, because of this type of negligent attitude of Post office officials.
Now that all my past efforts went in vain, it is high time that I have to take the issue seriously and write at different levels.

I think the matter should be taken seriously with high importance and it is requested to treat this as an urgent.
