[Resolved]  Indian Post — Delay in Disposal of RD Maturity Amount

My RD has matured on 18.09.2009. and submitted the RD Book and get the receipt from my Tungabadra post office.Mantralyam Mandal, Kurnool District.Nearly two months are over. No body can respond to give back my maturity amount. I have made online complant to Indianpost.gov.in site my complaint no[protected]. Till now no response. What can i do. I am in Need.

Regarding maturity amount withdrawal of NSC :-

I have purchased NSC worth of Rs 100000/= from Vasai Rd, Mumbai and it got matured on 12.12.09. Now i am staying in Trichur, Kerala after retirement . i would like to withdraw the money from Punkunnam post office at trichur.

As required by Punkunnam post office i have submitted the zerox copy of the certificates along with application on 3rd week of November . Sorry to say i have not received any intimation till date. Please let me know what should i do now. As per postwomen at punkunnam they have sent it for varification .
Dear Sir.

I had deposited my PPF account PassBook (A/C No. 8765) on date 27/07/2009 at Head Post Office Raigarh (C.G.) for Transfer of my PPF account from Ballabhgarh distt.Faridabad Haryana-121004 to Raigarh Post office. At the time of deposition of my passbook postmaster said that it will take time of one month for transfering the accont from Ballabhgarh to Raigarh, but unfortunately till date I have not recived my account Transfered at Raigarh post office. I have many times visited to Raigarh post office but they people are unable to find my documents as per them my documents sent to Head Post master Faridabad on dated 27.07.2009 through registered post vide reg.No. 5134 dated 27.07.2009.but till today it has not reached at Ballabhgarh post office. I approched to Post master Raigarh many times but result is zero they are still saying that wait for some time . I also approched to Ballabhgarh post office but as per their records there is no such type of documents reached. as on 08.01.2010.
so please give me solution of my matter as soon as possible because I have 2 months remaining for deposit some ammount in my PPF account.
My PPF Account No. is 8765
Inception date; 04.03.2002.
Ammount in balance; Rs.83296/=
