[Resolved]  Indian Post — EMS Speed post parcel

Ems speed post parcel ref "EG[protected]IN" booked on 20.02.12 from ahmedabad. It shoud deliver to guhagar post in ratnagiri district. online status showing it is in mumbai since 21.02.12. No one receiving phone calls given in its website as customer care numbers. I tried calling Mumbai Speedpost center but no one lifting calls. I send email to spc.mumbai but no response. This incident made me "IndianPost highly unreliable" for shipping important & urgent documents.
Similarly Registered post "RN[protected]IN" booked on 17.02.12 from kasibugga also not yet delivered.
