Indian Post / Money Order — Not Paid Money Order Amount

Sub:- Not paid Money Order Amount
On 30 Agust 2012 i booked money order for Julekha, D/O Mullaharoon, H No. 355, D Block, Phes 2 (18) Gaj J.J. Colony Madanpur, Khadar, New Delhi - 110044, EMOPNR No.[protected]counter 1) and the money order amount is Rs. 2000/-, but after 5 days the amount not paid yet. I Complained concerned post office but they can't provide details. I am unsure whether the amount will be paid.
Please just solve my problem.
