rakhi sent to brother in gainsville (florida) usa on[protected] from GPO, Sec.17, Chandigarh vide registered post No. RR[protected]IN at 9:26am but the same not reached to him. Please enquire and give me status reply of the article immediately

A registered letter sent to me on 14th july, vide regd no RLC 3926 but still i have not received till now

Dear Sir,

I, am Shivdan Ram Choudhary from Mansagar (Danwara), Lavera Baori, Jodhpur. UK office was sent me a registered letter No RJ[protected]GB and Post master received it on 31st Jul 09 and returned it on 1st Aug 09 but UK office yet not received this registry letter. Please let me know the status of this letter.
