Indian Postal Department — No Response | |
Dear Sir, We had sent a letter on 28/5/08 By Registered Post with Acknowledgement due after that still not received the Acknowledgement card. we gave the compliant in concerned departement regarding this and they also not take any action against the compliant. please do the needful. This is not a first time every time we have problem with them towards the acknowledgement due card. I given the compliant status below. which it was registered online postal compliant service. ComplaintNumber:[protected] Status : Pending Transaction & Complaint Registered Letters with Acknowledgement -- Non Receipt of Ack./Proof of Delivery Transaction Details No: RLAD A 2458 on 28/05/2008 Transaction Office Taramani under CHENNAI CITY SOUTH DO Destination Office Taramani under CHENNAI CITY NORTH DO Registered as Public Complaint Registered on 22/10/2008 I went and gave the compliant letter in postal department directly on 3/11/08 and said will take 15 days even they did give the acknowledgement also the same. Post man(P.O:Selaiyur, Chennai)is not delivering the post to my wife at my home address.At 2 .00
Pm any working officer will be at home? .Post man has rejected to deliver the register post after showing the identity also.He needs authorized letter for every register post. Instead of servicing the customer, he is harassing us.
Kindly look in to the matter.
