Indian Postal Department — Non Delivery of article.

I had applied for a Passport under Tatkaal Scheme on 07/07/09 and RPO sent my Passport to me through Postal Registration number 142820 on 10/07/09.

Today is 16/07/09 and I have not received my Passport yet, I have not moved out of my house all these while just to make sure that I dont miss out on the Postman.

I wanted this Passport urgently, that is the only reason, why I shelled out 1500 Rs extra and applied for it under Tatkaal, but it has not reached me even after the RPO sending it to me on time.

I called up the Post Office to enquire about the same, they say is the Passport is sent through SpeedPost it should have a 9 Digit Speed Post Tracking number;
and incase it is sent through Registered Post it should have a 4 Digit tracking number.
Post office says that they can not track it with the Postal Registration number.

I logged two complaints on the Indian Postal Service Web Based Customer Grievances handling system, on their website on 14/07/09, but both the complaiants are still under pending sattus even after 2 working days.

I even emailed the speedpost customer service email address but i did not receive a response from them till today.

I'm in a fix, can anyone help me out please for heavens sake !

Few months before post office was near-by railway station.But now the post office is shifted to 2 kms far from railway station near to hills in Tulinz, which is complately remote area. I have also observed that your business is also come down compaired to privious office. There i under signed requesting u to shift the post office near by railway station or any where on Achole road area, which will be very suitable for everybody.
Hope ur dept will give attention on my sugition regarding this matter.

i surrendered 02 recurring deposit acconut No-1271450 and 1273237 at PO-Subhas nagar, Mumford Ganj Allahabad for getting my Rd acconut from PO-DLW, Varanasi on June 19, 2009 but till date i.e 17.08.2009 these acconut could not be transferred causing problem to me. As i have already paid monthly subscription for June & july 2009. but subscrtiption of Aug 2009 is due to be paid and expiry of Aug i will be asked by indain Postal Department to fine. I highly unprofessional attitude at part of people concerned of Indain Postal department that even after two months of time aforesaid RD accounts could not be transferred.
May i request to do the needful for speedy transfer of above RD accounts.

I had sent application to MANIT Bhopal on 13.08.09 whose last date of submission is reaching very fast. On website it is displaying not delievered at destination. I am afraid I may miss opportunity if post doesnot reach in time. I may be advised exact position of my mail.

i have send IRS 7500/-(seven thousand five hundred only) through epost from Bathinda to kerala(p.o.Pazhuvil-680564) on 12/5/09. But till date my father did not receive the money. i have submitted a complaint to Bathinda post office but as on date there is no reply or paid the money. Please look into the matter and arrange to pay the money or let me know whwre I can put a complaint for the non payment.

I am counselor working in private hospital, i like to share a grivence that S.N.RAJENDREN(Delivery supervisor) from Head post office, Ambattur, Chennai-53, Tamilnadu.
I droped my M.Sc mark list(original) in post box while droping the UGC-NET EXAMAINATION(Dec2009) application in head post office yesterday(02.11.2009), Ambattur, chennai for which i went today(03.11.2009) with requestion form to get that original,
This S.N. Rajendren does not have basic manners to receive a grivence, he behaving like an abnormal person and using a verbal (abuse)harresment on me. I was shocked hear this slugish words and started to scold me in on caste basis, i dont know the words to explain him.he has to be suspended or action againt for his indecent mannerism.
iam also an RD holder from Ambattur H.O for past 2 years, i am going to cancel this next month(Dec 2009, first week surely) because of his arrogent behavior.This mannerism wil lose many customers, iam sorry to say this, kindly take some action or a warning that deal softly with customers.

I posted a cover addresssed to Mrs Chellam Cunbam Theni district duly affixed postal stamps by unregd post on 2.12.2009 at Tambaram West Post office. But the same has not been received so far. Let me knw what happen that cover which contained 25 Nos of invitations undelivered so far.
