I am fully agreed as per above complaint. i am also have the bitter experiance of Indian Speed post which costs me abt Rs 3000, and lots of mental disturbance and lots of wastage of my precious time for follow up from different postoffices. On 26 nov i had send one mobile at me home by speed post, but after 25 days by doing lots of follows up i come to know that the mobile phone is lost. The postoffice department instead of finding out any solution says that it is my fault as electronics goods are not allowed. If electronics goods are not allowed then why they had deposited it to deliver. The packet is lost in Gurdaspur postoffice. kindly take the issue and help me in getting the compensation.

Indain Postal services-They have bad mouthed postmen. Postman Ramu, Sahakarnagar,Bangalore delevired my passport but guess he was was looking for some bribe. He made me to produce different Identity cards, which I believe was not required at all.

Addressing people with singularly is considered to be a cheap behaviour in karnataka,which he did. When I asked for my husband's passport he told me that the addressed person has to collect the passport. I did not understand his willingness for bribe. He suddenly statred to scream and yell at me and told me to collect the passports from the postoffice. When I told him to behave he told me to complain whomsoever but he will not lose anything.

Why does postal service hire such misbehaved postmen? Is there anyway that an official complaint can be launched against Ramu? How long should I wait for this complaint to be addressed? I will contact media if this is not addressed. After all this is Indian postal services.

2* for the regulation orders of the GDS(ED) of dewas, kannod, mhow and dhar subdivisions of indore division, perorder charged Rs 20000 and saved guilties.

3* Great fraud in the postman examination, passed 50000 Rs for passing, 20000 Rs for posting in the hometown/choice place, restricted n stopped those candidates who denied from doing so. fristly not delivered appointment letters , n lateron after extortion of a huge sum posting was given on their choice place.

Currently I am posted in New Delhi and working with Govt.
My Entire family lives in New Delhi. I was about to receive some
important document from my friend by speed post through Indian
Postal Service. One day when postman came to my home,
I was not at home, but my family members were at home.
But Post man did not deleverd the speed post to my papa or
my wife saying he will delevered it only to "ME".
My office timing is from 8AM to 5PM.
So I could not visit post office on friday.
When I reached Post office on saturday,
I was informed that postman was not there.
On monday postman meet me and told that he returned the
speed post but not told me from where the speed post came.
He said that he can keep the speedpost to him for 2 days only and it
contains only numbers so can not be identified from where it came.

I request him to delever speed post to my wife or my papa in future
if it comes and take signature from them, but he refused to do that.
As I told, I am not able to reach post office each day, as my office
time starts from 8AM, so I request him again to delever future mails
to my wife, then he demanded Rs 1000/- as bribe to do the same.
when I refused to give the same then he told me that as per rule I
dont handover any passport to any body in my family.
and also he said he will not delever any general post to me,
And ask you each time to come to post office for registerd post.

It caused great inconvenience to me as I lost my 1 day salary
and also lost the 1 working day as well as It caused great
trouble to me.

Kindly take suitable action against the Indian Postal Service
Department and also take harsh action against post man.

Non receipt of my parcel here in DIU from BHUBANESWAR in India

One parcel was send from Bhubaneswar to Diu(EE[protected]IN) on 24th Aug 2008 which contains some important document of my exam paper which is badly needed to me. One of my brother sent this parcel from bhubaneswar to Diu by speed post so that I would get it in time and I would appear my exam on time. But my bad luck till today I did not received this parcel .When I asked this thing in bhubaneswar post office by phone[protected] they answered me simply this thing may happen then can’t do any thing. This means these postal people are not under standing the value of time for others. Also Mr Kar (Manager of Bhubaneswar postal office) told me roughly, they can’t do anything that’s not the fault of theirs. The important thing is that Mr. Kar also don’t know how to behave with the people. I expect if some good people will come in his place then he can understand the value of time and emergency.

Please let me know this is actually speed post or something else if we will send some important paper and it will not reach in time then we have change this name slow post instead of speed post. And another thing now I have to lose to appear this exam and I have to pay the fine to the institute for this then who will bear this money any postal member or govt. or anybody else.

Kindly let me know regarding this please as soon as possible.

I am sorry that I am being compelled to write this letter. On 26-09-08 I went to Bajepratappur post office for some work regarding my account and contacted Mr. Ali but the said Mr. Ali had behaved in such a manner that I was hurt and forced to write this letter. It is a duty of your staff to behave politely and to render all kind of assistance to the customer but contrary to that Mr. Ali had refused to render any assistance besides making an altercation with me. I am a bonafide customer of that post office for several years but now I have decided to stop any transaction with that post office in near future unless and save my complaint is treated with best care and utmost urgency.

Hope you will order an enquiry or any kind of action as you deem fit on that event within a fortnight and intimate me in this regard otherwise I will be forced to take an untoward step and also intimate everyone of my knowing circle which may cause great inconveniences to the reputation of the Postal Department.

My father sent me a Hall ticket of Indian Air Force, seven days prior to the exam date. But this letter reached me after a day of exam. Speed post took whole 7 days to travel just 250 km. This is an irresponsible, careless service from Indian postal dept.
After this event I filled my complaint from Indian Postal site "http://www.indiapost.gov.in/Netscape/ComplaintRegistration.asp". After filling complaint as you submit this complaint it will show error message as "This page is removed from server". Now what to do, Indian Post not ready to accept any its mistakes also.

It is very expensive for me to go ramtek. I asked to post master to clear my account & send to cash counter on telephone as on 28/01/2009 he told me come personally ramtek & after you appear before me i will clear ur account & will send to cash counter. to take cash i personally present three times before the post master but each time he send me plain hand back giving reason of no time, you are late. etc.. I already spent 450/- to go at ramtek. So, I request you please send me cheque or deposit at my bank account. after 7 day's of my this complaint i don't receive any compliance. It is very painfull for me the ammount deposited at post is MY OWN MONEY after 3 months i not after 3 months i not received. this is not a way of finance sector.

Dear Sir,

My mobile has been stolen by Post People

My brother(Gireesh Gachchinamath) sent a Reliance Mobile though register post fron Vidyagiri branch, Dharwad, Karnatka to JP Nagar, Rewa, MadhyaPradesh on 14th Mar 09. I recived the post on 20th Mar 09. When checked the parcel there was no mobile inside and instead of mobile somebody had put some papers. Then I went JP Nagar Post Office and informed about this and they told once thye parcel is teared they cannot do thing.I have lost almost Rs. 3000 in this. The orginal weight of the parcel was 225 gms, but now it is 175 gms.Please take a complaint against Post Office and provide me compensation.

Respected Sir,
I am sorry that I am being compelled to write this letter.
The postman of our area do ask for money, in sum of 10 or 20 rupees for normal parcels and sometimes even 500 rupees or more for delivery of important business documents, Which he said, if they will not take care, will be lost and will not be delivered.
Parcels or documents which can fetch him money, he only hands over them to the concerned person and not even to his assigned person or family, if not than ask him to collect from post office, rest he delivers all other normal letters usually.

We even had an altercations with him regarding this, for which he said we will not receive the post if our behavior will be like this towards him and if we will not give him money.

To seek Money in kind, on occasions and festivals is Normal routine but for post and documents is a matter of grave concern and giving your department a very bad name.
I am a bonafide customer Indian post office for several years but now such behavior of postman is giving us a hard time and I want you to save my complaint is treated with best care and utmost urgency.

I am working in Irrigation & CAD department, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad.In the last month along with my family we went to Nainital to visit. In return journey, my suitcase was thefted and it is learent that, the same was caught by the Railway Police personal. So aftrer we reached a registered letter was sent to the Station Manager/Bareily Railway station vide RL.No.6033 dated:[protected] and booked from the A.P.Secretariat Post office/Hyderabad -500022, Andhra Pradesh.

After expeiry more two weeks, I have not received my acknowledgement card. So i sent another written complaint to Sr. Postal Superintetendent/Hyderabad City Division and requested the details fo the delivery of above letter. The complaint letter was also sent through A.P.Secretariat Post office/Hyderabad -500022 with Rl.No. PS -RL A 6499 dated:[protected]. To day the date is[protected], so far i could not received any information from postal department.The registered letter (addressed to Station Manager/Railway Station /Bareilly/Utterpardesh) delivery details are requred to file the complaint in the consumer form.
In addition to on line complaint is also made on[protected] to the postal department vide complaint No.[protected] and the status is stand still as on[protected].

Next 2nd comlaint is, the PLI metured payment orders was passed vide meturity order No. 295078-C (key id 20791 dated:[protected] and the order was dispacted on[protected]. Which was received by me on[protected]. On[protected], i went to Secudnerabad post /Head post office on[protected], they advised to contact the post master A.S.Rao Nagar/Secunderabad. Daily i enquired my payment, the post mater simply informed, NOT YET RECEIVED. This is the way of payments through sbu-postoffices deliveries.

Actually, i opted, the PLI meturity payment through the A.P.Secretariat Post Office, which is convenient to me the persue the payment of delivery. I think the PLI office staff intentionally send through A.S. Rao Nagar Post Office.. After maturity, i.e.,[protected], the amount RS.28, 841/- is badly delayed, because of this Postal departmental procedure.

After receipt of the amount, if it is badly delayed about one month, i will file a complaint in the consumer forum, against the PLI/ Postasl Service.

Recently I received a postal ballot paper from a Company. It had a date stamp 22.9.09 of the local post office on the envelope. It was delivered at my mailbox on 8.10.09. Since the ballot has to be received by 10.10.09 it was not possible to send the ballot to be received by the stipulated date.

I am retired defence personel, I was waiting for a letter from Records for adjusting my Pension. I didnot received 1st copy of letter sended by my records and till now have not received. 2nd copy of letter with option certificate I have received in opened condition thrown outside my house about two month late dated on the letter.
Due to this reason yet my pension and arriers are not adjusted and have become too much late. I am going to complain through propper channel and want clear and sured action on the responsible person or staff related to the post office.
Another complain is also on the post office service that any letter for employment ( call letter, admit card & such types of important letter) are receiving too late after expiry of due date.Which is a great poblem for my family and cannot be accepted.We will take required action against postal service and, are complain in written form to all channels of Indian Postal service.

Absense from duty and misbehavior by postal staff
I feel angry and depressed by the attitude of the postal department staff at the Indian Postal Office at Patparganj, Delhi.
This incident occurred on Friday (6th November, 2009) afternoon (2PM). I had a do a registered post and when I reached the post office I found a long line at the counter. It was the middle of the afternoon and only one personnel was on a counter (out of eight). After waiting in line for about twenty meetings, when we asked the lone personnel why the counter was empty (and he refused to help with this counter work), he was rude and abusive and claimed that the personnel was out for lunch.
Worse was that he was at the whole time dealing with a tout who were loitering around the post office.
The most sad thing was that the tout joined in the abusive behavior and started pushing the people out, manhandling and using mother and sister abuses.
Our complains were not only on deaf ears but the tout and the employee threated us with dire consequences if we did not keep quiet.
It was heartbreaking to see that there behavior was equally rude and abusive to senior citizens as well and the tout threatened the old lady with physical harm (encouraged by the postal staff).
The scene continued for and hour and the employee was so arrogant that he challenged us to do what we could because 'nothing was going to happen to him'.
I am extremely disappointed with the incident and with the lack of accountability, especially since senior staff was absent (and no contact number for the manager was available) and the arrogance displayed.
The Patparganj branch is infested with touts and agents who take money to get work done faster. They are encouraged by the staff who probably get kickbacks. (Ironically this incident happened during the National Vigilance Week)
This is the reason that even with strong economic growth we are not able to attain the progress that we want. People are losing hopes with PSUs and privatization seems to be the only answer.

I don't know if any action will ever be taken but I hope that at least people realize that if this continues, the postal department will lose all credibility.

The BHUBABWSWAR Consumer Court has already send two Registered letters to Mr.Sivananda Swin of Bhubaneswar. His address is Comming under Gada Gopinath Prasad Post office having Postal Pin Code 751010 at Bhubaneswar.

Even though we are 100 sure that this man is staying as epr the address, still your post man is not delivering the letter and sending it back after two and half months stating that I have gone several times and he is absent. Can you tell me a letter send from Bhubaneswar City to Bhubaneswar City will take two and half month to retun back to the Court.

Sir, This is to highlight that postal delivery in our area getting delayed day by day. Sometimes it took 15-20 days to reach our place, this 15-20 days calculated based on local postoffice stamp date.
First Instance- This is to highlight that postal delivery in our area getting worse day by day. Ex., I got IGNOU convocation letter on 22nd Jan 09 (Date of convocation 22Jan). This was posted on 12/Jan local postoffice stamp date 20/Jan.

Second Instance: In the middle of November my cousin sent an invitation from Blore. We got the invitation after 35 days...It took 5 days to deliver to local post office and they took another 30 days to deliver to our home. Its atrotious...If we ask the local post personnel, they say due to shortage of postman they accumulate the postal delivery and sent it in 1 shot.

I am a resident of “Thiruvonam”, Venjaramoodu P.O., Venjaramoodu, Thiruvananthapuram. I am writing this letter to bring your kind notice to the unscrupulous action by the Postman of Venjaramoodu Post Office which ruined the life of myself and my small children of 5 & 2 years old.

I along with my children was staying away from my husband at the above address due to some domestic problems. My husband has sent me a Court Notice from Nedumangad Family Court by Registered post RLAD No.A2402 dated 19.05.2009 to the above address. Even though my house is located hardly 400 meters away from Venjaramoodu Post Office and is known to all local people because there is a furniture shop and a wood Mill in the same premise being run by my brothers, to our surprise the said Registered letter has not been delivered by the Postman for the reasons best known to him only. It is understood that after keeping the letter with him for a couple of days, he had returned the same back even without any enquiry or intimation. Also all other letters addressed to the same address are being received.

The above miscreant action by the Postman for some personal gain has resulted in dissolving/ divorce of my marriage life. Even I could not get the opportunity to represent my side in the Family Court during the course of trial and the Family Court has taken ex-parte decision in the case and issued the divorce order only because of the above Postman, denying my legal rights to represent and put me and my children into dark and miserable life.

Being a learned person and a Senior Official of a Public Service Department, I hope your goodness will understand our present condition which happened because of the inhuman, cruel and foul play by the Postman for some monetary benefit received from my husband for not delivering the Registered Letter. He was playing with our life and has no right to be an employee of such a reputed Public Service Department like Indian Postal Service. Such person is a curse/scar to the Department and the human society.

I pray your good office to kindly look into the case and take necessary action as your good-self feel appropriate considering the seriousness of the matter to avoid such fate to anybody in future.

I waited in que 20 minitues, the couter person refused to take covers stating that there are 11 covers, then i met immediate superior to her, even superior also gave evasive answer and then i met post master, but post master also same reply and they advised me to come at evening time then only they will take my 11 RPAD cover, is there any such rule in your Post office, that one shall send only one cover, even i did not find any such sign board in the khairtabad Post Office, Hyderabad, A.P, why post man is not taking/registering said letter.

I am writing this letter to you after years of harrasement at the hand of our area post man who seeks undue rewards in terms of cash money every now and then. seeking money for festive occasions like new year, diwali and holi is his common practice. he seeks an amount which he determines and if we refuse to pay him that he mishandles our mail and looses it. there have been so many occasions where we just don't receive our mails as he intentionally misplaces it.

Today i received my passport and he asked me for a sum of Rs. 101, when I refused him saying that its his duty to deliver these documents to my address and that this is not a favor to me, he said that if this is my behaviour in future I will not receive my mail in time and my important documents can be lost or misplaced. This was ourtrageous! we as residents of this colony feel helpless at hands of this postman who takes undue advantage of our dependence on him for our mails.

I have also their launched a web complaint [protected], [protected] but can’t any relvent action for this web complaint their status is your bag is open but your article is not recived in guwahti NSH only 7 article ere recived your article is misplaced. I was continusly visit karol bagh branch but they saying your article lost in guwahati NSH . Please you can visit the guwahati NSH office. After all they have saying you insuered the material before the booking the article.

just to suppor5t my view I am telling you that I had done a "SPEED POST" to my relatives from Mathura to Dhanbad and Mathura to Bokaro(two letters) on 07-03-08 but till date 15-03-08 it has still NOT REACHED !!!!! and instead of looking into the issue to get it reach the destination instead they are telling me to lodge a complaint and they will do an enquiry?????

Dear Sir,

The Kotturpuram post office which was functioning at the Kottur Gardens has been shifted to Mannappan Street in Kottur.

At Mannappan Street it is situated in a small rented house having no proper approach. The public and senior citizens are finding it difficult to pass through a 3 to 3.5 feet width, 120 feet long narrow passage passing through huts to reach the post office.

The post office is not able to function effectively for want of space. The equipments and furnitures are arranged in a most unorganized order having hardly any place left to accommodate the customers.

Therefore in the interest of public residing at Kottur, Kotturpuram and Kottur Gardens, there is an urgent need to find a proper and permanent place for this post office to be shifted with modern equipments and proper staff to help it serve better.

As we all know, the massive construction work which is being carried out at Kotturpuram MRTS railway station is for commercial purposes too, to generate added revenue to railways. We submit our humble request to your kindself to find a place for the Post Office in the MRTS complex, to help enable the public to make use of the post office better.

Hoping that you will consider our suggestion in the interest of the public to take appropriate early action and oblige.

I have posted an envelope by speedpost from Durg. The reciept number was EE82719953IN dated 29/04/2008. It has been delivered on 6/05/2008 after 8 days. Thes services are so poor. Why the government is not stopping such type of bas services.

I totally agree to the above complaints... EMS is possibly the worst service ever, no wonder congress is no more the favorite govt. in India, with govt. owned companies providing such services they are bound to lose this term. Especially he attitude of segmenbts such as speedpost and Customs.

I had ordered an inhaler from China more than a month ago and I've still not received it, whereas I got its refills from DHL in only 4 days. EMS totally sucks, whats worse they don't even give you a valid reply, since the past 30 days I'm getting the reply... 2-3 more days... 2-3 more days... no kind of surity for the delivery of my product whatsoever.

Moreover, he went to the length of inciting other persons following me in the file against me with a view to getting their support in favour of an obstinate attitude of sticking to his self-imposed mis (?) rule, thus ridicule and target of vituperative remarks of my fellow depositors. In the face of such humiliation I kept myself cool out of my apprehension lest I might have fallen sick. So willy-nilly I left the office exhausted, dejected and with a traumatic experience and with the three unprocessed withdrawl forms (of numbered- 87343, 88784, 86909) of the eight of worth Rs.4275/-.

In this context I may submissively state that this so called ‘rule of five’ is quite arbitrary and can not be approved by the Indian Post Department.

Re: Cheque No.178465 dated 16.12.08 of SBU - Baruipur

This is inform you that the above cheque was firstly issued by the Baruipur Post Master in the some one’s name and thereafter he has cut out the name and put my name there but he has not initialed on the top of the striking portion.

I have pointed out this to the Post Master, Boral Post Office who asked me that there should not be any problem but when I went to deposit the cheque to my bank, they have not accepted the cheque as the signing authority has not pur his signature on the top of the striking portion.

I had returned the cheque on 23.12.08 to the Post Master, Boral Post Office with a request to get the signature done from the Post Master of Baruipur Post Office when he asked me that it is not possible for him to do so. Finally he has taken back the cheque and issued me a receipt.

On 5th January, 2009, when I went to collect the rectified cheque, he has given me the same cheque without the signature of the Post Master - Baruipur Post Office which I have not acceoted. He told me that I have to go to Baruipur personally to get the job done which I have not agreed.

Dear Sir,

i was having one mis account no 55260 with bishnupur post office which has first name as mine & 2nd name was of my husband Arun Kumar Shraff for rs 50000/ & the due date was 16/3/2010. I hv sent the letter thru massenger authorizing to collect the cheque for the principal amount + interest + 10 % matured incentive on 15/3/10.
For this what i hv faced i give below detail ---
1) First few days it is informed that the post master is not there thus the payment cannot be made.Finally the cheque is issued on 25/3 . Pl adv why they hv not paid the interest for delayed period.
2) Then the cheque is issued in the 2 nd name of my husband even after giving in writing n requested over phone that the 1 st name is ranjana shraff then how the cheque can be issued in my husbands name. --- further for infomation in last 2/3 months few more mis of mine is matured where it is issued in my name only.

Pl adv if the payment to be made is depend on the post masters wise as what ever he wants he can do.
I am telling this as because i hv more deposites with them n i feel every time he will do the same.

I hv all proof for this n if i am adv where to send then i can send the same.

I request this type of things must be stopped n adv if i make a legal complain that the cheque is not issued in my name then who will be responsible.

I need yr immediate action so that he donot repeat the same with me.

Sir my problem is one Application bundle i sent to ADMINISTRATIVE COURT OFFICE ROYAL COURTS OF JUSTICE, STRAND, LONDON on 01 Feb 2008 by Registered post from Amritsar-143001 Punjab.My post office slip No is 5602.i sent mail to costumer care & i went to post office in Golden Temple Amritsar than they not help me.Sir i am very upset where are my application bundle? I have post office's slip.If you need that slip than i can provide you.I hope you will help me about my about application bundle.If you will not find my bundle than UK's Court will be Dissmiss my Appeal.I you help me than i will say grate full thanks to you.

I HAVE SENT ONE REGISTERED POST PARCEL ON 5TH APRIL'08 VIDE RECEIPT NO. RP E 9810 DT 05/04/08
TO MR.GIRI RAJ KUMAR, 197, CHOTI BAMANPURI, BAREILLY - 243001

THE PARCEL CONTAINED TWO SAREES ALONG WITH STITCHED BLOUSES, THREE CHURIDHAR SETS, SKIRTS AND BANGLES ALL VALUED AROUND RS.20000/-. THE PARCEL WAS DELIVERED ON 12TH/13TH. I WAS SURPRISED TO BE INFORMED THAT TWO SAREES, TWO CHURIDHAR SETS AND THE BANGLES WERE MISSING FROM THE PARCEL. INSTEAD SOME CHEAP CHILDREN WEAR WERE STUFFED IN THE PARCEL. THIS MUST HAVE BEEN DONE TO MAKE AN IMPRESSION THAT IT WAS MIXED UP DURING THE PACKING. SINCE THE MATERIAL WAS PACKED IN OUR PRESENCE AFTER VERIFICATION BY AN OFFICER OF G.P.O. THERE IS NO NECESSITY FOR ANY RE-OPENING OR RE-PACKING OF THE PARCEL.

THE DRESSES WERE MEANT FOR A WEDDING AND I THOUGHT IT WILL BE IN THE SAFE HANDS OF POSTAL DEPARTMENT FOR TIMELY DELIVERY. THESE TYPE OF INCIDENTS MAKES THE PUBLIC LOSE THIER CONFIDENCE IN THE POSTAL DEPARTMENT.

PLEASE KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND INFORM ME THE ACTION TAKEN AND ALSO MAKE GOOD THE LOSS SUFFERRED BY ME TO THE TUNE OF RS.18000/-

Dress Materials — Missing Parcel

I have sent, one parcel from Gandhidham to Kerala (Kollam) on 04.09.08 with Booking no. 527142. It was containing 800gm and i paid RS 140.00 to it. It was including a shirt (Rs.100.00)and a sari(Rs.300.00). My parents received it and already the sari was missing from that.I gave a compaint to your Gandhidham office but they behave so strangely. The told me they havn't any responsibility in it.What i can do??? Pls do the needful...

indian postal courier service — missing parcle

my name is pritesh, and my wife send me one parcle from atlanta, GA, USA to mangalore, karnatak, india on 6th of oct2008 and and, as per traking site that parcle reached at india on 13th oct 12.44pm, and rightnow having 27th oct 2008 but till i not receve my parcle in mangalore, karnataka.i inquired so many times on mangalore postal office but they give me one ans all the time that they not receieve yet that kind of parcle, so help me to find out my parcle.bez i dont think so for that it will not take soooo many time.so kindly help me, that docut number is CP[protected]US, and on this parcle having my brother's office addres of mangalore.

I thought Post Office delivery would be safe to send things at home. when i reached in PO ( gachibawli ) the lady sitting at counter told me that we dont accept paper packing you have to pack it in cloth. i went back and given 50 rs for packing to Courier person to pack properly with cloth.

Then i give it that package to the lady. ( she was telling me that your parcel would be torn and your stuff would be out etc etc if you dont pack it in cloth, i could not understand her thought that indirectly she was saying post office person will took things from this package :) )

I sent 4 tube for cosmetics ( and they were really costly ) costs me 1500 rs. But when they reached at home, we found that it has only one small tube thats because it was not visible directly after removing cloth & paper packing. They took three tubes ( 1400 Rs) and sealed the parcel exactly same way.

opened parcel sent through registered post — missing articles from registered parcel

i am dr neha. i had sent a parcel through the registered post (India post) from flower bazaar, Chennai office to my parents in panchkula, Haryana. the parcel was opened when it was delivered, some of the articles were missing from it and instead paper was filled in it and repacking was attempted by the India post official tape. this clearly shows that the parcel was tampered at the post office itself. but the post office people are not paying attention to my complaint and are not ready to take its responsibility. according to them, registered post is not insured and guarantee is only for parcels sent through speed post and not registered post.
please help me.
