[Resolved]  Indian Postal Service - Banjara Hills Po Hyderabad — Non delivery of the consignment Booked and harrasment if asked to track the same

The Respective authority,

I booked a parcel at Banjara hills PO Hyderabad dated 21/08/09. But still it has not been delivered yet. When I tried to track the same the postmaster behaved very rudely even I filled up the complain form and produced the receipt but they are not regretting at their breach of Service level agreement. In spite they are harassing by taking all nuisance. Followed by this I registered the complain online also but here also these people are talking nausance. The below are the details:

HYDERABAD CITY Immediately, please arrange to supply xerox copy of receipt to facilitate early disposal of the letter, at the post office wherre the letter was booked. Sep 07
