Sir, my registered latter is posted on 08-02-11 from Katihar, Bihar Pin-854105 to Rukmani Devi Inst. Of Science Technology Bhopal of pin code-462026. But this post will not recived by required address. In this post My Scholarship Check will sent from "Jila Kalayan Padadhikari of Katihar". if i will not got it within 15 days than it will be lost. so please solve my problem urgent ally.

POST OFFICE, AFZALPUR,GULBARGA,KARNATAKA 585301.
The postmaster of above post office misguided and not settled my father claim from[protected] to till date after several request and claims.
