Indian Postal Services — nanodelivery of speed post letter

one speedpost letter was sent for Kolkata on 07/09/2011,vide reciept no.RM[protected] IN
from COF sub post office. But till today ie 15/09/2011, it has not yet been delivered to the addressee.It is requested to kindly arrange to trace the same,

regarding of my complaint of non delivery of article of register post acknowledgement with transaction no. RK[protected]IN on 21/08/2014 . and I complained to department of posts india o/o superintendent of post offices channapatna division channapatna - 562160. acknowledgement no [protected] dated on 23/9/2014, but there was no response and gone to the pg portal complained nos DPOST/E/2015/00917 dated on 08/feb/2015 till date there was no response but i gone for appeal consumer court they issued the notice to post office channapatna and central post office of india then they delay the tracked the register post by late procedure for 9Monts. I want to know can they have power redirect the post to present addressee I want to know which section act and they does not produced the received acknowledgement from IMF tajmahal addressee newdelhi. so please write mail that can i get a componsation (200000 RS) from the court.

I have send a parcel to Italy on 30/12/2020.But it has not been delivered to the addressee or informed him.On tracking I understand that it is re-directed to the sender.Ihave not recieved the same till date 22/02/2021.My parcel No. is EL[protected]IN.steps may be taken to return the same to me at the earliest.
