I FULLY AGREE YOUR COMPLAINT. EVEN THE POST MAN IN OUR AREA KUMMINIPARAMBA POST OFFICE IN MALAPURAM DIST, KERALA. DO NOT BOTHER TO DELIVER POSTS AND LAST MONTH I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE TO CHECK ABOUT MY TELEPHONE BILL THE POST MASTER AND THE POST MAN REPLIED THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BILL. TO MY SURPRISE I GOT THE BILL AFTER ONE MONTH ON THE WAY TO MY OFFICE JUST THRONE OUT. I WENT TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THE ATTITUDE OF THE POST MAN AND NOT DELIVERING THE LETTER BUT NO RESPONSIBLE REPLY WAS GIVEN. BY THE GRACE OF GOD I DID NOT LOOSE ANY THING DUE TO THE NON RECEIPT OF THE LETTERS. ANY HOW THERE SHOULD BE SOME WAY TO STOP THIS ATTITUDE OF THE POST MAN...ANY ONE COULD SUGGEST

i am facing the same problem from the last 6 months.please help...
We, The residents at Suncity sector-54 Gurgaon 122003 facing the problem of No-Delivery of Postal letters/parcels etc forthe last two months earlier the dak was delivered once in fifteen days which has since stopped completely and there is no resolve on our complaint so far.Complaint at local level resulted
in no improvement in the delivery of letters in the township of Suncity.It is requested from the competent authority tolook into our grievance and help resolve this ongoing problem faced by the Residents of Suncity.

I was shocked when i read this! Things cant get worse than this! Is the postal department really serious about maintaining any discipline??? If so..why aren't any rules spelt out with respect to how the public or customers must be treated! Are we all taken for granted? Also, It shouldn't be difficult to have a notice board stating the general rules for postal procedures which will certainly help avoid the long ques and help save time for both the customers and the employees at the counters! The basic 'how to and how much' instructions' can go a long way in helping the customers and also avoid unpleasant situations..most of the time the postal staff are so irritated that they behave very rudely towards most customers! That is really really sad!

sir i didn, t get my pan card to my home i applied on 02032009 but it dispacthed on 1203/2009 till now i didn't get my postal number is 16149571 please accept my request send my pancard as early as possible thank you sir.
The post man of SRIPURA under Jharsuguda HO-Orissa (PIN-768201), is not delivering letters, speed posts, even registered and money order to Vedanta Area. (Bhurkhamunda). As we are staying here from last 3 years on single day he is not delivering the letters. Kindly check and take appropriate action.
