* The automated counters are poorly allocated, meaning some have no
work to do, and others (specially the registered posts counter) ends
up with long queues.
* Panjim has no 24-hour postal service (all facilities) despite being
a state capital.
* The timings of closure of counters is not clear, and rural and other
post offices seem to adopt their own arbitrary timings for closing
counters.
* High value stamps are often not available in many post offices,
including Mapusa and the Panjim GPO counter!
* Goa, despite being a state, comes under Maharashtra circle, and gets
