watch this company they are using fraudulent credit cards that are being charged by the india railway and catering company. thank heavens the card companys check for fraud. be careful the goverment will get involved in attempting to stop this activity. shame on you

I filed a TDR on[protected] for refund of e-ticket amount (Rs. 3308=00) but as of now no refund has been made. I tried to call the authorities concerned several times but to no avail and their responses were simply pathetic.

Please note that passengers could not travel on the scheduled date on account of railway track problem and the train was scheduled to travel up to Bhadrak only.

SIR,
I have booked a ticket on 27.12.09 from Amabala Cant to Gwalior PNR no.[protected], Date of Journey 07/01/2010 through irctc's site . As train was late more than 3 hours i have filed TDR on 08/01/2010 ref no.ekt[protected] but till date i have not received my amount refunded . I have talked to customer care many times but they did not responed.I have also talk and confirm from TDR dept Bilaspur that railway department have refunded the full amount to irctc i.e Rs 1300/- vide pay order no.347709 on 16/03/2010. but till date it is not credited in my account.
