Indiaplaza — on delay of delivery cancelled an order but not reimbursing my money even though promised | |||
Hi, I have placed an order of a sansui color television close to one month back. Because of delay in delivery and negotiations with the indiaplaza staff they promised to refund my money back within 5 days. Its close to one month they have not refunded my money and on calling them keep on promising refunding the money again and again. Its really a pity that they are playing with our money and not reimbursement. I would recommend others not to use indiaplaza (worst service and not trustworthy at all). PFA attached screenshot wih the transaction proof from my bank which was not reimbursed till now. My order no . was We thank you for your order #[protected]. Please help me. Kindly raise a chargeback with your card issuing bank as soon as possible. State non-fulfillment of service as the reason. You can do so by calling up the banks call centre no. They will tell you the procedure. It is very simple & requires maximum one fax.
