Indiaplaza.com — Not delivering the ordered product not refunding the money

I had ordered a product worth Rs 9973 from www.Indiaplaza.com through credit card on 11/Oct/2011. Even-though they committed that they would ship it within 5 days, they have not shipped it even after one month. I requested for a cancellation of order on 29/Oct/2011 and they have not canceled the order and not refunding my money yet as on 11/Nov/2011. Now I neither have the product nor my Rs 9973.
Indiaplaza.com is fraud and I request it to shut down so that other customers are safe from this case of cheating.
