Indiaplaza.com — Delivered a different product

I ordered a tool kit against order No. I[protected] in INDIAPLAZA.com and I got a different product delivered on 25/01/2012. Initially I thought it was a mistake and raised a ticket for replacement on 26/01/2012 (Ticket No. CNT[protected]). Subsequently I got a reply from Customer Care saying the issue will be address within two days but still now no action has been taken. I have called the customer care many times and I have also requested for update through update ticket but of no use. Whenever I call their customer care, they will respond saying they have updated the supplier and yet to get a response from the supplier. I have placed the order with Indiaplaza and I don’t mind who the supplier is, I feel its indiaplaza’s responsibility to arrange for the replacement.
The worst thing is, if you provide the actual feedback about the product or supplier the feedback will not be published.
May be the product worth is small but I feel I was cheated by Indiaplaza by showing something and delivering something else.
