Indiaplaza.com — Fraud and Unfair Practices, Item Not Delivered, Amount Still not refunded

I have ordered a book online through order no. I[protected] on 26th of June 2012. This book was shown in stock at that time and they processed the order and provides me the shipping date earlier by 29th of June 2012. But on 29 of June 2012 I have got the message that book will be shipped by 4th of July 2012 because of some unforeseen situation. I have contacted many times on their customer care number[protected] and every time their customer care executive told me that they are going to ship the book today evening(they gave me this assurance continuously for three days). Now today when I have contacted them their executive Parashar Nath told me that there are some issues with the stock and your order automatically cancelled in next 24 hours of time and I have asked him when will you refund the amount of Rs 700/- he told me it will be refunded after 10 days. This shows that Indiaplaza.com is planning to hold the money for 20 days by using the unfair and fraud business practises. As per my this experience I have no hesitation to give the title of "Frauds" and "Cheaters" to IndiaPlaza.com website becuase of their unfair business practises, poor customer services, wrong information displayed on the website. Government Should Ban this website and arrest the Owner of IndiaPlaza.com.
