Indiaplaza.com — Item purchased hasn't been shipped for more than a month

I purchased a wall clock brand Seiko (QXA470W) from indiaplaza.com on dated 1st Nov 2012 with order no I[protected]. My credit card had been processed successfully but it is now more than month still the item hasn't been shipped. I created a ticket using their customer support system available on their site on 04/12/2012 to refund the amount of Rs 4230 if the product is not available in the stock but nothing is done from their end till date.
I would like to know how do I get money back from this fraudulent company.
