My experience with online transactions has not been so good earlier and this time with IndiaPlaza it has gone one step further. I am disappointed primarily for 2 reasons. 1. Delay in getting responses and lackadaisical customer support. One should count himself lucky getting through the customer help-desk phone. My personal experience as been a failure as every time I was made to wait at least 5-8 minutes after which I had to hang up. You should understand as your helpdesk is not toll free, we have to bear the cost for waiting. In terms for delivery/shipment status-updates why does the customer need to follow up, cant Indiaplaza use technology for updating the customer about it. 2. After getting the status for my product as "Ready for shipment" and "will be delivered by sept 11", how can I be told now that the order cannot be fulfilled as the product is not available. The product is still shown available on your site. Experiences like this make one -ve opinion about online shopping stronger. Would expect some response for this mail. you are right brother.I have procured from them and still didnot get any feedback of shipping of material from them.
